I didnt really get my main computer issue resolved or fixed. I was told they dont charge for diagnostic unless they complete the repair. I went back three different times only to be told my computer cannot be fixed. Somehow I still ended up paying out of pocket and was reimbursed partial. So in the end I still ended up paying for something that was not fixed and misdiagnosed three different times.

Went to fix my screen on Dec 02, 2020 and my screen began glitching that same night. I had to force a restart in order for the screen to work again. I couldnt go right away to fix it and the screen completely went blank on Dec 13, 2020. I hadnt dropped it once and it had a lifeproof case on it. When I went to the store I kindly asked if I can have it replaced but the lady working didnt want to help in any way she insisted on a receipt rather than looking up my transaction and questioned if it was even her who fixed it. I had to go to the bank for bank statements since I couldnt even get into my phone to show the transaction and when I came back with evidence she seemed bothered to fix it. Would not recommend this place at all. If you call for a quote youll end up paying 70. dollars more when you get to the store since she raises the price as soon as youre there as well. Horrible customer service and very cheap work.

I had been putting off repairing my cracked IPad screen for months. So happy i finally took the time to do it. My iPad looks brand new and the service was excellent.

This place is absolute trash I came here and paid about $130 to get my phone fixed and it kept glitching for the next few days until the screen finally went out. When I came back to try and get it fixed again the person went into the back for 30 minutes called their co-worker and came back to me and said I cannot replace my screen because the warranty is voided because of a little tiny crack on the side which Im 100% sure she did. And then tried to charge me $95 to replace my screen again. I would give no stars honestly

Quick turnaround on info and orders but tried to rip me off. I thought Id try the repair service and they got back to me the next day to show me a photo of my phones motherboard to explain why this might be a poor investment: good. They offered to order me the same model of phone for approximately the same cost as the repair service: good, though one reason this was so, was my phone was an older, non flagship model already at that price point. When I received and paid for the phone, I found that theyd charged me the price for, and listed on the receipt, the model I was replacing, but had given me the stepdown model: bad. Upon returning the next day with this information they gave me two options, either pay an upcharge to order the model Id paid them for (and that theyd told me theyd sold me), or theyd make an exception on their no returns policy: mediocre at best. When I asked for more information, the technician wouldnt speak with me or show his face, telling the clerk to tell me both that the model I was replacing wasnt available anywhere to order (a lie: I did my own research) and that the step-up model to the one theyd sold me under false pretenses was available for an upcharge (scammy, since thats the same item they said wasnt available): unbelievably dishonest. I was at least given the option to make the return, which I did, and which is why I gave the business two stars instead of one.

So far so good. I brought my iPhone 6 s to get the charging port replaced and I was convinced that’s what needed to be done even after the woman working there suggested it only needed to be cleaned. I left it with here and called back about forty min later and had it charging for me. She only had to clean out the port. She could have done the replacement anyway and took the larger bill but I was impressed that when the opportunity arose, they acted with integrity. I’m gonna see about getting my battery replaced today and will update accordingly.

I just ordered a battery for my phone. The young lady that helped me was very pleasant. Now we wait to see if the battery comes.

Very professional service. I had a pixel 3 a with a broken screenthey had to order one but thats cool a lot of places dont have one anyway. Only take a few days. I would recommend them highly 🤗👍

Had my iPhone X screen repaired. Forgot to get the guys name, but he was polite, professional and informative. It only took 20 minutes. Store is clean and well organized.

Super friendly service and Reasonable pricing . I called ahead with questions about the repair I needed, which was a broken camera lens on a S7 Active, and they were very helpful, informative, and clear. I spoke with Maya over the phone and in person when planning my repair. We had to special order the lens I needed so they called me when it came in. Went to the shop the next day and Joseph patched it all up in a couple hours. The price wasnt too bad and the team made it very clear to me what I was paying for. Would return for future repairs.

