I have had many cars serviced and repaired at many different facilities, and never have I ever been to a shop with such a lackadaisical approach to customer service. They have shown me on multiple occasions, that they truly do not value a customers time, nor business. Truly disappointing!!
Let me start by saying, if I could put zero stars I would. I had the worst experience here and I hope that you all see the true colors of the manager here at Fritts Ford. To cut a long story short we were lied to by Michael (the manager), just like any car salesman. I didnt like the price of the vehicle and he told me he would cut down the price and it never happened. I offered to pay cash to reduce the price and all he was worried about was his money. He said he wouldnt get the money until later if we gave him a check (even though we had cash and he was very against paying in full). My dad and I were waiting and waiting for two hours and eventually we werent happy so we decided to leave. When we did we saw Michael was talking to other customers while neglecting to tell us. He did not take us seriously and that made us more upset so we attempted to leave. He followed us all the way to the street where our car was parked arguing with us and why we were leaving. We told him multiple times that we were no longer interested in the car and he still persisted. He stood close to the drivers side so that my dad could not reverse and leave the parking lot (we would have ran over his foot). I threatened to call the police and he told me to call them. Again, we told him multiple times to leave us alone and walk away. Once my dad began to call attention to the situation by saying he was harassing us to the rest of the car salesmen (keep in mind no one tried to help us), he walked away from the car saying Im not harassing you. But once my dad got back in the vehicle he came back to the same spot and began bickering. He eventually backed off. At the end of the day, he was upset and worried about a check that he acted impulsively and attempted to make us look bad. At no point were we going to go back in the dealership and sign the papers for the car, so I am not sure what his motive was but we felt targeted and it felt like he was trying to humiliate us for humiliating him (by not buying the car). I am glad that we decided to leave because we recognized his true colors and we would not have seen it if we wouldve purchased the car. We were going to purchase another car for my mother from here if the customer service was good and clearly that wasnt the case. So he missed out on two checks. If you can avoid this place, its in your best interest. Very, very disappointed.

Difficultly in navigating the service bay... huge boom trucks in line, with bollard barriers... looked like it was closed down for repairs so went to the quick check in, to be told to go back to the regular service lanes... Then ten minutes later the service personnel showed up& the line started moving. Hopefully, Tom will do well by us and get us good service. He was honest and kind & truthful and we felt that he would do his best to get answers for our recall issues. Thumbs up!

