Usually go here for my food and love it but these past few times eat department has been rude and to top it off I notice something on my chicken wings after cooking it and noticed they did a horrible job cleaning it. You can see the hairs.. a lot of hairs

I am a weekly shopper at your store and I cannot understand the lack of training for your courtesy clerks. Why are they not trained how to bag groceries? Why are they not trained to do something as simple as bagging the cold items in the (provided) insulated bags? I have been shopping in your store since you opened and Ive seen many, many faces and I can honestly say, 2 at most used common sense and bagged correctly without having to be asked by myself or the cashier. I gave them kudos and a job well done! Ive even gone as far as praising them to the manager. After my shopping trip today, having to rebag my groceries because of lack of training, I hope you will take time in the future to consider a resolution for this issue.Thank you for your time.

Wonderful Staff. Beautiful clean store room to get around and enough space if you want to chat with another shopper friend. Produce especially, the staff is awesome. There is one older Hispanic man who is the epitome of professional and happy. So kind. My grandmom use to go to Albertsons but says your store is so much better in many ways. She also was so pleased with the kindness of your produce ? Manager.

Without a doubt, a terrific store! Aside from the impressive selection, wide aisle ways and notably cleanliness, this team up here has no parallel. The team appears to like what they do and with whom they work with--they are quite conducive. Moreover, the store leadership has a noticeable presence and seems to be very good to their team members.I was particularly impressed during the early onset of Covid-19, the store manager was out early providing donuts to the customers who were waiting to enter the store. Jack Brown would be proud of how this store operates, treats its fellow employees, and takes good care of their customers.

The manager is rude and its not the first time, theis girl wouldnt smile, she doesnt smile and Ive had several dealings with her. She rather take a personal call on her cell phone, then to take care of an order that was ok incorrect. I spend about 1600Dollars a month, then some just smile, how she made manager is questionable

Stater Bros on Alessandro in Riverside is great. I have shopped at this store a couple of times. The store is large, clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. I do not live in this area but know that Stater Bros is a great place to shop.

Well, I live in canyon crest, less than 1 mile from Ralphs, and have been a loyal Ralphs customer for decades. Recently the Ralphs here has gone way downhill with the quality of products and service. I wrote them a review describing my recent experiences and many others experiences who also have quit going there. For that review I have gotten no response or even acknowledgement that they look at them. So, at least States has shown that they know people are reviewing their store

The store is clean and organized, but the customer service is lacking. There are some cashiers that seem to have attitudes and others that are friendly. Some courtesy clerks can be rude or completely dismissive. Im not sure if the evening staff members are being overworked or they are putting less effort in because theres less management at night. I have grown tired of shopping at this store and feel it is not worth the money to be treated rudely, especially when I have not done anything. I wish they had kiosks so I could scan my own groceries and not have to interface with staff. Oh well. The search for a new grocery store begins....

The deli department is really great and the cut fruit Ive always found properly cut, no hard sections. Its better than other stores in the area.

Belinda J. was the cashier today while I busted the stater bros on Alessandro. When I showed her my passport ID card, as it is an acceptable form of identification, she proceeded to call her manager to “verify” whether or not it was acceptable. Once she was told by her manager that it was ok, she then went back to “verify” it yet again taking time to read it further. I told her she could scan it and it’d be easier to see it is valid, if she needed to. To which she rudely said she didn’t have a scanner. After looking at the I’d for 30seconds she then asked me how old I am. She completely embarrassed me in-front of other guests. All of this to verify if I’m of age to purchase a drink. I couldn’t help but feel targeted. Once she was finished I asked her for her name as I was beginning to become defensive. She replied “Belinda, it’s on your receipt” then once she printed the receipt she handed it and circled her name with her finger nail. Belinda exhibited poor customer service and was very hostile. I dont intend to visit again but I do feel this should be addressed to her and considered while doing her review.

This Stater Bros is the best store I have ever gone too. The staff there treats my wife and I like superstars! The manager, a man with a vision of greatness. All together, the Mission Grove area has benefited by the store and its employees.

I never have any issues when I shop here. They always have what I am looking for and the staff appears to always be in a good mood. The carts are cleaned regularly and the facility itself seems to be well maintained.

Nice store, always clean, employees are helpful,always stocked...its always busy so parking can be a bear and getting in and out the parking lot is fairly easy depending on what time you go.

