This has been my best experience! Ive been into this location 3 times! Walked in received no help and walked out. Today I was greeted soon as I walked in by Emily she was busy stopped what she was doing to come to help me! I didnt have to ask! She showed and let me smell 3 different male colognes I picked one and went to check out! And was then greeted by Blanca and Marcy they assured me I would love the fragrance I picked and told me it was new and my husband would love it. I told them how awesome they were and that they gave me the best customer service.

Both Lindsey and Alicia were very helpful! Lindsey was super patient color-matching me and found the perfect shade for my deeper skin tone! I was so happy with the foundation product!!!! She sold me on the Armani foundation! She was so honest. Alicia was able to find the Tower blush creme color I needed! I am super grateful! Excellent customer service, I drive all the way from Moreno Valley bc I receive better service from this location. Definitely had to take the time to give a good review to return the favor!

Sephora is my go to place for cosmetics! I enjoy shopping here especiallyfor perfumes. I am a fanatic for great smells!! The sales associates give suggestions, guidance and recommendations which assist with making sound decisions. Great safety, health practices amidst this pandemic. Make-up brands are plentiful here!! From skin care, make-up, bathing and perfumes/colognes. Thank u Sephora for keeping ur doors open!

Covid-19 protocol is in place. Limited guests are allowed to shop inside. Face masks a must. No testing perfume or makeup. If you want to test out makeup like I did, a Sephora employee will be more than happy to swatch a makeup color or perfume for you. I had an enjoyable experience.

They kept following us & asking if we needed help. Yeah you’re probably wondering, why would you rate them so low for offering you help?! Well because they clearly thought we were stealing. She asked us once if we needed help and kept following us after that, like hun. You don’t get paid for following us around, there’s other customers in site, we Obviously didn’t need your help

How do you miss an entire mall?! Of course it exists, and Sephora is inside it. It is huge, clean, well lit, and stocked to the brim with all the great brands, plus a bunch Ive never heard of! The staff are super friendly without being pushy. Love this place!

Place is absolutely trash with helping their customers. I went in to try and get color matched but both times I even tried I never even got helped. I go for help because I’m terrible at it myself. Lost over an hour of my life trying to get helped. Walked out empty. Handed both times. Trash

Pretty good service but it takes me forever to get someones attention, Im guessing its because Im a teenager and they see me as immature but Im not yelling for help, Im really patient and respectful and I find it weird that some employees at this store arent. Anytime I ask where a product is they roll their eyes & point in a direction (not very informative), Theres only one employee (I never get her name) that treats me like a customer should be treated.

The staff just stand by the cashier and talk among themselves .They dont even bother offering the customer for help. They pay zero attention to the customer. When I asked where I could find what I was looking for I had to walk up to them and one of them just told me where it was.she didnt even bother showing me the product when she saw I still had trouble finding it. store might be small but it so jammed up with products. Some worker get annoying at times but its nice to be asked atleast. They looked as if they werent working.

I wanted to buy a primer that said it was in stock at this location but when I went to find it there was no more? And I asked the employee and she said it was out of stock ._. Online it says it’s supposed to refresh every 3 hours but the heck even after 3 hours it still said it was in stock. They needa fix that cause it misleads people

Walked in, asked an associate to please help me a foundation match. Keep in mind she was not helping ANYONE. She was speaking to me with no smile, honestly her body language was so rude... she was yelling across the way.. she asked ME to walk over to her so she can help me, instead of walking her self over to me! I’m so shocked!!!!This is why I hate shopping at this Sephora. Every time I go, I never, ever ever have a pleasant experience. You’re better off shopping at NYX downstairs where the girls are sooo AMAZING

Do not like this location at all. Most of the girls that Ive encountered are rude and will ignore you if possible. Maybe one girl who asked me can I help you? completely uninterested. I asked if they still carried a certain perfume that they used to and she said no without looking at me and kept on walking! WOW!?!! Really???I built up Sephora rewards over 12 years and my usual stores are in the West Los Angeles area, where the staff is on a much superior level. The Riverside location is terrible (I did not try the Sephora in JC Penney).And the female staff are rude and dismissive of female customers who dont fit a certain aesthetic. Ive seen it several times at this location.

Most of the workers arent friendly and dont want to answer your questions unless youre paying them for a service if not, they cant help you. Fortunately there was ONE guy there who helped me and as many others as he could! Messy displays with some not even stocked most of the merchandise was still in the stock drawers. I literally could not find help (poor guy had his hands full) out of the 10other people so I got my products from the stock drawers myself I was going thru then le I worked there! I think next time I will only go here to see new products(if they have them out) and order online.

Employees are very rude. Way too many employees. They don’t work to costumer satisfaction. They talk to EACHOTHER way too much. I’m disatisfied and disappointed in the Sephora. I come for good consulting and good hospitality. Don’t come to this Sephora. Go else where. They have respect for their costumers elsewhere. Honestly This place gave me a bad customer experience . I asked if I can be scanned to see what available products are in my skin tone for cover up the lady with green/blue hair told me its gunna be a while .she seemed annoyed that I was asking for assistance like cmon thats your job if a costumer needs help that is your duty to see how you can help also she wasnt even with a customer or anything she was just chatting with her coworkers 👎🏻 Then had attitude and basically trying to make me feel stupid with the way she was responding and putting a rude ass face when I was asking questions . And When I was just trying to figure out for my first time what products were in my skin tone . Honestly after this experience at that sephora in north riverside wont be see me ever again if there employees are just going to be ignorant to customers. Dont go here if your want an unpleasant experience .👎🏻

Recently purshased some makeup from store in Riverside,ca Tyler Mall, not a good experience at all, i love going to sephora and love when people that work there attend to me, i have been a customer since 2010 and ive never had a problem on Glendale, ca before . I think these girls that work there need more customer service training and to be helpful to customers,felt ignored and when i was with a girl that worked in the store she would ignore me and go talk to someone else and kept apologizing,no one asked if i needed help, i was kind of lost and could not get one person to ask if i needed anything,dont think i will go back to this store, but i hope to continue buyin g from sephora i always have .

I literally avoid going to this Sephora if I can. I have never had a pleasant experience here, in fact, everytime Ive gone the employees seem bothered whenever I ask for help. I totally understand if I were disturbing them, but it is their job to help the customers. I went yesterday to buy a moisturizer because it was the only store by me that had it in stock and I waned to use a giftcard that I had. Turns out, it was a Sephora/JC Penny giftcard which you cant use in stores. Understandable, I didnt even notice that it said JC Penny on it. However, the woman at the counter was extremely rude about it, Honey, you are aware that you cannot use Sephora in JC penny gift cards here, arent you? When I said that I was, but I didnt realize it was JC Penny. She didnt say anything but just stared at me until I told her I would wait to buy it, and then she rolled her eyes and called for the next guest. Not only was it embarrassing, but I was already having a bad day and she made it worse. Not her fault that I cant use it, but she definitely good have been a lot nicer about it. I will order online before I go here again.
