This smoke shop does not have good customer service and their disposable vapes are faulty. I purchased an XL Bang and it stopped working after a few minutes. I took it back right away and they would not take it back and they were very rude. It’s important to stand by your products.

When you need your coils and smoking products I stop by to fill up to keep my stash loaded.

Cigars are dry and super hard bought two fattier java and a tin of Maduro fatties were 13 and the tin was 35. Way over priced. Got home open my tin super dry hard. Lady behind the counter was very nice and she new her stuff. But the owner can not be selling old products I spent 60 there and I just threw everything away. Everything was horrible. Do not by from this place.

Courtney is extremely helpful and polite. Good customer service goes a long way. She deserves a raise.

I think the people are nice its pretty much the only place my mom goes to get cigarettes and I just moved here so I dont know about pricing but I do know its by my bank which is nice. I get juul pods.

I just discovered this smoke shop and Im glad I did because the prices on tobacco or lower there are more accessories the help behind the counter is friendly and conversational and empty the entire trip was a wonderful

Robert and Nicole are both very helpful and they know how to treat customers. John the owner is always very nice and very professiona. Store is always clean inside. This is the only place I go to when I need cigarettes or lotto scratches. Love them all. :-P

Two weeks ago I bought my husband a torch lighter. It worked for a few days. I took it back because it wasnt working and after spending $15.00 on it it should have lasted longer. The owner John said it needed flint. I took it home and my husband took it apart and it does not have flint in it. Took it back and he still would not replace it. We have been a long time costumer he does not stand by his products. We will now not go there and take our business some wherr else.

Good for cigarettes and not much else.The floor layout is haphazard for anything else and if you are new to the place.Asked about zippo butane fuel, which is a product produced and distributed to stores by Zippo company and the guy told me it doesnt exist and he has worked there for twenty-one years. I asked about types of pipe tobacco he sold there and he had trouble finding the several locations around the store they were hidden. That all indicates that his knowledge of his stock and the whole industry extends only as far as his cigarette counter.I bought a different brand of butane and at the end of my transaction he said, look around first next time. Saying that to someone unfamiliar with a store that has piss poor layout and confused store owners is a brazen example of ignoring the bottom line: repeat business.But, if you want a pack of Marlboros and nothing else, despite what the sign out front claims (obviously there arent fine cigars kept the way they should be so they dont dry out or get beetles.), then the shop is for you. They cannot cater to anyone else.

I use to think this place was okay until this young guy was there today. I came in to buy a charger for my battery which should be easy no problem. I walk in ask to see then he immediately grabs the most expensive absurd one which was completely unnecessary for what i needed. I asked him if they had any cheaper ones and he said no. I saw one that obviously fit my battery that was 6 dollars and asked to see it. He showed it to me and I asked if he could plug it in so i knew it would work. One of the times I bought a battery from this place it didnt even work and they wouldnt refund my money so i wanted to make sure it worked. He told me there were no outlets in the store to use lol which I know is a lie because last time I came the older guy plugged me in a battery to make sure it worked. Because he already knew about the one I purchased before. Garbage customer service lol pretty much i told him if I cant try it out to see if it works i dont want it and he wouldnt help so i walked out and went less than a mile to the smoke shop next to the Ralphs. Where the guy was friendly showed me the same exact charger for cheaper and plugged it in to show it worked instead of trying to force the more expensive one on me. Didnt get the dudes name but he ruined that store for me unfortunately and I will not be going back even though ive already spent like 200 dollars there smh

Highest prices of all the tobacco shops. Owner is rude and all the stuff he sells is way over priced. One day he accepts coupons, the next he dont. Wont even let you slide for 3 cents! From now on I go to the 7/11 down the street about 1/2 a block.