The cashier that helped me tonight was talking to another cashier,and didn’t realize he moved the separator and continued to scan my groceries along with the groceries from the guy in front of me. I was trying to tell him it wasn’t a big deal, and it’s kind of hard to multitask sometimes. I just wanted him to not worry about it. He thought I didn’t put the divider down. He said it’s actually better if you put the divider down. I told him I promise I did put it down. He said “you promise?” I didn’t want to argue with him about it so I just let it go. I know these guys are busy and they do all they can to help customers all day. But I was truly trying to be as nice as possible, and it seemed like he was irritated with me for some reason. I’m sure he had a long day, but I’m going to consider shopping somewhere else. Unless I really need something fast and have to go here.

Stater Brothers is always a great shopping experience. Every once in a while you get a staff member that had a bad day like today but basically I always shop at Staters..they are like my family.

Just moved to Riverside & Ill be honest...it felt awkward the 1st time i went to Stater Bros (didnt see one mexican in there, lol). A few days ago i went for the 2nd time and left highly impress. The service from both the cashier and the bag lady (girl) has definitely won me over.

All employees are very helpful, especially during this pandemic. They will clean a cart for you, bag your groceries in complimentary bags, and frequently disinfect the conveyor belt. The store is always very organized & tidy.

This is one of the better Stator Bros. Very enjoyable store things are easy to find.

My fam and I have been shopping at staters for decades, however, rest assured, I will sue for violating my civil rights if you say one word to me. There is NO LAW that I have to wear a mask for the flu. I wont even go into how much cross contimation there is everywhere and with your plastic on the card machine, THAT EVERYONE TOUCHES. like everyone else, youre idiots.Its over!

Everyone that I talk to when I shop there is so happy and cheerful. That makes a difference to me. Always willing to help, with a smile on their face. The meat counter is always fully stocked and the clerks back there are so helpful. What I like about this Stater Bros. is that when its busy, they have plenty of meat counter clerks, as well as other staff. Last but not least, the store is always clean and bright.

Usually fast and friendly. Very clean store with nice selection for deli, meat counter, veggies, and of course, beer.

I come here 3 times a week minimum, its a very clean grocery store with a friendly staff. Their meat dept. is much larger than most other groceries and the butchers will gladly cut you a specific size rib-roast or grind up a selected meat or my favorite (rib-eye) into a fancier ground-beef than what you typically find to be prepackaged. The best part is that they sell Loma Linda Brand canned veggie meats! It sure beats driving all the way to Loma Linda.. Overall one of my favorite places to go and shop for healthy ingredients with a wide variety of options.

Some produce had Mold on it when I brought it to the attention of the worker in the produce dept he said oh thats what they sent us this morning we dont have anymore and turned to his co worker and ignored me .

Store was crazy for superbowl but they had plenty of staff to handle it

Clean store & I love the great selection at the meat counter

Found out that this particular store is closer than the one that I normally go to. I like how massive the selection is and how wide the aisles are. I should also mention that its a newer store thats been remodeled, so its clean and the upkeep is superb. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Overall I would recommend this store over others and give it a 5/5 star rating.

Wow. Biggest Stater Bros store...ever. Ive shopped at almost all the stores in this area. Well worth the wait. Aisles are nice and wide. Unlike their competitor, down the road, that hurriedly remodeled the store. Really like the lighting and the double doors in the refrigerated sections. Lots of room in the butcher and bakery area. The seating area is a great concept. Somewhere to enjoy your selections from the food court. There are a couple of problem areas. But considering it just opened and its size, Im sure those things will be addressed. Making this store, my store.

Yesterday we were told that seniors would be able to shop early. Well, yes we got right in thinking that seniors would be their only for at least an hour. We were very disappointed because their was every one else there. NOT happy shoppers management. Your competitors Albertsons gives two hours you only 15 minutes. Really

Stater Bros. Has good quality food, all the way. It is a standard for southern California area. The markets are clean and well organized. Good selection and prices are good. Definitely recommend shopping at Stater Bros if one is available in your area.

I love this Starter Bros, it has so many varieties. Of foods to choose from. In the seafood department. You can get your fish steamed right there. Im having them steam some salmon for me to take home. And they also have a great manager here his name is Mr. James. Mr. James really take pride in making sure his customers are satisfied.