Fritts Ford is really at getting your vehicle in line for the services requested. The receptionists are very profesional, fast, and nice. They will give you a free car wash after each services, and each oil change will include a fluid top off check with battery health, and tire rotation.Recommend though to get there first thing in the morning as they open in order to get your vehicle worked fast and finished fast as possible.I highly recommend their services
Customer Service was awesome. Teresa Jones was so great at explaining to me all possibilities with my car so that I could have the right expectations. She took time to help me understand. She never acted rushed or abrupt. The work was done timely and to my satisfaction. I live in Arizona and had gone to Scottsdale Ford, and they were less than friendly and had no time to explain.So I drove to Riverside CA to Fritts Ford where my sister and her husband go. Absolutely good experience. Teresa could actually go out to Scottsdale Ford and teach them the basics of good customer service and how a happy customer will keep coming back. I can’t say enough good things to describe the professional approach practiced at Fritts Ford service. My 2015 F-150 Lariat developed a serious engine problem that required the truck be towed for service. The breakdown occurred about a mile away from Raceway Ford. I had AAA bypass the closer dealer and take my truck to Fritts. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had me on the road the next day! Terry Jones did an excellent job shepherding service for my truck from arrival to pick up! Mechanical problems are bound to happen with any vehicle, but good service is no accident. I depend on Fritts Ford. You can too!
We had a repair done at Fix Auto. Repair looks excellent, completed before promised by the estimate. Customer Service was excellent. However, when we picked up the vehicle, the back seats were left up leaving us with the feeling that someone had looked through our belongings. It was returned to us clean so I’d like to think that maybe it was vacuumed and the seats just weren’t returned to the proper position. We don’t keep anything of value in our vehicles, but it was just an odd thing that we noticed.
Mike a 20 year employee was extremely unprofessional after leaving the offices because we were tired of waiting and being mislead. He followed me to my vehicle arguing with me and not allowing my daughter and myself to drive away. I asked him several times to move so I can leave. He refused to move. I said move away so I dont hit you. Then you says Now you going run me over? I ask him to move again, my daughter ask him to move. Why was this guy harassing us. We were ready to buy the vehicle. Now Im glad we didnt buy. Thats 2 car sales that he lost
Went to test drive new Bronco. Really sweet truck, but availability wasnt there. Accepting pre orders. Staff was very helpful. Took it out for test drive for 1/2 hr.
This place does not call or email back. I had a part on order and have been trying to contact them over 2 months to schedule the next service. When you call they do NOT transfer you to a person directly that you can leave any messages for. When I ask to speak to a manager or just to obtain their email address the operator will not provide the information. Horrible customer service.
Although I believe quick lane is a good place to go to for service, I’m still disappointed with my last visit. I sent my company truck for services (oil change, air filter) they decided on their own to replace fuel filters, etc., so instead of being a regular service for $115 or so, they gave me a bill for almost $400.00. Not good at all, I’m very upset because the truck has only 11,000 miles and they should’ve at least call for approval prior to performing the work.
One of the best truck buying experiences of all ! My request was not an easy one either, my wife and I were looking for our retirement special for pulling our 5th wheel camper. After visiting several dealers, it turned out I should have started there. Not only did they have the exact truck I was looking for, their knowledgeable staff was able to properly fit my truck with the proper hitch assembly for safely towing our camper. I bought my wife a car at Carmax in 2020. It was much easier. Carmax didnt insist on a $800 GPS theft device that we didnt need! We also didnt want added paint protection or ANYTHING ELSE. Buying a new vehicle shouldnt give you a headache. But Fritts Ford will get every penny they can, as they should. With a 780 credit score I still walked out with a high 6.5 percent interest rate. However, I will refinance right away. Just another headache of buying a new car the old school way.

While the work performed was exactly what I asked for the quest to get it done was not. I replaced my 24 gallon fuel tank on my 2012 F250 with a 50 gallon fuel tank. Everything was fine except the truck computer did not know I had increased my fuel capacity therefore my DTE, distance to empty, was not accurate. I went to Fritz Ford to have the fuel capacity corrected in the computer and was told that was not possible by the Service Advisor, I tried to convince him that it was but he was insistent that it could not be corrected. I unhappily left and did some additional research obtaining the precise step by step instructions from Ford themselves. I took those instructions back to Fritz Ford and they acknowledged the fact the fuel capacity could be corrected. I watched as the technician took my truck to his work area, then on a test drive, then parked the truck. The total time involved was 18 minutes. Here’s the rub, I had to research and provide the dealer with the instructions on how to perform a correction on fuel capacity, I had to make two trips to the dealership after being told it wasn’t possible, then I had to pay the dealership one hour of labor for an 18 minute computer correction. Maybe if the Service Advisor had been willing to listen a bit and help me out in the beginning I would not be writing this not so great review.

Took my 2017 Raptor into fritts ford, it took over an hour to drop my vehicle off even though I had an appointment 4 months out. Even though I had the appointment no one was able to look at my vehicle until the next day leaving me with no vehicle. Finally, once they did, I got the famous we cannot duplicate the problem, and they charged me hundreads of dollars even though the vehicle is still under warranty. I just took the vehicle to another shop and they found the issue in an hour and it was a simple fix with replacing a bad sensor. Thanks for wasting my time and money and making me pay for repairs twice.
WORST experience ever ! I ordered the 21 F150 back to May and was delivered just yesterday. I thought I finally can have my truck, however, they asked me to pay MSRP and lie to me I was accept before order. The manager even threat me that everyone would love to buy MSRP or even mark up. Is this the way you talk to the customer who willing to wait for 4 months to get the car? We have prepared to pay higher price than usual because of the chip shortage. They thought it is seller’s market now and won’t give any dealer discount. And this is how they treat their customer !
I hope the time frame (long wait) for mechanic service is due to COVID-19 and not a set culture. My car was in the shop for almost a week and was not offered a rental which was a strain to deal with. After insisting and insisting in the need of one, I was finally given one. Over all they did a great job, but you have to check on time frames and remind them of car rentals if you need one. Its going on almost a year and they still have not fixed my cars trunk door, I hope the part is acquired before the year ends.
This was my first time dealing with Fritts Ford I have to say it was very pleasant. I dropped my truck off at the night drop off which worked well for my schedule. I had my truck back in a couple days and everything went very smooth.

