Customer service is outstanding. Outsourced ring sizing took several weeks, then got the size wrong.

The employees were rude. They all seemed like they had something better to do and were ignoring me or when I had a question, acted as if I should know the answer already. Definitely not coming back here.

I always find what I need to get me out of the doghouse here

I bought the travel size perfume it was HALF empty!!! Then when I went to exchange it the other one was HALF empty too! ... don’t buy their travel size perfumes at least CHECK it and take a RULER too :)
