Every time I visit the galleria at Tyler Cinnabon is my go to!! The staff and there energy is what brings me back to this location each and every time! The timeliness of the orders is a plus! You guys are awesome!

Small place, not a lot of variety but their caramel pecan centers of the roll are absolutely delicious!

When I came to pick up a doordash order I went up front for help and was rudely told to wait in back of a very long line. We don’t have time for this since we are on the clock!. They should have a better system for those who are just picking up.

Today, I approach the counter and said Good morning! And the first thing out the associates mouth was We dont open until 10am Not a Good morning or Im sorry, but we dont open until 10am She did not even ask me could she help me. If this is the level of customer service I refuse to purchase anything from here.

If you want a taste of heaven go here! Dont forget to ask for extra frosting. The buns are always fresh and they serve you quickly. There is a nice seating area to eat your dessert. The frozen coffee drinks are good too. If I were you I would go with the classic Cinnabon and a milk. They also have to go containers. They taste just as good at home after a quick zap in the microwave!

I wanted a order of freshly warm ones minis a whole box.they hade some but were cold and hard so I asked for warm ones they said price would be difrent,they would have to charge me 5per each they put in box,15 per box can u imagine.i asked wy the girl said because there fresh. Explain.makes me think they were never to start fresh.
