Absolutely love this place! I honestly was so clueless starting my search for new flooring for my house. However, they helped me understand the differences of each and what would be the best for my home. And soooooo many options to choose from which I loved because I wanted to make sure I could find exactly what I imagining.

Instead of blasting my comments, first Id like to give the company an opportunity to fix the major wrongs at my place.Please call me when you have a chanceSince the review, Ive recieved no help correcting the floors that were installed. Additionally as more time has passed, more of their shotty craftsmanship has surfaced and out of 4 shower rooms, 2 have now had to be reworked due to poor install techniques. Save yourself time and money.

Rude customer service. I seemed to be bother the lady who took my call. I just wanted a quote. I Won’t do business with people who won’t earn it. Poor professionalism.

Im not satisfied with their scheduling. Long story short... One of their subcontractors was supposed to finish wax coating some seam work in my office and he no-showed twice. Very frustrating.
