Visiting from out of town. Came in to watch the game and have a smoke. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a decent selection of cigars and the house sticks are great for the price. The other customers in the lounge were also very friendly and made this a great experience. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a chill place to hangout.

First time at a lounge. Great place and the gentleman help me pick a new cigar. He knew what he was talking about. I would recommend this place. I met some new people and had some good conversations.

The lounge is one of the best Ive been in great selection/prices. CHAZ has a great knowledge of his inventory.The atmosphere is awesome and relaxing. I swapped sea stories with a couple of fellow veterans. I had an incredible 3-4 hours. Definitely recommend!!!! We need one in the Diamond Bar area.

I love coming to Helios Cigar Lounge. They have many wide comfortable leather seats where you can sit with friends and chat. They have a variety of cigars in their humidified room from light to very dark. My favorite are the ACID KUBA cigars. They provide cutters and torches so you can purchase a cigar smoke it in the lounge, they also have some long bottle neck cokes that compliment the cigars extremely well!

I wanted to pick up some cigars for a special event... this is not your average cigar lounge. Great service, and positive vibes. The owner personally helped me pick out a box of cigars for my groomsmen. The customers were respectful, and even the cashier was a joy to be around. Highly recommended!

Small humidor, nice small smoking area and they have a house blend very inexpensive and it was the closest lounge to where I was staying while in Moreno Valley

This lounge has a large selection of cigars. They have their own line, and are very flavorful. The house cigars are worth a try. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable.

Very approachable regarding any cigar needs. He also stock accessories and great gift items. A must when you are in Western Riverside County.

Great experience. My fiancé is newly into cigars & this is the closest cigar shop to our place so naturally we went in to buy some of his favorite cigars. The box of 27 cigars was very pricey but the seller made sure that we were happy with the sell by the time we left! Although the prices are very high, the service was outstanding! We will be going back for future purchases.

This is a gem. Hands down, best place to hang out. Great beverage selection (non alcoholic), free pool, great espresso, comfortable couches, and several 60 inch TVs. Amit (the owner and cigar master) really makes you feel welcome and at home and has a comprehensive knowledge of cigars. He can find a cigar to fit any palette. The regulars always make for entertaining conversation eavesdropping.

I like visiting different humidors when Im traveling and Helios was a great experience and great selection.Parker was knowledgeable about cigars Id be interested in based on my limited knowledge of what I like.I bought several, but my favorite is the Tabernacle by Foundation. I believe he said it was made by the same guy that did the Liga Privada Number 9, which is a personal favorite.Im in town for a week and will be going back to enjoy the lounge at some point while Im here.

If you cant handle adult conversations of any source then I would recommend for you to just relax and enjoy the great prices this lounge has. Relaxing and welcoming with wide variety

Ive been living in Riverside my whole life. Its funny the things you miss in your own city because you just dont look because you think you know it all. Take my advice, if you are looking for something in your city, actually search for it!!!! Ive been missing out on local cigar lounge for 3 years hahah!!!I try to generally give ratings based on what could they do better. The only reason Helios doesnt have a 5 star is because they do not have a bar. That is it, plain and simple.This place does everything right! It is in a good location, there is adequate ventilation, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.One thing I really like about Helios is that the sell tobacco for pipes!!! I got into pipe smoking about 2 years ago. So I will definitely be going there with my pipe.Helios has a really nice humidor that is packed! They have a really good selection of cigars, and they know right where things are if you only really know what you want to smoke, and dont have a brand in mind. Helios is also decorated very masculine with dark colors and leather seats and sofas. While they dont have a bar, they do have a cooler with non alcoholic drinks for sale. There is also a pool table, and 3 or 4 big screens.I highly recommend this placeUntil Next Time...

Located in a really nice place I wish they had more selection in cigars and other kinds of pipe tobacco but they did have Dunhill so that was cool.
