Great place to basically find any nuts and bolts

I have been to this business several times, even though its a 25 minute drive. Its an unusual place, in that you cannot browse aisles, you are helped at the counter, & staff retrieve your merchandise. It seems like it is focused on commercial business; however, I have always had excellent service, & this past visit was no different.

Staff were quick and helpful but rather rude. It was my first time going there so I had no idea how they handle things. If you want me to do things a specific way, be respectful when telling me how. The prices are decent though.

Excellent service everytime. One just must be aware that even with a warehouse full of hardware sometimes a length is just oddball and you have to cut down something to get what you need.

They have pretty much every bolt. Closes for lunch. Kinda weird.

Laziest employees ever. Numbnuts pulled the wrong bolts 3 times then gets mad at me when he wrote it down correctly, but transposed his own notes. They do have just about everything as far as hardware. Customer service is among the worst though. Always an experience at rainblow bolts!

As stated in another review, what type of business closes at lunch for a hour and leaves at 330pm everyday? Now they are closed all week for the holidays!! They obviously dont care about their customers, these items are a necessity to small businesses!!!!

Never too long of a wait and a large inventory, but they do take an hour lunch where the whole shop shuts down at 11 so beware.

Horrible experience I used to come here for bolts I couldnt find I will never come here again after the older salesmen was a complete and total dick I was was trying to locate a replacement grade 8 bolt the guy told me that he will not sell single bolts so I asked him to sell me a box since I can use then in my profession wasnt a big deal he then proceeded to give me additude like I was being a pain in ass for trying to buy a box of bolts he changed his additude once he realized other customers that where already in the building started to stare at him