Tool my truck in for the windshield wiper sprayer being inop and its first oil change since buying it in February. oil change with great and they said the sprayer problem was corrected. signed it out at the cashier and pulled out. went to clean my windows since there was no complimentary wash. the sprayers barely shot out so i turned around and took it back. showed the service check in specialist that helped me the day before and he handled it for me but i was without a vehicle for two day due to this problem. it was corrected and i was on my way.
I had a great experience at Fritz Ford in Riverside. I attempted to service my 2018 Ford Expedition with basic needs like an oil change and tire rotation as well as required service for the 60k mile interval. Tom in service was polite and honest, he told me exactly what it needed and most importantly what it did not need ( the making of a return customer), the ride back from the shuttle was by an older gentleman ( sorry forgot name ) that was pleasant to talk to as well as the reception/ cashier named Lezly . The overall experience was Great and I will definitely return to service my car as well as purchase a car for my Dad and daughters.

A Chevy Colorado that was “appraised” for $25,000 by a sales manager of said “20+ years,” was sold to a competitive dealership for $31,000 with a 2020 certified Ford Edge Titanium purchased for less than the asking price of the vehicle test driven at Fritts.The web advertisement statement, “We offer up to 120% of KBB value on your vehicle trade” is intentionally misleading and is long overdue for revision. I have been taking our vehicles here for a long time. They do a good job on changing oil. There is an area of improvement in their “vehicle inspection “. They recommend services “based off miles”. I have had radiator flushing and gear oil/lube done, along with transmission flushing done. Yet every time I take truck in, they “recommend” these things needing to be done “based off mileage” . I have even told them what has been done, yet they check a red box on the vehicle inspection report, and state these things need to be done. So, in fact, they are not checking if it has been done, they are attempting to have it done again, by them, because they are not the ones who did it, nor do they actually inspect to see if its been done or note that it had been done already. This lowers the trust level on issues related to what the vehicle may need in the future.
I took my car into fritts ford because thats where I purchased it from. Had an oil change & tire rotation & now my wheels are squeaking. Did not squeak before taking it in. Ill give it 2 stars bc I didnt have to wait long. But I wont be taking it there ever again. Dont even want to contact them because I dont feel like going through the headache of them denying any fault. Thanks a lot fritts
I showed up at 10am and left with my new 2021 Ford Ranger at 12:45pm. Im not to sure if that is even possible at other dealership. This is my 4th Ford vehicle but my best experience thanks to the internet department and most of all Nick the Internet Sales Manager for not messing around and getting me what I wanted and needed. I will definitely be back if I need another vehicle.

We were walk-in customers who had a vehicle we wanted to trade in to upsize. We wanted one with 3rd row seating. Working with Nick Baeza, we found an Explorer that worked well for us. He is a new salesman, but wasnt pushy, and had his work reviewed prior to submission in order to make sure everything was good on our end. Very happy with our new ride and our experience at Fritts.
Amazing place. Nick Arfman in internet sales is awesome to work with. Make sure you ask for him if you head there. Turn around time from the moment I entered the front door to the time i drove off - under 2 1/2 hours. Very impressive. Even got to meet Mrs Fritts - the owner during my visit. Never happened before.Would and will be shopping her again on future buys.
Worst dealership, worst service department. Horrible people, very rude. Not on just one occasion, but many times.I now drive over 30 miles away just to not have to deal with them. Pick somewhere else, anywhere else.

We also encountered Nick K. off referral to help us with our contract, who also was amazing at what he does! He helped make the process painless! And our last encounter was with Ray! He was just as friendly and helpful as the others and very efficient and organized with all the papers, while explaining it all to us! Drove off the lot probably within 4? Hours. Which by dealership hours is pretty fast!Will be returning in the future for a new car which that time comes and telling family/friends who they need to go see! Thank you!

