Great store,great prices. When the store is busy its really not worth it to stand in line for a couple of items. Sometimes when I need a specific item employees are no where to be found. Also leaving the store is difficult due to the fact you can only exit to the right. If you need to go left you need to make a Uturn. Also entering from the La Sierra ave area a uturn is also required. Yuck.

Have you ever tried getting only one item from here? Its almost impossible!! They have a lot of offers and great prices that makes hard not taking an extra item with you!!Plus the customer service is so friendly.10/10 👍

Short staffed. No one on the floor to answering questions or assisting customers finding products. Only the cashier is on the floor while others employees are inside their warehouse. The item I needed showed in their system the had 18 pieces available and they could not find. Overall bad service. Hope they improve the customer service soon.

They usually have what Im looking for in stock. The store is always clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. Not a bad place if you dont care about name brands, plus the return policy is fairly decent should you have any problems with anything you purchase. The new icon tools rival what you can get on all the name brand tool trucks, but for a fraction of the price. Check it out.

I drove to my local Harbor Freight (Harbor Freight Tools store in Riverside (Store #26) is located at 10765 Magnolia Ave, Ste 100, Riverside, CA 92505) in a panic to buy a set of ratchet straps for a project I was committed to tomorrow, Monday at 6:00 AM. I understand the closing time is 6:00 PM on Sundays and I rolled up at 5:58 up to the front door. I was greeted by a 5 something tall, Dark Haired HF Associate wagging her finger at me telling me the were closed at 6:00. I tried to explain to her it was 5:58 by my GPS cell phone. She stated I dont care what your phone says, MY WATCH SAYS ITS 6:02, YOURE TOO LATE! Then she stood guard in front of the door allowing the remaining shoppers to exit.This is the 1st negative encounter Ive ever experienced here in 3 years as a loyal customer from any HF Associate, ever!HF, this employee needs extensive training in customer communication skills or send her back to work at the CA DMV!Goodby HARBOR FREIGHT, Hello LOWES.Our store hours in Riverside are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays, and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.

I am not a pro by any means. My son and I like to walk the aisles and look at what they have. I’ve purchased knives, LED lanterns, and tools for use in the car and around the house. I get what I need, including tools that work great at a fraction of the cost compared to the big box stores. And BTW, my wife thinks I know what I’m doing 😉.

Good deals on tools can be found here. Picked up a four and a half inch grinder the other day were less than $14 I wasnt even looking for a grinder. Only downside is not enough cashiers so your check out time can be a little long

If you cant find something you want at Harbor freight, you just werent looking. This was the first time I had to stand in line to get in, because they are practicing social distancing, and limiting it to 35 people because thats one third of their capacity. but its not a long wait, because mostly its men who know what they want, get in, get out. Or my husband used to say get it and go. That would have been a cute name for a convenience store right? But Harbor freight always has what I need, extra box cutters for my business, reasonably priced at 69 cents each, always get my batteries here, and sore what can I say light up the night for free

My only issue is theyll let the checkout lines get as long as all the way to the back of the store before realizing maybe they should pull someone thats doing another task to help cashier. Lines will be super long, and theyre trying to sell every single person a warranty, or get phone numbers and sign you up for their rewards plan. 30 minutes to check out is a bit excessive... but, any other time when not so busy, the store is great.Bunch of different tools to choose from. Tools fit a one time use budget, which is all youd expect for the cost. Overall, as a tradesman I wouldnt purchase anything you plan on using over and over, or for continuous reliability. These tools and supplies are more for DIY projects that dont require a high level of accuracy or repeated use. Everything here is mid grade quality, regardless of what they advertise. Theres nothing wrong with that, but expect what you pay for and invest in the warranty. Dont buy a tile saw and expect perfect 90° angles and flawless 45°s like from DeWALT or Makita is what Im saying.

I love harbor freight but what sets this store apart from others is how it is ran ! By far the best customer service out of any other harbor freight alway polite and willing to help and assist. There manager Chris is always leading by great example with a positive attitude I’ve seen him on serval occasions open up an extra register to help speed up the line . Great management = great employees = happy customers

Enjoyed my store visit - always nice & orderly & friendly customer service.

Come here a few times a month for various things and they usually always work well for me. They have been completely sold out of stuff that goes on clearance even on the day but that is not common. The only problem I have had is with the mid-grade welder not working 3 times in a row which did put me out a bit but that is on the manufacturer. Overall its a good store with professional employees.

I love all the little things I find at H&F. Whenever I find something like this I can think of a million things to use it for then I kick myself for not coming up with it first. 😝

Quality of their knockoffs is increasing, but so are the prices. Recently purchased a small inverter generator. Was going to purchase a Predator from Harbor Freight until I did a bit of research. Picked up a very high quality, highly rated Wen for nearly the same cost of the knockoff at HF. The Wen is a far superior product with features not found on the comparable Predator.If youre looking to purchase something more than an inexpensive hand tool, its worth a few minutes of research. You might be surprised.

The best store to find just about what ever you need for your auto or home this is better than Home Depot or Lowes and you cant beat there prices.Just wish they had one in Mira Loma it would be a lot closer

Good ol Harbor Freight. Its budget tools but the place is so nice and affordable. I go in there and get what I need and almost always leave with a few extra things lol.

Its a pretty spacious store with a variety of options for tools for a job site or even a home garage or random around the house items. Always have good prices on hand tools. Havent bought any of power tools from here but for wrenches n smaller hand tools I would recommend.

Tool stock was spotty, go figure, the one you need is the ones that are out stock on.

Web site said that they closed at 7pm on the 4th of July. Got to Harbor Freight at about 15 minutes to 7 only to see them locking the door. There was a sign posted on the door letting people know that they closed at 6pm. Who ever decided to change their closing time should have been thoughtful enough to make the change on their website.

Overall, the person that started Harbor Freight Tools was really thinking of the average Joe and how anyone can own a tool to do minor to mid level jobs around the house, witch requires hand and/or power tools... And this local hardware store provides that at a more than reasonable price. Love coming to this store. Tools are not of best quality but some of them are better than some name brand. You can get really good deals on some really good tools. I have purchased a lot of tools from here over the years and I still have them. Also, don’t forget that most of their tools have lifetime warranty. So if it breaks or something, you just take it back to the store and get a replacement.

Horrible experience today Im so annoyed, I was on my way to home depo to look for a tool,half way there I called my local harbor freight took and asked if they had the tool (shower valve socket kit) and I was told they had 5 in stock so I turned around to go get the tool when I got there they didnt have I guess their inventory was off anyways I lost time and over drove 10 extra miles just because of their mistake.callling ahead and double checking is pointless.Not happy at all

Went in and talked with someone about a generator. Informed them my power was currently out and that I needed to go home and use it immediatly. Ask him what all I will need to do so. He tells me extension cord and gas can. Buy it all and head home. Get home to find out the generator does not ship with Engine Oil. The guy at harbor freight didnt say we would need oil, even though he said hes sold 5 today. Was very irritated to have to make another hour trip to town for something he should have known i needed given the amount of them they sell.

Even though the check out lines were long, the wait wasnt bad and the cashier was very friendly and helpful in making sure my coupon worked on the item I wanted it to work for. I love this store!

I love this place. Service can be slow and they need to open more registers when it is busy. They always have stuff in stock and the staff is very helpful and give great customer service.

It’s ok here. Not the worst customer service, but trying to find someone that works there can be a pain. A lot of the time you have to go all the way to the registers to ask a question, then you have to wait In line to ask.
