My experience was awesome at this salon. I called early yesterday to inquire if it was possible to have my hair braided where I previously had a weave. Anna asked me to send photos of my hair, shortly thereafter, Anna sent the price to complete my request. I was able to get a same day appointment. I truly appreciate Anna completing I request with excellent. I truly love my hair. I will recommend LK luxury African hair braiding salon. The lady hair perform work; theyre professional, friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable.

I called back in September to get a quote on a style I saw. I called today to make an appointment but was denied because I called in September for a quote/price on a particular style. Was also accused of being a competitor. Very weird and unprofessional because I didn’t get my hair done when all I wanted was a quote now I’m being denied being able to get my hair braided by them… SMH

Great braids! They look beautiful, however took about 7 hours to complete so make sure you have the whole day set out for this.

Okay so where do I began... I’m going get straight to the point. My appointment was for Goddess Braids and was suppose to be at 10:30am. First, I thought and was under the impression I was going to the salon. NO. Instead I got my hair done at the the owners house ( I don’t usually have a issue with this but it was everything that came with it, that I started to get bothered by.)Second, my appointment was at 10:30am she didn’t began until almost 11:32am. This was suppose to be a 3 to 5 hour appointment, It ended up being a 7 hour appointment even with being early. The time her hands should of been on my head braiding instead it was on the phone multiple times throughout. Overall I extremely disappointed and won’t be doing it again. ✌🏾

I had an appt there in June and by far the worse braids Ive ever gotten. They were uneven, different sizes, not the length I asked for, and the braider was constantly on her phone. My appt was only supposed to take 5 hours (per the website) and it took 8 hours. Amongst other things, I will not be using her services again nor do I recommend them.

The owner is extremely rude and does not listen to customer requests. If you value your hair follicles stay away.Edited to respond to owners response: I dont know and care who your competitors are and only came to you for a service. Warning ⚠️ The owner only cared about making the style look full. Instead of assessing to see what type of hair I had. After multiple complaints about braiding too tight and making the parts small. Most people would have gotten up and left and I should have. You only worry about the reviews. Instead of taking the criticism on how to perform great customer service. I took braids down after a couple of days.

Polite staff, clean environment, and great value for what you pay for. I’m very particular on who does my hair, I’ve been natural for over 15 years, and I can honestly say that Lillian and her staff have gained a loyal customer in me. You won’t be let down.

She was very patient and did a great job making my hair prettiest as possible!

I would have to say that I really enjoy doing business with LK luxury braiding. I consider my self to be a regular with the services that are provided. The first thing that I enjoy the most is the pricing for my braids between 30-80 dollars for a great set of (male) braids. The second thing is the location. Some times my schedule gets hectic and a 10 minute drive to downtown riverside makes it that much easier for me to make it there on time. So overall I would recommend this place to get your hair braided anyday.

I just read a review from Markia Jenkins and I can not believe it. I have been to this shop from the opening and I was never disappointed. They are very professional. Long wait can happens because they have high demand. It is a place that I strongly recommend. If the comment is related to an incident that happened at the shop yesterday, I can confirm that the report is totally wrong because I was there myself. For what I saw, a lady from another store came to the shop and for some reasons she attacked one of the workers. The owner of the building called the police and the lady who started the argument ran away. I didn’t no see any fight. I will definitely recommend this shop . They are the best in inland empire. Even the whole California for me ..

Luxury Braiding does a good quality job in professional setting. The stylist that did my braids was very fast and blended the different hair colors nicely.I would highly recommend!!

Went here for small box braids, the ladies were sweet and I watched some really good movies while there for 5 hours...expected of course as you know one does the front and one does the back, they have to eat, take breaks, so pack your patience and bring cash as there is no card machine available!