Called the parts department the guy who answered (Damian) and immediately had an attitude as if i just interrupted him from doing nothing. Left me on hold for 10 minutes while looking up a part. Told me it was $11 in stock. So i came in, delt with another guy at the front counter (older man, pony tail) he had just as much attitude and acted like i was bothering him from doing nothing. These guys have poor customer service and dont know how to so their jobs. I ended up paying $40 because they looked up the wrong part luring me in.

We purchased an F-250 diesel in December 2020. We ordered running boards and when we came back to pick up the truck Fritts had installed the wrong running boards. We were told the ones we ordered were no longer in stock. They told us they could get similar ones for us from Ford Manufacture and they would be in around February 15. At the end of February we called and were told it would be another month. When we didn’t hear from them again at the end of March, we called only to be told, we would not hear from them until they had the running boards in hand. We are on three months and counting. The running boards they installed are slimmer than the ones we ordered. I have injured knees and worry about the step when getting out of the truck . Very disappointing to deal with Fritts Ford Customer Service.
Never repair a car here, I had a PCM issues and i left my car there they called me saying the car wouldnt turn on because it needed a new key for the pcm and i payed for it, they told me not to use the old key that it doesnt work with the pcm. 2 weeks later after i wash my car i find a small battery and internal of my old car key, turns out it didnt turn the car on because the remote had no battery and internal was gone i go and check my key and sure enough it was missing all that. The remote must have opened and he didnt even notice the battery or internals fell out, i paid $400+ for the new key and extra to get it installed.Now i have a focus with a transmission issue and even though ford knows about the issue theyre not willing to work with me on anything. Repair is $2500 plus
Skyler, Andre, and Cole do a great job showing you cars you are interested in, and get excited about purchasing your new car. Once the Manager Joe gets involved and starts taking numbers, do yourself a favor and walk away. He will waste your time, insult you as a customer and has zero customer service skills. Returning customers don’t mean anything. We will never do business with Fritts Ford again and happily take our business down the rode to Hemborg Ford.
Getting ahold of someone is ridiculous. as a family we have boughten multiple vehicles from the dealership but when it comes to talking to someone on the phone to talk about a service or get a price quote no body can ever answer. Good luck if you just want to leave voicemails for everyone and waste your day and time.

I waited 2.5 hours for my car to get an oil change. I checked and it was done and I was not notified. I had requested to have a problem checked (horn going off randomly when locked) which was not completed and would take additional time.

The Fritts Ford service department is organized, professional, and friendly. My vehicle was dropped off for repairs. I was assigned a contact person, Marina, who kept me informed at each stage of the process. Repairs were done quickly and correctly, with a warranty. I would do business here again.

I love my truck.............But, it has been a hassle to have the aftermarket products (Running Boards and Tow Package) to be installed. At my first appointment, where they were supposed to both be installed, they were only able to install the running boards - which I love. But they forgot to order the proper parts for the Tow Package. So, 2 weeks later, when I was told the parts had arrived, I had to make another appointment and wait another week. Then, when I went to pick up my truck after the Tow Package was to have been installed. It was clear that they had only done a partially correct job - the hitch receiver was installed correctly, however, they scored a major foul by not installing the correct electrical connections for a 7 pin trailer connection. The service tech told Toya that they had installed the exact parts that come on all new trucks with factory installed tow packages, I think he lied. Upon closer inspection, I was able to discern that they had merely relocated the 4 pin connector from underneath the bumper to a spot near the receiver (not where it belongs). A review of all other trucks on the lot with tow packages indicated that they all come with a combo 7 pin and 4 pin connector. Now, I am told I must wait for this other part to be ordered and received before they can install it. I wonder, was this part contained in the original tow package parts that were to be installed and perhaps the tech, for some unknown reason, decided to not install all of my parts? So, I now have a beautiful truck, that is not at all prepared to tow the trailer that I clearly told all of the Fritts Ford staff that I will be towing. I am disappointed and can only hope they get it right at my 3, soon to be announced appointment.
I went here to service my car. Ive heard many good things about this place and decided to give them a try. I asked 4 separate people where the service place was and none of them helped me. I either got told directions and they walked away to go help someone else looking to buy a car or said they couldnt help and left. I expected better customer service. As I was about to leave due to frustration I had a security guard who helped me, actually lead me to the correct location, and offered to let the mechanic know I was here. The security guard and mechanic in charge of my service had more manners and helped me more than any other sales rep roaming the area. I was roaming helplessly lost for 30 minutes. I waited 3.5 hours for my car which wasnt a big deal. After paying the cashier I was waiting to get my car back and waited a good 15 minutes with other people, a man came up to me asking if I was waiting for my car I said yes and as I was describing my car to him he just walked away mid conversation. Ive never had such a disrespectful customer service. I luckily found my mechanic who promptly retrieved my car in less than 5 minutes.As a small business owner, this level of care towards a customer is completely low and unacceptable. I wont be bringing my service back here solely due to my experience. Hopefully those who go here recieve a far better experience than I recieved. Thank you to Greg Johnson and the security guard who helped me, everyone else needs to take another course of customer service and go back to their mothers to learn manners.My recommendation is if a customer asks where a place is, walk with them to ensure they reach their desired destination, it helps us more than you would know.

