If you go through ROAR or Becker for a load to here? Make sure to get an appointment before you arrive. Otherwise you are at the mercy of crews unloading everyone ahead of you. Without an appointment it is completely up in the air when you can get in. I wasted over 30 hours here because ROAR told me that I had a 1400 appointment time and when I got here? Turns out it was bogus.Get on your dispatch to call into here and confirm to see if you actually have an appointment. I say again, ROAR and Becker are brokers who give hilariously bad information on when you can deliver.

Waste of time loading here.. arrived an hour early to the appointment time and lasted 8 hours waiting to get loaded. Disrespectful and unprofessional staffing, especially the security lady. I hope management sees this comment and takes action. Truck Driving isnt an easy job and with staffing like that, they make it more difficult. Never going to get freight in this location again.

13+ years experience driving & delivering, this is by far thee worst of the worst places to deliver. Whoever is managing needs to be fired. Total disrespect of a truck drivers time, especially our drivers. Stay clear. 3 days trying to deliverafter getting pulled from site for sitting 2 long. 0 stars

Hate going to Pepsi. They take forever to load or unload. They have very unnecessary rules for truckers IMHO.

Took over 5 hours from our appt time. Guards were Very Rude.

Very un orgniezed place and is not having any line for a truck to Line up empty cases are in the middle of the lot you cant make a U-turn really to tight place for trucks and when they park them trucks actually they block you as the owner up or a carrier going to pick up or delivery there … R.S

BEWARE!!! Super understaffed facility!!! Had my broker talked to their manager as Ive been sitting on the street for 6 hours waiting for a door. Supposedly they are around 50 people short! So go figure! Stay away from this place at all cost!

This was once a good place to make a delivery, I said once upon a time . But Now, its pure hell . Over 9 hours to get unloaded, 25 pallets, all fork lift work. 7 hours to get a dock and 2hours & 30 minutes to get unloaded . If you go there pack a lunch & dinner .

I have Been here all day . Here for delivery appointment was at 13:00 and I arrive 12 noon . Giving door at 1830 and still here waiting to be unloaded it’s currently 2133

All drivers avoid this place they won’t get better if we don’t put pressure I came two years ago. It hasn’t change. Worst place for drivers. They don’t deserve even one star

Fast and friendly service, didnt take to long to unload. The parking is tight, and a little confusing.

The map makes it look like theres plenty of parking outside. Just got here the night before appointment and its a cluster f. The local kroger DC is next door as well so theres an incredible amount of trucks parked in the area. Checked in at 7:45 for 8:00 appointment finally got a door at noon.

Truckers be aware, if you have to wait in the street, be sure to be seated in driver seat at all time or you will find a surprise on your windshield. Husband parked to go check in, no visible signs of no parking, curb is white and when he got back he had a ticket on his windshield. Also they do not let you in earlier so be sure to get their 15 min. Before your appointment time.

Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. Got a door right away, was unloaded in 1 1/2 hrs. Not bad for the day/time. I have no complaints.Bad reviews about how the company doesnt care about the community because of one driver are ridiculous.You cant make that type of assessment about a large facility based off one driver that may not even be a employee. He could have been a contractor.Plus, the community is mostly industry. No one cares about the industrial sides of town. Not like they do the suberbs.

Today while driving on Sycamore Canyon Road your driver almost hit me because he would not merge. a small SUV that was a GMC with the license plates that started with a 7 and ended with a 192. its really tells me that Pepsi really doesnt care about the community about their customers or anything if hes representing them.

Management employee Edward Serena is a rude and incompetent.He is just some kind of training supervisor and he thinks he owns the Company. He was training guys how to lift boxes (Lumper Trainer)He needs some training him self how to treat outside carriers with respect.

CRAZY Deliver Drivers Whoever Has been driving Truck with license Plate # 4FC8260 Has been trying to run people off the road in California on the 210 & 91 freeways and eve Flipped my Friend the Middle finger when she refused to change lanes for him.. These drivers are DANGEROUS and she had her Grandchild in the car at the times this drivers was On the road Near her...is there # TO COMPLAIN about BAD Drivers ????

Dont even try to deliver a load to these people. They dont want what your bringing them and they will prove it by making you wait.

They stop unloading at 11am. If you r running late might as well go to the nearest truck stop and go back the next day
