I have been a patient of Dr. Everitt for almost 20 years. She is fantastic and is always there for me. I trust her 1000%. She is thorough with my exam. I also get my glasses there and they are so helpful and quick to solve a problem if there is one. I travel almost two hours to go there since I moved in 2016.

What a breath of fresh air! Friendly and efficient staff, I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. The doctor was patient and took the time to explain things in a way I could understand. Excellent!

Dont think twice if youre looking for an optometrist in the area! Dr. Eugene Kim is so friendly and calming (perfect for those of us who have a bit of doctors office anxiety). The entire staff is equally helpful and efficient. I had never ordered glasses from an eye doctors office before and the lady helping me out found me the perfect pair! Dr Everitt is the best eye doctor I have seen in my 30+ years of eye dr appointments. She took the time to listen to my problems and taught me a few things about eye care that nobody has ever done before. The staff was helpful and courteous. Im not happy with doing business with this company. I called to make an appointment to pickup my paid for in advance glasses and no ones available by phone nor after leaving messages! So, I go online to try another method and came across to schedule dispensing appointment but none are available! See screenshots... The 3rd picture is to schedule an exam so they can money but no appointments to pickup what is already paid for appointments. I see their priorities at my expense and this is by far terrible customer service!

I have been going to 20/20 for years. Dr. Kim is great; he is kind and patient. I have a very complex set of eye problems, but he makes sure I see the best I can.Victor is a great optician who truly cares about his patients and getting them the best glasses possible. The staff was friendly helpful from making the appointment to leaving with glasses. I took my 14 year old daughter for new glasses and right away the staff at the front desk were friendly. The facility was clean and welcoming. The optometrist provided the most thorough eye exam I have experienced in 40 years, all the while explaining everything in a very professional yet friendly manner. Last, we were assisted by Richard, the dispensing optician in selecting frames and lenses. He was able to help us with such a great deal i bought 2 pairs for my daughter and they were able to finish both pair in less than an hour. Awesome. Richard is also a very funny and friendly person to talk with while selecting glasses. This place is loaded with helpful, kind people and i recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I called here yesterday morning date 2/11/19 at exactly 9:08am right when they opened, to get information about some glasses to see if they are able to do since my Prescription is a little high but the lady who answered told me to leave my number down and the eyes doctor will give me a call back at 10am i guess On their convenience but I never received a call back, well that was really Unprofessional, I had money to spend too! Ill just take my business elsewhere! One star for that!

WOW! Best Optometry service EVER!All the employees are so nice and helpful, but Dr. Danielle Leone was so sweet and patient and informative! She spent almost an hour giving me the most thorough eye exams and different types of tests to make sure my prescription would be perfect. I cannot say enough good things about this office, the employees & especially Dr. Leone!

LOVE THEM! Have been with them for as long as I can remember. At least 15 yrs. Dr. Eugene Kim has always been my optometrist and I love that he remembers the little things about my life that I tell him. I appreciate the personal touch that this practice provides.

This place has unreasonable billing. They increase your bill if you have insurance. They dont have standard print out of the charges. Eye exams are invasive and makes you nervous. The lenses are pricey. $ over 500 with AR, Transition, Hi- index etc.The lady optometrist was in a rush and told me that the insurance discount would be applied after the allowance - so unprofessional. I was in shock. Found out that it wasnt after all with another person. They tell you the lenses are premium which are simply bluffing to make you buy. After my discount and allowance with VSP, just the lenses add up to be over $100. Total for the lenses are over 500. What a rip off. Better off go near the University.Got into a traffic accident in the parking lot. I suspect it was due to the defective lenses. I went back and tell them they r blurry at the right side so The assistant manager titled the lenses for me. It got better. I went back to check with doctor, told the manager about the accident. The manager wouldnt refund unless I return the glasses. But that already wasted my last years allowance. Dont want to deal with them anymore.

