Great experience at this location. Perry was awesome! Very knowledgeable in regards to the phones, plans, accessories, and more. Its rare for someone to actually want to provide excellent customer service but he did! I can tell he likes his job based on the customer service we received from him. My husband and I are new Verizon customers because of Perry! We will be going back soon to add 3 more lines for our kids!

I live very close so it’s convenient to go to this store and usually all the male customer service reps have been very respectful and super helpful to me and my husband when I come in for new device. I thought I had got lucky with nice Verizon reps but today Jenny M had very bad customer service she was rude talking to her con workers laughing never engaging and was assuming I wanted something I had not paid for because she was not listening to me she wanted to make her own interpretation over a defective charger. She didn’t really even explain my new bill since I was there to pick up an iPad I had ordered. And lastly once she took my money just walked away to speak to her co workers. Her co workers had to step in an try to help and exchange my charger. The other girls tried to help make the situation better since I’m sure they noticed the hostility. I wonder if she threats all customers who are young females they same with no respect or any customer service skills.

Dont expect assistance if you are hearing impaired. I drive 25 miles to this store because the service is generally good. This time not so much.

Id give zero if I could. Long story short calling into customer service and listening to their direction, three hours later then a visit to this store got me nowhere. What it did do was double Bill me for one month $300 yay me... and raised my monthly $15... so much for treating your loyal customers right 10 years plus. You have lost your way and Ill be changing providers very soon. I hope you bankrupt Verizon Buh Bye!

This is a top notch store the people of mention areRaymond and Estefania . Both are excellent at what they do . Both are pleasant and informative . Both are patient and very knowledgeable . This store is made that much better having them work there . I will continue to bring my business there . Has issues with new phone I got and both of them were above the rest with getting my issue resolved. Then there was Joseph Villapando as well who helped a customer jump start his car with his own vechicle. Verizon is lucky to have these type of employees .

I just wanted to share how fradulant Brian Bello is. I went in to purchase a new phone only and he decided to upgrade all my protection plans, add unlimited roaming on all my phones and change my sons line from a kids plan to a regular line. I verified my contract I signed and non of this was on there nor did I discuss changing my plan what so ever. I called today to get it all fixed and they cant backdate any of the changes so im on the hook for over $100 in changes I didnt authorize. I am hoping the store manager will own up to the fradulant activity his employee committed and will somehow credit my account back if not i will be seeking legal action against the employee and the store.Lesson of the day if you Come here check your plan online afterwards to make sure you get what you asked for.

Awesome location! I had an issue that was 10 months old. Even though the previous retailer left the location, the existing manager, Tyler Mason,was able to resolve the matter. He took care of the problem expedtiously. The manager (Tyler Mason) was awesome! He really cared! Two thumbs up!

Went in to the store because I was over my Internet allowance. Tomas helped explain what was causing me to exceed my limit and helped me get 5x more data for the same price. I purchased a new device from him and he was patient in explaining the process as well as transferring all my data. Recommend Tomas. He is an excellent gentleman

I do not like this Verizon store. Tried it 3 times because is the closest to my house but the 3 times I had negative service. Dont even go to any retail stores because of this one. Just go to the real Verizon stores not the retail ones.

After shopping around and getting confusing stories from other retailers, I came back here where I got my previous phone (S6) and bought two new phones (a S7 and droid Turbo2). Michael was extremely patient, accomodating, and the most knowledgeable sales Rep out of the four stores I went to. He worked through his lunch break and gave me a good deal that I felt comfortable with when upgrading two phones. The guys here will continue to get my business in the future as well!

I went in last Friday afternoon and received great customer service from Tomas. He took the time to look over my families entire plan and gave me a detailed description and breakdown of costs of each option we had to reduce our monthly price. There were no hidden fees and he was upfront about all costs and savings. I plan on visiting this Verizon store for all of my cell phone needs.

Stephen was a lot of help and he was very friendly. He was patient with us as we had many questions and were very indecisive. He made us laugh throughout the whole time we were there, it literally felt like we were just hanging out with our friend. He finally got us on the LG G8 ThinQ for $35 a month and a Samsung Galaxy tablet for only 1 dollar!!! I just had to pay for the data plan which is only $20 a month 👍🏼 If you ever come to this Verizon then I highly recommend you get Stephen to help you you definitely wont regret it. This is coming from me who doesnt like Verizon but my girlfriend got a new LG phone and I had to get the deal with the tablet. Like I said if you go to this store then get Stephen to help you and you will be glad you did!! Thank you Stephen!!!!!🤘🏼

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! i bought a renewed Galaxy s8 and was told by Verizon Tech I needed a new sim card and one would be provided free at ANY Verizon store. I asked tech support does that mean authorized dealers and was told YES IT DOES. NOT THE CASE AT THIS VERIZON STORE! 20 DOLLARS PLUS 40 DOLLARS TO DOWNLOAD AN APP AND PUT THE sim card into the slot on my phone. I WAS VERY UPSET AND THEY COULD CARE LESS. Of course there was no discussion about the price of anything, no signs explaining the price of any service, just at the end all of a sudden I OWED THEM 60 DOLLARS. I WAS SO UPSET THEY ACTUALLY TOOK 20 DOLLARS OFF BUT I AM STILL FEELING RIPPED OFF. I WILL NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE DOES. IN MY OPINION THIS PLACE BORDERS ON BEING A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE. STAY AWAY! ONE STAR RATING IS TOO HIGH!

Came in to get my information transferred from one phone to the other. They were able to pay off the balance on my phone to get me into the new LG V40. The new staff here is friendly and very warm and welcoming. Very glad this store opened back up.

Although I have Sprint (which also has a store in the Jurupa Valley Spectrum somewhere between three stars and useless when it comes to customer service) this Verizon store was very helpful to me in providing a phone to use until my crashed Sprint phone was replaced. When my husbands Sprint phone quit working all together, he took my new Verizon phone and likes it a lot. We have about two months to go before my contract with Sprint runs out, and will be considering switching over to the much better customer service this Verizon store provided it is not too expensive for me to change phones.

She helped me with my phone plan.Til this day we have been in contact and she has followed up to see that everything ia running smoothly. I have been with Verizon since 2015 and she has been the best customer service dealer I have worked with. I will continue to come back to her only and highly recommend her to others.

Save yourself the trip! This is just an authorized retailer. Dont let them manipulate your account to satisfy their sale needs. They bait you with fake promotions to later alter your account and leave you with unauthorized charges that even Verizon Wireless themselves cant fix. Gary was the rep and denied he promised what he promised, even though he reached out to me out of no where. I shouldve known this was a bait and switch situation. Very underhanded. Im still trying to get my account corrected and its been about 2 months. I wish I would have never stepped into this store.
