I came in for a couple of scoops of Abuelita and the girl refused to get it for me claiming it was too frozen to scoop. Just sheer laziness... Then they ignored me when I tried to get info to speak to a manager. Acting like they didnt understand me.

Worst michoacana ever!! Bad service, the girl didn’t even wear gloves after touching the money, my fruit was disgusting, there was a cockroach on the wall and my chips were stale do not recommend coming here

One of the worst locations. Their hours are listed as 10pm closing time. But they start to lock their doors at 930pm?? Employee said they just started closing at 930pm but other reviews show this has happened before at this location

Good ice cream. Bad service.This is my second time coming here. The first time I liked it so much that I recommend this place to 2 other people. Unfortunately tonight, this one worker who didnt know english, was very rude to us. I did not care that she didnt speak any english. I used enough spanish to know how to order. But I didnt know the word for Sunday in spanish. I had already order a banana split, but my mother-in-law wanted a Sunday. I tried to explain kindly to her and I was patient. But she was so rude to me. Shaking her head at me because I didnt know spanish? Respect and kindness goes beyond language. Once I didnt know how to order the Sunday, her expression and additude changed. My Fiance order after me. And she did the same to him. Good ice cream. Bad service.

Awesome drinks

This place is really good. The mango ice cream has mango piece inside. The favors are many and it is hard to choice just one favor. My husband is easy because he wants coconut made of water on a stick. Love this ice cream.

So this place was amazing the first time i had ever been here...now the second time was completely opposite... After leaving there i realized why...it was the service... The lady that was here the first time was awesome...and she was alone working...she had a line of customers but she took her time and made everything in a way that made it worth the wait.. But second time there was 2 girls and one was very unwelcoming she did not have any customer service skills at all... I really wanted to just cancel order and leave but felt bad because the oder was made already...the items i order didnt taste the same and hope it was who made them....

Normally I would have posted a pic but food looked so good I couldnt stop. I look forward to a return visit. Prices were decent. Like a restaurant in Washington I loved.

This place is awesome. I am not sure how I missed this place as its been open they say for around 5 years now and I pass by it all the time. I just figured it was just another Mexican restaurant on this road as this is an area full of this culture.I was surprised when I walked in, it is not just for Mexicans!!! (I dont care if this sounds incorrect. The fact is, this area has a large Mexican population so my statements are accurate here)Unlike most mint chocolate ice cream, they pack a ton of mint and just as much chocolate in theirs so the very strong mint with the overabundance of chocolate is so good. Some of the best mint chocolate chip I have ever had.Plus they have at least 100 popsicles you can buy, custom made by them.

Great ice cream and frozen treats. Mexican style ice cream, but you dont have to be a Mexican to enjoy it!They also have nachos, locos, other tasty looking snacks.The line can get long, but it moves fairly well and is worth the wait.

Corn was frozen. Didnt bother me, but for the price it should be fresh. Expensive. Good variety.

Best icecream the only thing I dont like is that they close on the weekend as before they are suppose to and kick you out at 9 pm in stead of 10 pm like the sign says

The Mangonadas here are great and all the ice cream is made fresh. It is also notably very clean inside.

Best Mangonada I’ve ever had!!

So many types of Mexican ice creams, popsicles, mangoneadas, tostilocos, bionicos and anything else you might want. Workers are very friendly and you can sample any flavor you want. Its a must try place that is very inexpensive.

We have tried to go to this place three times! The first time I wasnt sure of their hours and just went and they were closed. Second and third time I looked up their hours which said they were open and both times they were not. Waste of time, gas, and upset kids because they couldnt get ice cream. Dont think Ill try it again!

All very tasty but the ladies who give the service are very arrogant, especially today I needed to take him from the bathroom to take my 5-year-old son because he needed to go to the bathroom and he said that he could not lend me until I had my turn at the line and there were more than seven people in front of me, I had to leave the place and find another place to take my son how bad we are, some people are unconscious 😡

The ice creams are very rich .... all very good .... the only one but it is the liquid with which they clean .... it has a strong smell !!! Not very nice
