I give it 5 stars for what they have. 2 stars for personality. The older Lady and gentlemen are ok. It is not all of them. That being said when I was there today because they have stuff others dont locally. I have no choice but to go there. I think they now that and sometimes certain employees can be downright rude. And dont have much of a clue of what they are selling or pricing just kind of confused. But they need customer service skills. Out company buys stuff from them several times a year for the last 20 years that I know of. But sometimes it is really hard to keep cool. If there was another place without having to drive much further I would.

Just went in to pick up some chain, and a few other odds and ends, 4 guys at the counter and none wanted to help. And when I complained the counter person gave an exorbanant price. I guess they didnt like my attitude, which is willing to buy from K&H.The sad thing is I want to support my community and buy local, but these guys didnt even want to sell to me. I am also a small business owner and if I treated my customers like I was just treated I would have gone out of business long ago. Too bad. Ill be buying all my stuff from industrial metals from now on....
