This place is awesome! I love the theme, the prices are alright. The ice cream is good but the cones are kinda cakey but its not bad. The blue raspberry popcorn they give you is gross. The staff was super nice and helpful with deciding which item to get.

We waited almost 45 mins to order and get our ice cream. Poor girl was all by herself. After the wait, it really wasnt all that special. Presentation is cute but ice cream/ shakes were basic. The space was really small and the rideable dinasour is so unnecessary in that space. People dont watch their kids so it turns a barely breathable space into a playground

Staff is very friendly. And everything is made fresh to order. I got the original wafflesaurus Rex and it was delicious. Great place to bring kids especially if they love dinosaurs. They even have a small trex thy can ride for $3. Just be patient when waiting for your item to be made. Lots of dinosaur toys available.

Great place to visit when at Tyler Mall. The kids enjoyed the dinosaur ride and kids and parents can enjoy their sweet menu. The service was great. Employees are friendly and informative when you have a question regarding the menu. Cotton candy was huge! The dinosaur cones were delicious and tastes just like a cake. The whole place smelt like cake too. Not gonna lie it was a little pricey but so worth it. So consider it a splurge and if you do not want to spend that much money on a sweet treat the items are shareable.

Went in there to get ice cream for my son. As soon As I come in I was treated rudely by I believe the associates name was Victoria. Extremely rude not only that but I think she was racist as well. Also when I got the ice cream it had hair in the food noticed no one there where hair nets so I guess that’s the reason why.I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

They have a great themed. Each item that they serve has its own cleaver name. It gives it a very unique take on this store. The staff was friendly and nice. Willing to help with what to choose out of what they have.

To start Im going to say admittedly this is overpriced ice cream in a dinosaur shaped waffle cone. About the same as Coldstone minus the dinosaur shaped cone. What justifies its prices? Great customer service, a wide variety of flavors, and the experience you and your kids receive when shopping here. Its practically impossible to not order a ride on the mechanical dinosaur they have when ordering your dessert. The portions were large, the waffle cones felt light and fluffy, and the ice cream and topping combinations were plentiful. Loved the milkshakes! Will definitely be back soon!

Nice place to relax, people watch, eat good, etc. I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. The place has an awesome feel to it.

I love this place! It has a great atmosphere and affordable prices! Check out their Instagram for sales like Wafflesaurus Wednesdays. The ice cream is great, the cones are small in how much ice cream they hold but big in the amount of cone you get. The outside has a classic cone texture while the inside has a brownie texture. It was an awesome experience and Ill definitely be back!They also have vegan options which is amazing!

If you are looking for an immersive dessert experience, this is it. The best part of this ice cream and milkshake shop is the theming, complete with a rideable animatronic T-Rex and dino-themed toys for sale. The ice cream is overpriced for what you get, and it takes several minutes to craft the final product, so come in only if you have enough patience for a 10 minute wait, even if youre the only customer. The ice cream and whipped cream are bland and artificial tasting, so you are truly paying for the experience. Good to try once, wont be coming back.

I found a bug in my ice cream also managed was extremely rude and racist I will never go back.

My boyfriend and I stood in line for 25 minutes, just for the employee to tell us they couldnt accept card payment even when she clearly knew we been waiting for almost half an hour.
