Ive had them for years... very hard to get a call back if we have an issue... I am currently on day 5, my employee started this quest last week...Several years ago, they had good customer service...it is a thing of the past... I have asked them numerous times to please call on Mondays for our over the phone order (because they no longer come in to place orders) and my employees who work Tuesdays are not up to task. I guess this is too much to ask...Im thinking about moving to coke products, while I know it will cost more, Im sure the lack of issues will be worth it... (I may come out money ahead, because we wont have to run to the store for product...)
