The staff is very friendly and quite helpful. The prices are reasonable and the shelves are stocked with a wide variety of items. I like shopping here.

Ive been going here sence I was a kid shopping with mom, and if I cant find what I need or just want then I will go somewhere else but this is my first choice hardware store, they will always have that small town atmosphere from the moment ya walk in, They was right where they are now, before the bigger chain stores. They must still be doing something right because they are still here.I love you people, thanks for sticking around ❤️

I love going to this place. Everyone there is extremely friendly & helpful. And this little gem is way more convenient then going to Lowes or Home Depot. So when you need something from the hardware store give this place a try. I think you might be pleasantly surprised at how convenient and quick you get what you need so you can get back to doing whatever home project youre working on.

Staff to busy talking over personal items to help customers. Owner apparently has no control. The exception was an older man who went out of his way to help while he was on break.

This is the best hardware store by far in this area!!!!! The owner and all of the employees are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable!!!!!! I lived locally in the area for seven years and that was always my first choice for hardware needs. I only went to similar stores in the area if they were out of what I needed and I needed something to complete a project that had to be finished.I now live in the high desert and there is no place like that close to me now. I really do miss this store!!!!!!Keep up the great work!!!!!

Not the best selection of goods that you would normally find at an ace or hardware store. Its basically a glorified garden tool shop.

Thank god..dont have to drive 5 miles for a water pump..they have all kinds of things!!!

Hours said they close at 5... went at 4 and they were already closed. Wasted my time.

All the people from True Value are always ready to help you. They are very smart and they give you a solution for your problem. They have experience not like people from Home depot. I love this store and the lady on charge are very sweet and nice. All the time with a big smile! 10 stars for my local store!

Their customer service is terrible. Went there today 5/20/19 to get an estimate on some screens for my windows. The older lady (owner Im assuming) was rude and didnt want to make them, but gave me a price. Then pushed me off to the other lady to take my order (who was beyond rude) and then said are we really gonna do these and kept telling me to go somewhere else. Like next door to them (a screen shop) or somewhere on Mission st. What a horrible way to do business. I will never go in there again. They lost lots of business. I guess the bigger chains win here instead of small, privately owned. Wont be long and you will be closed by treating people this way.