Could be a bit more organized, but the service is fast and reliable. My repair wasnt very expensive, but my phone was fixed perfectly (as far as I can tell right now). However, keep in mind:-If they need to order a part, make sure you keep track of when they said it would be in and call to make sure. I was under the assumption they would notify me, and waited like an idiotand-When I went in this morning, it was about 11:22, and the front door was still locked / the lights were off / doorbell didnt make them notice. I had to call them to make sure they were open. Maybe come a bit later in the day when theyre more ready, because I imagine they might have been setting up for the day or something.

We called around to get phone quotes. The quotes to replace the charging port ranged from $50 to $90. D&R Electronix quoted us the $50. When we arrived, Myah said it may just need a good cleaning. She was so helpful and fixed my husbands cell phone in just a few minutes for less than half the original quote. Then she ran a diagnostic on my phone and didnt even charge me for it! Im telling everyone about D & R! Thanks again, Myah!

My first encounter with the shop was good. It was an easy fix and Alex was nice. My second time going there I got to see what happens when the issue is a little more complex and I was quite unhappy. There were no questions about how my phone was broken, just said they could fix it (prior to a diagnostic test). After inquiring they said they dont do a diagnostic test until after the parts arrive. They dont seem to keep track of when parts are arriving b/c at one point when I called to check on the status of my phone I was told there are some boxes here, your part might be in one. I had to continually call and check on the status because no one seemed to ever have an answer. They seemed to use a very slow shipment method for parts, which kept my phone there a week. In the end it was fixed and Im thankful, but the lack of communication and professionalism, and the time it took, have encouraged me to look into sending it off through my carrier if theres a next time.

I had a great experience here! The customer service was AMAZING dealing with Ruben when I dropped off my phone and Drew when I picked it up. They are both super cool, knowledgeable, and helpful. They fixed my phone perfectly and very quickly. I was also dealing with a third party company that needed information about how the phone was broken and they were so easy to work with. Got my screen repaired. After a day dealing with surly people in different stores and on the phone, it was like cool water on a hot day to go in to D and R Electronix. Its a cool, cozy place with a polite and personable young man running things. I didnt want to leave. (it was over outside 100 after all). Anyway, got my screen done; great job at a great price and am glad I found D and R on Google.!

I came here to get my iPhone 5 repaired because my screen was completely shattered and blacked out! I highly recommend this place due to their fast service! I walked in and immediately got helped, it took only 20 minutes for him to repair my phone. Did I mention that the prices here are affordable! I called on inquiring about fixing my Note 5 camera lens and went in same day. My phone carrier quoted me almost $175+ because it voided warranty I literally saved $150 and my camera works PERFECT. Great service and quick. I definitely recommend these guys.

After I turned in my Note 7 for a Recall, I downgraded to my old Note 4 while waiting for the new Note 8. I could not charge and thought I had a bad micro charger port. I brought my phone here for repair and they saved my $$$ by upgrading the cable only. Great service.

Horrible experience. the people that work here are rude and they steal from the public by charging such high prices. Go to the cell phone repair shop on Blaine and Iowa they are cheaper and more honest when it comes to negotiating prices.

Came to D&R electronix and Ruben hooked me up with a new LCD screen. They gave me the best price in Riverside County. When I came to pick my phone up no problems. Great customer service friendly and helpful. Because it was done on time and the price was so reasonable I got atempered glass screen protector too. still less then all the others. Got screen replaced for my Zenfone 2 at a fairly reasonable price, was fairly happy until I discovered that the phone wont communicate with my PC anymore as well as the vibrator stopped working, both were working fine even with the cracked screen, I am not sure if its their wiring or pure coincidence...Update: Took my phone back and they discovered what was wrong (a clip) and remedied it free of charge.

