I was making chili con carne and someone spilled the chili I had made. I was in a hurry. So I went down to Los Novillos market and purchased some of their chili. And it was absolutely delicious. It was just spicy enough, and soooooo savory. Its a must try. They also have prepared food now, I have to go back soon and try. And Ill let you know...

This supermarket was very big and very pleasant that you can easily get the items you wanted. Their cashier was very patient and friendly. The items were not overpriced. I will be back here again and again.

Just 3 stars cause they harrassed me to put a face diaper on . They dont have much selection..make sure you check the expiration dates ive brought several things home and the wife pointed out the food was expired

Sorry not sorry for the one star but the guy in the meats was handling the food very poorly. He literally grabbed everything with the same gloves and gave our bags of meat with carne asada juice all over ! 🤢 Didn’t even touch those bags of meat, I went to the produce isle and grabbed some clear bags to grab them with !!!

The people who work here have always been super friendly. Even though I cant speak Spanish they really try to help me. And every time they always give great service.

Today and two weeks from today I was highly disappointed this was one of my favorite carnicera .to find out that its not the same owners any more I know I sound crazy but the other owners who I believe were all three brothers took pride and joy in serving the costumers and this store lacks costumer service and quality especially the carniceros aka the meat shop today was not a good day in the novillos market...but its not all bad the cashiers are always amazing and still provide great costumer service I wish you could have a option to rate the girls for awesome costumer well thanks Novillos its probably not going to be the same GL 😭😭🥺🙏

This is a great little market ... I get all my fresh peppers, tomatillos, cilantro and other stuff I need when I do my serious Mexican cooking. They have an impressive meat counter and even hot food to take home or eat right there.

The spicy guac is one of the best I have ever had and the queso fresco is amazing as well. The buthers are very good people and make nice convo.

Excellent customer service and their chili verde burritos are damn good they put a lot of meat in their burritos I highly recommend this place and to do a little grocery shopping while youre there

Friendly, Great People...Cute little market to get all your quick needs like a freshly made burrito for lunch, a beer for after work and some groceries for dinner with what looks like fresh fruits and vegetables..A+++ on my Book, dont judge the market as a whole from the outside thats for sure or you wont know what a little gem this place really is.

This place has great burritos in Mexican food

I went in today to buy carne asada. Many people give this place good reviews even people I know personally. Thats the reason I went in, they say this place has the freshest meats. They dont and there is flies in the meat fridge too. As soon I saw that I just left. The meat doesnt look very good either. When you have red meat that has the color of pork thats no good.

This market is sooooooo awesome!!! This is the 2nd year we bought masa for tamales and we could be happier!!! GREAT store!!!

Very small inside and sometimes prices are dollar or 2 dollar more than other latino stores around the area, we love bolillos at home with frijoles and don francisco cheese and theh dont have fresh bolillos and when they do have them they are from a day before cold and even worse just 2 pieces per a Dollar!!!! Wow while in maxifoods they are bigger and 3 for a dollar! . I mean not a big complain but if ypu can ho further you can literally save a couple dollars. 😒😒😒😐🤨

I went and bought this burrito at the los novillos and I took it home with me so I can eat and all of sudden I chocking something small and I just imaging that it was just the lettuce then when I took another bite of it there was a plastic bad in my burrito that I ordered at the los novillos I got very upset about it so I called them to let know that was not okay 😤.

I found this little jem today and bought some Al pastor. the man behind the counter was awesome the price was reasonable and the Al pastor was to die for!!!!!! We where fed up with horrible carne asada and other marinated meats at the larger super markets and so we went on a hunt and found this awesome place and also everyone in side was so friendly. Oh and they have some yummy candy from Mexico as well. I give this place a 10/10

Best meat around, very good, the remodel made this place a whole lot better, their isnt a long wait for checkout or when ordering meat, parking was a bit rough, i didnt see a sign outside so i nearly missed the entrance, the shopping carts were outside so i never noticed them when walking in, and parking was a bit hard to find, but the quality of food and friendly people made it a great place

Unfortunately, the change of ownership was a bad thing for the business, the only thing that maintains the good level is the butchers staff, but in the food section the menudo is no longer what it used to be, they sell it poorly cooked (hard) and the tortillas every They are smaller and smaller without counting that they serve miserable amounts of product, although the people who serve are friendly they lack experience in customer service and cause a long waiting time, hopefully they improve, it was an excellent place.

Before it was the best place, but new owner everything is wrong, cook who does not use gloves to serve tacos the very bad attention and followed new people that at night of the steers, I do not recommend it to anyone

I am very sincere to them and they do not attend as before as when they just opened today we have to be yelling at the cosineras to try to buy some tacos the people there gathered softening and one waiting for nothing because they do not attend at all that the attention they maintain today is ugly