This review is for Cheryl Everitt.I went in January for an eye exam because I was having headaches. My vision has gotten considerably worse and I needed glasses for farsightedness and with a prism for exophoria. what I am upset about is that she told me (my cousin was there and he heard her say this as well) that I had spinal fluid in my eye. She told me to see a doctor and pulled up a list of them at Riverside Medical Clinic and said that if I called her and left a message telling her my appointment date/time, and the doctors name that she would send over all the information the doctor needed. I did this but come the day of my appointment, the doctor had nothing. My doctor had to call her and ask for all that information. I just read a note she sent my doctor and she didnt even mention that she told me about this supposed spinal fluid in my eye.Well after asking a doctor, neurologist, and ophthalmologist about this spinal fluid in my eye, they all said theres NO SUCH THING as spinal fluid in the eye. I even got a head CT with contrast so they could figure out what the heck was going on. She shouldnt be telling people anything out of her normal job scope. How is this even allowed? She even told me that hopefully they dont have to do a spinal tap. SPINAL TAP. My cousin was there and he heard this whole thing! I will be going somewhere else from now on for eye exams. She tried to push some neuro lenses on me that my insurance didnt cover and now Im wondering how much of all this was a gimmick to push these lenses. This has been so frustrating. Heres the thing, she was very nice but I believe she spoke out of turn here and caused a lot of unnecessary stress for me (not to mention medical bills). I will be going to another optometrist to make sure I have an accurate prescription.The additional stars are for the rest of the staff who were very helpful and kind. I had been here once before and was helped by Dr. Kim who I remember to be nice, so if you want to go here I would make an appointment with him.

I had Dr. Kennedy, and I she did a FANTASTIC job figuring out what glasses I needed to wear during my eye exam because I have never worn glasses before, and this is only my 5th day wearing them, and I was a little nervous about wearing glasses, but I can feel my eyes straining less and i wish I would have just gotten glasses years earlier now because they help so much. Oh, I forgot to mention she was very nice, personable, and knowledgeable .I am in my mid thirties and just joined the glasses club ;-)

Business honors there business hours and more.... Walk up to their doors at exactly 7pm expecting to be told their closed. To my surprise, they stay open pass closing hours.

Dr. Kennedy was great in treating the difficult eye situation that I have and I appreciate the professionalism and care she put in to my diagnosis. However, I have been banned for life from receiving further treatment do to missing appointments because of financial hardship. It is extremely difficult to find an optometrist to get a valid reading on my eye situation and for this reason I rate them 1 star. To be told you can’t see a qualified Doctor when treatment is needed is very disappointing especially when you have the resources to be treated.

I’ve been waiting here for 30 minutes trying to get my glasses adjusted. They take them with my instructions and come back about 10 minutes later with clearly not listening to me. This has happened now 4 times. I’m not sure if they are all just incompetent or lazy. Either way I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

With my new glasses I can read small print without taking my glasses off. I have been seeing Dr. Everitt for many years. She has given me better vision than my previous ophthalomologist did. The opticians at 20/20 let me use an old eyeglass frame that was in good condition, which saved me money. This is greatly appreciated since my lenses are expensive because I have so many corrections.

I decided to try them one more time for my glasses I had my eye exam over three weeks ago still waiting for my glasses told me two weeks this is what they told me the last time and it took me well over a month poor Service never wore my glasses from them again

Dr. Kim is great. Front desk does not know what is going on. I called to order contacts and ended up on the line for 36+ minutes and was put on hold a dozen times for simple questions.

It was the last day to use my flexible spending money and I didnt have time to do any research. So I went online and found 20/20 Optometry. They were the only store open. I went in to get a pair of glasses and hopefully a pair of sunglasses being that I had $610 on my Flex Spending card.Once there I ordered a set of glasses prior to getting my vision check. This was done so that I could get the money spent. I was quite shocked when I found out the glasses were going to be $675 but I didnt have any other choice.Once I got my vision check and glasses ordered I couldnt see out of them. I had ordered progressives and they tried to blame my lack of vision on the fact that this was the first time wearing progressives.After wearing them for 3 weeks I came back complaining still of not having Clear Vision. After 3 attempts of making a pair of glasses they told me it was going to be another $600 for a special lens.Meanwhile my work provided me with a pair of safety glasses with the same prescription but a wider channel. Riverside optomitry only charged $225 for a pair of glasses that worked and were safety rated.I went back to 20/20 to ask why they couldnt fix my glasses but got told it would still cost me the $600. Buyer beware do not pay for anything in advance or you will be sorry. I never asked for my money back, all I wanted was for them to give me a pair of glasses that worked.

I see Dr. Everitt and highly recommend her. She does a thorough exam and intuitively elicits information to recommend treatment. Im a post-Lasik patient, and my eye health and vision is very important, more so than corrective lenses. She is simply the best optometrist Ive ever seen.
