Oh man!! First off, friendliest coffee joint I have ever been to. The employees were just happy to be there I feel like. I got an iced coffee, black, delicious. Deep flavors that other places could produce, but don’t. And their beer selection looked good for it being small. Will definitely go to again when I’m in the area!

Ive lived in Riverside for about 2 years now and finally found this gem. Delicious draft coffees. All I said to the barista was, I want something sweet, and without hesitation she gave me a sample of a sweet coffee! I also complimented my drink with the hot oats. Deliciously paired! The hot oats had bananas, blueberries which made it so perfect for a morning snack. Definitely recommend this spot! I will be back for a weekend brunch date with my husband, soon.

First off go here!My overall experience here was an excellent 10/10 A++. The customer service here is probably one of the best customer services in Southern California for a coffee shop. For our first time visit ever we were able to sample some coffee and find even some coffee beans for the trip back home. The owner I’m assuming was very nice and really took care of his customers. He also checked up on guest that were dining in which I don’t really see happen often at any other coffee shops.Coffee quality was 10/10Food quality was 10/10And customer service 11/10Definitely will make the hour drive again just for coffee from arcade roasters.

This was a top of the line coffee spot experience. i didnt catch the guys name but he was a lot of help in helping me pick and choose exactly what i wanted to order. he explained the difference between a few options they had on the menu and went into detail but not overwhelming me with information. if im in the area again, ill be delighted to visit again.

My go to craft coffee shop in Riverside. Their espresso is on point and they have open seating. Never tried the food, but love that they roast their own beans. I order an iced espresso with honey.

Very nice place to chill and enjoy some different roasts. When you buy beans, you get a free coffee which is very nice. I’ve sent some different beans to friends as gifts for Xmas, housewarming, etc and everyone loves them.

Definitely go during the weekend when they are serving brunch. The food was awesome. Our family had their Grits which had awesome flavor and spice, their brisket breakfast burrito was on point, and their oatmeal was fantastic too. On top of that their coffee is excellent. It was so good my wife and I returned in the afternoon for another cup of coffee. Try their draft latte... its excellent

I recently discovered this coffee shop and roasters after just moving to Riverside. They have very good in-house lattes.My favorite thing about this business has been the coffee bean subscription. I got one bag a week, single origin. It has been an amazing upgrade in my life that has been well worth the price. I highly recommend their coffee beans to anyone.

I love this joint :) such good coffee, great open space with fast WiFi and power ports, excellent friendly staff, owners with a mission, good variety of food and pastries, fun hipster like location gentrifying the industrial feeling neighborhood it’s surrounded by. Love it all the way around. Stop by whenever I can :)

The best coffee around since Augies closed down. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable regarding coffee. I usually only buy whole beans.If you want to become infected with SARS-CoV-2, you may have a pretty good chance of catching it here from all the college age kids who are likely unvaccinated.

Nice and quick. Big difference in flavor getting coffee from a local roaster vs. a large corporation. My energy lasts much longer because they use more natural ingredients. A must try. Fast internet connection as well.

Update: 2/6/21 - all staff, including those in the kitchen, wearing masks. Coffee is still superb!!The coffee was so, so excellent! Workers were very friendly and helpful in picking what I wanted. The latte was great, too. Only thing was some of the kitchen staff weren’t wearing masks. 😬 However, I didn’t order any food, so I can’t speak to that. They also have a great seating area outside the cafe! Will definitely come back for coffee!

THIS is your coffee place. Uncomplicated perfection. Just enough options. The light weekday breakfast was plussed up in all the right ways. Housemade granola came with fresh, ripe fruit. The toast my friends ordered was on a thick slice of what looked like homemade bread. And the coffee was roasted in house and definitely not burnt. So good.

If you hate the hustle and bustle of Starbucks and want a unique experience, this is the place for you. The staff is very friendly and super knowledgeable. And coffee beans dont get more fresh than this. They specialize in lighter and medium roasts, but have bean options for darker roast fans. The atmosphere is open and slightly rustic, with a bit of industrial brewery feel. This probably isnt a place to hang out for a couple of hours as the seating could be more comfortable. But they do have a couple couches. There is wifi, but youll have to ask for the password.

Lattes are the definition of Yummmmm! My favorite so far is the birthday cake latte. I did order with almond milk but it was the perfect coffee taste with the right amount of sweet. Cant wait to try more flavors! 10/10.

