The store was pretty small. They dont have as much items as other sally beauty stores.

My experience was absolutely BAD! The staff,were texting, others talking, never acknowledged I came in, They looked directly at me,continued to chat. NO GREETING OR WELCOME. .3 professional beauty consultant, not one was helpful, I wasnt given my discount, that I paid for, with my SALLY CARD. .She forgot, then said, U only lost 40 cents..I put back items, I was so angry, so I bought the hair color only. I explained my concern, they act as if I had the problem, I contacted the corp office, NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD... Ive been going to this SALLYS, since it opened. And theres alot of turn over with the staff.. I havent been in since, I only use Ion hair items, So, I go to another store..SHAME ON YOU SALLY HEADQUARTERS! SOMEBODY NEEDS TO TROUBLE SHOOT SITUATIONS..Ur in my community. .Smh!