I have had my 2016 escape in twice with problem of light on dash say engine fault. Car starts running bad hardly will accelerate, transmission shifts hard. 1st time in October technician could not find a code in EMS. In February it happened again .took it in for service tech said there was code po106 found TSB 16-0161 they R &R air box and spliced in a wire 129 charged me $453.39 . Early April it started doing it again. Return it back for service. Tech could not find any codes. Not happy with Ford . When engine is shut off lt erases the code.
We took our Navigator to Fritts Ford for servicing recently. We were very happy with the treatment we got from Marina, the agent who took care of us. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and the staff and customers were all masked. We also appreciated having use of the courtesy shuttle; we were driven to a nearby mall to shop while waiting for the car to be serviced. Visit Fritts Ford - you won’t be sorry!!!
Dealing with Fritts Ford service is comical. They offer ZERO communication. Took them 3 weeks to change a windshield. Vehicle was dirty when it was finally returned to me. I would buy another Truck from them but would never take my vehicle to the Fritts service department again. Praying that my regular service/oil changes can be transferred to another dealership.

Inquired about a specific vehicle that wasn’t even in stock yet. They called us and said the truck came in and it’s available for us to come in. Before we left the house they said wait don’t come in yet someone is looking at it. About 10 minutes later they called back and said it’s available again and we can come down and she was mistaken and the other party was just casually looking so we can come right away. When we arrived Nick stated he would pull the truck around. We noticed he was taking longer and when he came back he said if we can wait 5 more minutes because the other party is crunching numbers with the finance department. Obviously this didn’t sit well with my husband because they were buying it and the lady lied just to make us come in as their backup option. Lying to a customer who is coming from an hour away to trick us to make sure we were the back up option in case the other customer bought something else. Clearly you don’t care because you sold the truck. Don’t tell people it’s still available. Desperate for a sale. Luckily we don’t need the truck that bad we already have one so we will wait til our local dealership has it in. Don’t do business with Fritts Ford it’s all about their pockets! ZERO CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!

We brought our 2019 Ford Flex in to have a few things done with it. Started the conversation with Don Tucker, explained what we needed done and he was very helpful and super polite. I could tell he was very busy but he still took the time to listen and never made me feel like he was hurrying me at all. He was great about calling back to let us know what was going on with the vehicle and when it would be ready. The car was just as clean as it was when we left it with them. Great experience from start to finish. Very satisfied with the work and with the way Don took care of us.

Bought a car that is under warranty and they cant fix it till a part comes in Ive been eating 7 months for it. If they were honest they wouldnt have sold me the car but they are not. I also scheduled my first oil change for 8:30am, at least thats what I thought. When I arrived I found out its a 2 hr wait, first come first serve. The appointment is a check in time I also brought up that i think my truck is getting worse from the part not coming in. They said they cant help me they are to backed up.Im in the market to buy a car again. I guarantee you I will never ever be spending my hard earned money here again.Also a lot of the employees do not wear masks, shameful. BUYER BEWARE choose a dealership that actually cares about their customers!!!I wish I could give 0 stars
