Good selection of ice cream. Tuesday is half price day !

I like this Baskin Robbins alot I cant remember this young man name who is a employee but his super friendly and cool his always in a positive mood ..the ice cream is great they have a special on Tuesdays but its stars from 5pm until I think 9pm thats why we go mamas on budget I will be coming back soon ☺️

Took my family tonight (tuesday) and they have a family nite special, cones were half off for my family. Great service!

Local n state mask Mandate lifted today. They still have a sign on door that states per local ordinance masks are required. This is not true. Needs to be changed to say its their store policy. Took my son in who is Profoundly handicapped n deaf. He cannot wear a mask n I have to communicate with sign with him through hand and facial gestures. They refused serve us because of no masks. I tried explaining to them my son is Profoundly handicapped n deaf. They didnt care. I told them they were breaking the law, as its against the ADA. The employees need to be trained and educated on situations with handicapped and disabled people. I will be reporting them for their violation of the ADA.

They made me two scoops for my two puppies. They are the best. Oh..and their strawberry shakes are the bomb! Just ask my husband.

Had 2 scoop sundae and scoops were generous, big pile of whipped cream and cherry on top. Good deal and great price!

Great place to take your kids! Every Tuesday is family night scoops are $1.99 and on the 31st of the month its buy one get one free. My daughter and I always enjoy the variety of flavors.

I love my basking Robins! Its a young crew there but they are super friendly, they are always up beat and cheerful and they are patient and seem to enjoy what they do. Gus, is a cool guy! If hes there, he makes the experience worth it.

Stopped in to pick up a couple quarts of ice cream. Received much better than average customer courtesy from a polite and kind employee. Decided to buy 3 quarts instead at this neat, clean and well kept shop. Baskin Robbins still has some of the best ice cream anywhere. This particular store is most commendable.

Best Baskin Robbins in riverside, the staff is young and up beat. always working with a smile, a guy there around my age was wonderful I believe his name was Gus. its really nice to see people my age working with such good spirits.

Almost always a line.I eat here about once a month, Some of the best ice cream on the planet. It is a bit pricey, but it is good ice cream. The servers are always friendly, only bad thing I could say iss there is no outside seating.

Every year for my birthday I come in and get my birthday club free scoop and discount on the on the ice cream pie. This year the coupon wasn’t sent to my email and the app didn’t seem to be working properly. I let the girl know and she just stared me down. I asked if there was anything I could do to fix the issue or if I could show her proof with the app that I was part of the club or my drivers license and she said no. The way she said it was so rude. No happy birthday or I’m so sorry but I’m not allowed to do anything about it with no coupon. Just no with a not very nice look. Very bad customer service. :-(

I took my 3 young children and my 4 year old wanted Vanilla. (She really only likes plain Vanilla). I ordered a single kids scoop and the young lady helping said okay and proceeded with our order. A moment later, she says, We dont have Vanilla. What ice cream shop doesnt have Vanilla?! I know the tub was getting near empty, but Im sure she could have scraped together enough for a kids scoop and Im sure there was another new tub in the back. Pure laziness is what Im calling this one. The store was busy and she didnt want to go get out a new tub. She rather lie to a customer.

I have to wonder how these guys have an A food safety rating: they must have cheated somehow or the inspector was blind is all I can guess. They wear no food safety gloves, and I saw spilled ice cream moldering around on the counters, but that pales in comparison to what happened when I ordered. I asked for a mocha cappuccino blast, and when going to make it, on a busy day where she was clearly sweating even in her cap sleeves, the counter attendant put the cap of the blender underneath her armpit while she filled it. The stuff mixes up when the machine is on and hits the cap, washing down anything that happened to stick to it, which, mentioning again the cap sleeves and the sweaty armpit, does not bear thinking about. I would strictly avoid this place, and will never go again. Unhygienic in the extreme.

My dad used to take me to the Baskin Robbins headquarters shop after driving lessons when I was 16, so I admit I have a soft spot for this place! The ice cream clown is the perfect way to cheer anyone up, and the ice cream cakes are THE BEST EVER!!!! My only suggestion to the Baskin Robbins Company is that they bring back the original ice cream cake icing, which tastes even better than the whipped frosting theyve usually got going on (and Im not hating on that, Im just saying the original was even better!).

I will be back with my relatives. It has a great atmosphere.

The ice cream is great and that alone gets 5 stars. But I likke to go on the 31st because they have their deal if $1.31 scoops. Well I guess that changed, and they are now $1.50. I guess the price of everything is going up, but come on. Also, I went later at night and it looked like they had been ransacked and they did not have extra ice cream to replace it. I feel like they should kniw people love a deal, why not be prepared and have ice cream ready if they run out? Other than that, the location is fairly clean, if I would have gone earlier parking would have sucked but, the customer service was great.
