The most amazing cookie! Bought 4 dozen today. One thing I do have to say maybe because the cookies sales themself. The customer service wasnt great. The young lady just didnt seem like she wanted my business. Cookies are so delicious, I will still come back... Bad customer service and all.

These cookies are my favorite kind of texture (chewy and slightly crispy). The salted Nutella, cocoa puff, and almond powdered cookies are so good. I really like the size of the cookies also. Would be a great gift for coworkers if youre in a sharing mood.

Gluten Free chocolate chip cookies are the best. They dont taste gluten free and thats a plus. Order ahead because they are made to order.

This is such a hidden gem in Riverside. The cookies are so delicious and fresh !! The fruity pebbles cookie is always such a crowd pleaser. Their snowberry oatmeal cookie is one of my favorite. Its a quaint little establishment But it is very clean and the employees are very friendly. I definitely recommend the Cookie Shoppe !

My favorite cookies are the Justacookie and Peanut Butter Crunch. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. They sellout fast so go early.

I tried the vegan chocolate chip and its great. Friends had some of the other varieties, and everyone really enjoyed them. Definitely will return next time in in the area.

Usually the cookies are soft, this time they were all crunchy. Put them in a sealed container with a slice of bread and softened them up. Disappointing

Drove past for the last few years because I really didn’t think cookies were worth the stop. Boy was I wrong. Was given a few at a luncheon, now I don’t know if I will ever be able to drive by without stopping. Even the vegan cookie was amazing- and I don’t like to eat vegan. Great job!!!

Cannot recommend this place enough. There cookies are delicious and well-priced and I have to restrain myself from buying too many at times, since I will devour them. The selection is great as well, with many different kinds of cookies which are baked fresh throughout the day. My personal favorites are the Chocolate Chip, M&M, and Peanut Butter with Chocolate in the middle.

I finally chose just 3 individual cookies (when I go back as a treat to myself well see if I only choose 3). ;)She asked if they were a gift and since they were, she placed them in a nice little box with a doilie instead of just putting them in a bag. Earthquake cookie--like a bite of german chocolate cake, yummy! Will have to stop in as soon as they are back from vacation!

Decided to try Pine Bakery for the first time. Came in one late afternoon and the display cases had very few items and were mostly empty. Place appeared a little dingy and old. There was a small table opposite the service counter that was a self-service coffee station with a couple of thermal carafes, styrofoam cups, plastic stirrers and a written sign for $1 coffee, all of which would be better out of public view behind the counter. Despite the looks of the place, we decided to try the relatively limited selections. The rum balls were probably the best of their offerings but the chocolate topping used was horrible and did not taste like chocolate at all. The eclair had he same awful chocolate topping and was stale. The little cupcakes tasted like cake mix that you can buy at any grocery store, frosting was manufactured and probably came in a bucket and the napoleon was not delicate at all and tasted more like a pop-tart. Service was okay. She gave us what we asked for and the conversation was kept to a minimum. No offer to help or suggestions on what was good. Maybe she didnt think anything was good at that bakery. Overall a disappointing experience. Not what one would expect from a local neighborhood bakery. Everything we tried was stale, over sweetened and nothing their staff can be proud of.
