Drove over...found it on the second floor, no one at the 3 registers, walked in the back to get help...then someone came out.. I asked for a haircut...she told me that her, & her co-worker could not do a mens haircut. What??? LMFAO...train your employees better JCP!All I needed was my neckline trimmed up, and a number 3 clipper on the sides.....if your hairstylist cant handle that.....DAM!
