We are very pleased and impressed with our new spa cover. Our old cover was 15 years old and not very efficient any longer. We researched 5 spa cover manufacturers and chose Illusion Spa Covers for several reasons. First and foremost, Manny. He was informative and very helpful in creating the perfect cover for us. He understood what our needs were and gave great suggestions for the cover. He was personal and professional at the same time. Second, cost. After completing our research, we found that Illusion Spa Covers was the least expensive, based on what we wanted and the personalized customer service that Manny gave us, it was the absolute best price for us! Third, Manny. (LOL) He answered both my calls and texts over the 4 weeks it took to manufacture our cover. (BTW we were quoted 6 weeks manufacture time) Originally, when I was having issues with measuring the spa, Manny made it easier and was very easy to talk with. He made the whole process a breeze.The new cover is in place and it fits like a glove! It is a perfect fit!We highly recommend Illusion Spa Covers and Manny!

Great customer service! This is a family owned business and from the get go “Manny” made me feel like a family member. He was patient, polite, helpful and yet very professional over the phone. The quality of the spa cover Is amazing! Very durable and made to perfection. You can tell the family takes pride in their work because of the quality craftsmanship. I definitely recommend this business if you are in the market for a new spa cover. The prices are very comparable and after doing some research, they are less expensive than most. Illusion spa cover is that way to go. From the start to the end Manny was extremely helpful. The material on the spa cover is extreme quality. I would definitely recommend them.

I know there is a negative post listed, but we worked through Manny, who was great!!! The cover came, fits perfectly, looks great and I wouldnt hesitate to order from him in the future.
