Terrible customer service, these guys think their the only smoke shop in town or something, not only are they more expensive, they won’t do returns. Take your money elsewhere! I didn’t even want to give a star. Im never going back

The owner wasnt too helpful. He didnt seem too interested in helping me with questions I had on products he sold. Nice looking store tho but thats about it.

This was my first & last trip there. I tried them, b/c they are closer to my home & it wouldve been more convenient, w/regard to distance. Unfortunately, I had anything but a positive experience. Once I was finally acknowledged, he was rude & impatient. Moreover, they didnt carry what I needed. I smoke & I vape, & Im an excellent & frequent customer. I will not be returning to Cigarette Zone. I will keep giving my patronage to E-Cig City, where they know how to treat their customers.