I’ve been a loyal fan of Arcade since they were roasting beans out of an office warehouse in Riverside. I make it a point to drive 20 minutes out of my way for a cup of their coffee, because it IS excellent coffee. Today Arcade lost my business. Not only do they not enforce masks in-store (even though their yelp says they do), when I asked the cashier why they didn’t she said it’s because they “trust” their customers. Riverside County is amongst the top 3 highest Covid Cases right now. This requires us to keep each other safe by wearing masks, it isn’t about trust it’s about SCIENCE and safety.I thought maybe third wave coffee shops would all be the same in that they are more woke and want to help contribute to keeping their customer safe, not Arcade.

Food & coffee were yummy. The only thing I didnt like was the restroom. It wasnt cleaned and no to.

If I could give this rating zero stars I would, but this rating is based on my experience. Coffee and food options are good. I like that your menu includes vegan options, however if offering food is too much to handle in your kitchen I would reccomend not selling it at all.I waited for over 30 minutes for my food, a group of five people came in and placed their order and got their food before us. I over heard that they ordered the same food items as me. When I went up to the counter to ask the young lady, she told me my order had not gone through, or that my food might not be ready. The communication was unclear. When she went to check she said it was still not ready. Was I expected to wait longer? The young lady offered some $5 tokens but I didnt accept because I dont plan on going back.When I first found out about this place I was excited to try it due to the background of this business. I am a local business supporter and understand the importance of it during this pandemic. I hate to say it but I had to ask for my refund and drove to Starbucks. I hope this helps you improve your customer service and kitchen speed of service.

Good coffee but as many had pointed out, they do not enforce a mask policy. The employee at the front preparing our order was wearing a mask, but then a few employees presumably from the roasters in the back wandered in and none of them wore a mask, even when there were obviously customers inside. The we trust our customers excuse for not enforcing a mask policy is utter BS, because you wear the mask to protect your customers, not the other way around. I wore my mask to protect the workers, and I expect the same given back. I cannot recommend patronizing a place that clearly doesnt give 2 cents about their customers wellbeing. The only pro aside from the coffee was that I think the only mask wearing staff got the hint we werent comfortable since we moved outside to wait for our drinks, so she walked the drink out to us when it was prepared.Drinks:- Ethiopia natural processed pour over: coffee was well-prepared, and coffee had great fruity notes- Draft latte: was expecting something like La Colombes draft latte, but turned out to be quite different. I think it had some oat milk in it, and some spices and sugar added. It was a bit too sweet for me since I wasnt expecting a sweet drink to begin with.

Super convenient during covid especially because of their outside seating. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable of each beverage. Sholiday was the gentleman who stood out the most in helping me. I recently learned they offer food but only on the weekend. 10/10 experience.

Coffee is good and employees are nice but if you care about your health and the health of your family do not go here. Majority of employees are making coffee and food without masks and they do not require masks for patrons. They are also ignoring social distancing requirements for the county. Their were 20 plus people in the small building with only 3 people were masks, myself included.

Love the people here and the coffee that they produce! They are friendly and always have a smile. They get coffee out quick but you don’t feel like they are rushing you to get to the next customer.

My first time there, I wasnt sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is great in there. Exactly what you would expect from a coffee place. Lots of seating. Plenty of people sitting on laptops drinking coffee and socializing. The staff was very friendly. The coffee was great. I just ordered a regular black coffee, but the people I was with ordered special drinks and they loved them and they got them immediately. I will definitely go back to possibly work for a few hours and try some more items.

I really like their coffee so much, but I am so disappointed at their health protection. For people who care about their health, I dont recommend this place. I went to this place multiple times, and most of their staffs didnt wear masks. They touched food and roasted coffee without wearing gloves and masks. Sometimes I only saw one barista who served customers wear mask. They also didnt follow the social distance and opened ALL seats. There were always 30 people in a small space and no one wearing masks.

Rated 6th best coffee shop in the country by food and wine in 2019. I didnt like coffee until I started coming here and had truly amazing coffee. Now I love coffee because of this place. The staff is always really friendly and the food is great.

Great coffee but when I asked why my barista wasn’t wearing a mask I was told it’s left up to the employee’s discretion.

This shop is an example of how a business can become a part of a community. They consistently hold awesome events like drink releases, parties, and dinners featuring local chefs. In addition to this they have organized cleanups of the neighborhood. The staff couldn’t be nicer and the coffee is incredible. I wish I could always have a cup to start my day. I’d highly recommend stopping by if you have the chance.

