Over the years I have always had great service from Factory Direct Spa Covers. This is the third one and every time it fits perfectly. This time we got the replacement cover to save some money. The old foam fit the new cover perfectly!! It was a little tight but it worked. We also purchased the cover-cover to protect our new cover. It fits perfectly. Delivery took a little longer than expected but with COVID and shipping during Christmas it did get here. GREAT PRICE & quality!!! Manny was very polite and professional.David

Give Manny a call he knows it all when it comes to replacing your spa cover. I Live up in the Mountains and my cover collapsed due to the heavy wet snow. Manny set me up with heavy duty/double stitched cover with customized tapered top so I can have run off with no more standing water from snow melt and rain. He also had it built the same day pick up on a Friday due to heavy weather for the weekend. The Factory Direct Spa team really got me out of a bind and saved my spa from damage.

I can not say enough wonderful things about both the customer service and the product I received from factory direct spa covers. They were professional, and on top of my entire order. I found them using a search engine. I placed my order and they immediately contacted me because I had made an error in my payment and had over paid. They saw the error and corrected it immediately. Then we got our cover and it is much more than we expected. The foam is thick and durable. I purchased a $414.00 spa cover because of the 5yr warranty and the cover did not last even 2 years before: A)the stitching came apart completely in multiple areas,B) the double wrap foam core I paid extra for became saturated with moisture - to the point that I could can not lift the cover off of the hot tub, C) the color completely faded from Dk Redwood to a multi-color muddy brown and is literally rough instead of smooth since it has degraded so much! I have spa service wkly, but the owner, Roy Kilmer, stated because I use chemicals like chlorine or Baqua in my spa instead ay they delivered it I said the vinyl looked thin and cheap! Then just as I expected it looked like faded, worn out piece of trash after one yr! I only use the tub once a month at the most and no one else uses it!!He offered to recover it for $150.00 with more of his cheap poor, quality vinyl and refused to honor his so called warranty. I said what does your warrenty cover ?? He said only workmanship-like if the seams come out. I said the seams are coming out, but he countered with the fact that sun damaged the cover. Well, what the heck did he think I was going to move it inside!!! I live near the beach at 70 degrees almost year round and with the fog it is the mildest climate imaginable!He is a real scammer so BEWARE he will make everything your fault and now I see tons of negative reviews on this guy!!!!!!!!!!!I should have read the reviews on him before I bought!!! I wouldnt even give him one star!! I called the Better Business Bureau and they gave his business an F! I would love initiate a class action suit..if you are interested let me know- this guy is a thief!!!
