I was here earlier today, and unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with what was done. I have had work done here in the past and never had issues. Today I took my 5 yr olds brand new T-shirt, I showed him logo and this is the what he did for me for $20.00. In the past they print out logo iron on and they slide off to just keep letters on T-shirt. The guy never explained he couldn’t do this. I had to tell him to remove the small letters at the bottom before he even printed the logo. I usually don’t do reviews but being dissatisfied and no discount and being careless about your work and communicating with customers is not the way to do things. I did not want a big square like this on T-shirt in that case I would’ve had my friend used her cricket machine and made it for free. Don’t be so careless about your work. Just because after it’s done we have to pay and take it or leave it. That’s not how you do business.

Best place to put your own lovely pictures or your beautiful words on your own T-shirts and clothes. They make you exactly what you want with good quality and an affordable price that works for everyone! Love this place and I would highly recommend this place for everyone! I’ll definitely go there again :)

I ordered 24 customized masks to boost some morale at work at our local hospital. I sent in an image and Hunter did an Absolutely AMAZING job executing. He even recommended sizing/color and his professional expertise on what would look best. In addition to his excellent quality of work, he was so responsive all throughout the process. He had the masks ready even earlier than expected. He even did me the courtesy of calling me before he closed shop (when he expected me to pick up that day) and offered to keep the shop open a few minutes longer if I wouldn’t make it in time! Such a professional and great quality service.I will definitely go back and recommend to everyone.

I ordered 30 shirts to be screen printed in a limited time frame. Abdul worked on them so amazingly with outstanding quality and faster turnaround than I imagined. He was also in touch with me throughout the process to make sure everything was correct. Ever since I’ve been getting my tshirts and hoodies printed from him when I need an order filled ASAP. He has fulfilled my orders all the times with exactly what I needed and right on time with everything I said. The owner is super responsive and the prices are reasonable as well. Also, most recently he has been printing the masks which are super cute. Highly recommend Urban Customs!