All the reviews on great service are absolutely true. What wonderful and delightful service we received. Coffee was also excellent. I had a vanilla latte and was not at all disappointed. We did not try food but will be back to do so on another trip. What keeps me from a 5 star rating is cost. Prices are a bit steep for the size of coffee you get. Dont get me wrong, great coffee, I just wanted more for the price. Will I be back? Yes.Will I go frequently? No, only because of the price and nothing else.

The management and employees that I have met have been very polite and friendly. There drip coffee was a bit on the strong side for me but you can not be expected to please everyone. On the plus plus side... They roast there coffee beans on site so you know that you are getting the freshest and tastiest cup of coffee possible. Well done.

Im not a coffee connoisseur but a lot of more expensive boutique coffee tastes like acidic motor oil to me. Arcade serves aromatic and delicious coffee with pronounced flavors, but BALANCED overall, yielding a savorable and drinkable product. Staff is friendly and happy to talk about coffee and the business. Seating area is hip and clean.

I got the avocado toast and I liked it. It was very fresh and the sprouts on top were something I havent tried on avocado toast before. I also had an oolong tea and it was perfectly brewed. The place was bright and full of light. Its a good place to do some work or reading while getting some good quality food and drinks.

Ive been following these guys since they were a pop-up operation. Its obvious they take what they do very seriously. The coffee is high-quality and delicious. I have not had their weekend brunch food so I cant speak to that. But the caffeinated drinks are A-1 and customer service is great too!

Masks are optional. In a location that serves food and beverages. Both staff and customers without masks. Cashier pulled mask down multiple times to speak in my face while I was wearing a mask. Will not be going back any time soon. :((2 stars because Ive always enjoyed their coffee before this)

Where to start! Awesome and as a plus support a small business. Come here if you like delicious but no nonsense coffee and espresso drinks and also amazing baked items and food. The staff is always friendly and wants to get to know their regulars. They will make good suggestions and as a plus this cafe has coffee on subscription as well. Highly recommend!

Walking into this coffee shop was like stepping into a portal. You walk in off the streets of east side Riverside and end up in a hipster paradise. It felt like a pop-up coffee shop for social media “influencers”. At first glance, things might look pretty (and you know it’ll make it on the gram) but looking closer you see substance, connection, and authenticity are missing. The glasses they expect you to drink water out of look like they double as dog bowls and make no sense. It’s like they want to be “edgy” or “cool” but practicality is lost. Prices are higher than quality. To us, this business lacks culture and is just a sign of the gentrification to come.

Literally the best cap I’ve ever had. Stevie and Shane do it right, never sacrifice quality even as they grow. I kid you not — best coffee I’ve ever had. Get anything on the menu. So good. Much yum. Crave it every day.

Probably the best coffee shop Ive been to in the inland empire, and Ive been to most of the critically-acclaimed places. I got an Americano and a batch Brew and both were amazing. The barista was super friendly as well. Ill be stopping here every time Im in the area for sure. Hell, I might even make the 40-mile trek from home if I want some excellent coffee on a Sunday.

The pour-over coffee was EXCELLENT. Very flavorful. They provide tasting notes, which were very accurate. Coffee aficionados, this place is for you! Be prepared; a cup of coffee is $5.

First off, I find their hours of operation goofy to say the least. Arcade quickly overpowers their coffees limited availability with quality over all else. I like the fact the tip is rolled up into the price. I like that the description of profile on the whole beans actually smells like what they claim. If it says chocolate, almond, dried fruit you can easily identify those qualities. Its the best coffee shop around the IE for sure.

Ive tried over 10 non-franchise coffee shops in Riverside, and this is definitely the best one - Ive been coming here for well over a year now and they keep on getting better. The breakfast items are basically homemade, definitely worth their price. The biggest difference is the atmosphere: its a coffee shop made by coffee enthusiasts who care about where their ingredients come from.

Cute coffee house in unexpected area. I drove by for months wondering what the place was. Skeptical, i took a walk inside. Open room with seats and sofas, order counter just in front. You can watch employees break the bags open and actually roast the coffee. Haven’t tried the pastries or food but I think the coffee is top shelf.

They take time to present a carefully crafted product. Whether it be a simple latte, or their brekky burrito, these guys are serving up quality. The open seating, open restaurant style, where you can just hang out, makes it very much feel like you are over at a friends house. Excellent place to get coffee and chat, great atmosphere.
