Windows are okay. You just better hope there is nothing wrong with windows because WARRANTY DOESN’T EXIST. I had 1 small issue with a window and their “expert” comes into my house very rude and takes him 30 seconds to say it’s My fault and telling me excuses why it can’t be Crystal Windows Mistake instead of trying to fix the issue. Crystal’s Sales Representative Karen is also No Good to try and help the issue. Anyhow I don’t usually post but this is not the correct way of doing business!!!!!!Be smart don’t use this company there are many more to choose from that will actually take care of their customers!!!

They hired me as a painter because they where going to open up a second shift, so I worked second shift for a month probably and they ended up letting me go, first they said there was no more work, then that windows were not getting painted. When I would paint all windows that first shift left for me to paint before ending my shift. I was very disappointed. For being a painter Hourly pay rate was insulting !.

GREAT WINDOWS! I just had them installed in my house and even my kids can tell a difference in the efficiency. Our rooms are getting warmer quicker and staying warmer longer! Should have done this a long time ago! Thank you!

My company has been installing the Crystal Pacific products for along time, its probably the Biggest bang youll get for your buck as far as Windows and Doors go.In my experience they have always stood behind there products and the service is excellent!!They have also been a very progressive company with there product development, we highly recommend them!!

Hands down best bang for your buck window company. I checked out a lot of different window companies and I choose crystal mainly for their patio doors and patio door screens which are built like a tank. You wont be disappointed.

Inside sales people are less than helpful. Telephone customer service is unfriendly. That said, their product is one of the best I’ve installed.

We moved into our new home in August 2018. 3 weeks after we relocated, Crystal Pacific Window & Door came out and “fixed” several defects with cracked seals, broken locks, and clouded glass. Late September we woke up to another issue, a hairline fracture in another window. There were no impact points, rather the crack was another example of cheap, low-quality, under-performing, Crystal Pacific Windows. However, this time they are refusing to fix. In a short period, we have experienced several issues with Crystal Pacific Windows. There are many other options from more reputable window companies and manufacturers. Do not waste your time or money with CPW.

Never got back to me in regards to my request. Kept giving me the run around.