Love my new green screen! I have the Galaxy 6 Edge (white) after cracking the front glass, i called Drew and he was able to order me a different color glass for the front and back. Ordering took about 4 days but it was so worth the wait! He did have white but i really wanted green.. once it arrived i came in handed over my taped up S6 and took a seat. Just over an hour later Im out the door with a fresh green colored S6 Edge! Woot! A++

Did not like this place! Rude and unfriendly. One of the techs said he could not repair the device because he could not get the part. The part is online everywhere. He then said he couldnt get it because it was too expensive so I said I could buy it. Then he said thats not it but rather they just cant do the repair. Just be honest up front next time..

Had two iPhone 6 batteries replaced. Both of them are loose and rattle. I will be taking them back in to see what their response is going to be. Stay tuned.Update: the loose batteries have been fixed. Good service. The battery life is not particularly good though.

I showed the guy that the screen was coming off of my phone. He knew exactly what the problem was. He took off the cover and showed me that the battery had expanded/semi exploded. The phone was fine and needed no repairs, it was the battery that had failed (which was weird because it still worked and held a charge). He didnt even charge me. Awesome!

Just came to d&r electronix to get a tempered glass for my phone. Cheapest prices in the area. They do cell phone repairs too. Happy with the service.

I went and had them repair my glaxy s7 screen on Saturday. They left a crack in the new screen. It messed my phone up horribly!!! I cant even use my phone anymore! Its their fault but wont fix it. Said the best they can do it $190 when I just spent $200 and they gave me a warranty saying anything that happens to the screen they will fix. Its bullshit. Dont use this place. Find some where else to go.

I came in to this shop because of the awesome prices. I called all the shops around and they were, just like everyone says, the BEST price around. They fixed my galaxy s4 with a damaged lcd in less then 25 minutes. I would recommend them to evveryone! They also have great prices on the accessories as well.

This is now my third time coming here in 4 years great fast service every time

Had my screen repaired on Nov 2nd. Within a few days I noticed a couple of stress points at the top of the screen, but they were not very noticeable and I was in the middle of moving so I didnt deal with it immediately.Those stress points caused a crack in the screen on Nov 25. Brought it in right away, and since I had not dropped the phone or done any thing to cause the crack, I assumed they would stand by their 6 month guarantee... That guarantee is voided by cracks, apparently even cracks caused by the poor repair job.. So I was left with a choice to drop another 100 dollars on repairing the phone.If you arent going to stand by your work, dont offer a warranty ..Would not recommend.

No good a guy came out with his iPhone 6 face was coming off after they replaced it they ran him off. I was going to have them fix mine he saved me a headache don’t go to this place!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I broke my iPhone 6 screen and had them replace it. They have me two options for a screen a aftermarket or Apple oem and I chose the Apple oem. After I got my phone back the screen had a blue tint and I could see the last app I had opened. Not ok at all. After being the phone back to them to fix the problem they told me they put a aftermarket screen on my phone but charged my card for a Apple oem. They told me it would take 45 mins to replace the screen and 2 hours later they still had not even touched my phone and told me it would be at least another hour before they could get to phone. The only person in the shop is training a new guy. Stay away from this place unless you want to waist your money on people who don’t know what they are doing

Horrible service. My granddaughter had a warranty on her phone for 6 months. They didnt put screen on correctly. Since it was just last month and still under 6 month warranty we took it in yesterday to be repaired. On Saturday her phone screen just went black. They Refused to fix it. Never ever use them for anything. They were extremely rude and offered no solution. They call that customer service?

I took my Samsung tab a to get the screen fixed along with my little brothers tab which was completely shattered. 😮 he got his tab fixed but he couldnt press apps on the top screen, later on we went to tell the guy about what happend and I dropped off my tablet and he messed up on my tablet since my tablet was bent, he tried pressing the screen on my tablet but the corner got shatterd he said to come later for him to fix it. Terrible place, took two weeks to tell me the battery they ordered wasnt working, gave me back an unworking phone that worked fine when it came in. Person at desk also helped two customers who came in after me first. Then told me they wouldnt have ordered the battery and the person who did it would call me - never did. Bad attitudes, bad ethics.
