They have my favorite icecream.. strawberry! It always tastes like heaven and the customer service is really good.

My daughter wanted cotton candy ice cream and coldstones was the place to go for it. Although they dont have skittles as a topping, she was happy to settle for sprinkles and gummy bears. I was disappointed to open my tub of ice cream which I got chocolate devotion flavor and see no brownies were added. The brownies really do make a huge difference. Guess they should focus more on learning their signature flavors and less on talking. The lady behind me was upset that she wasnt greeted.

Wow. This location is way too hidden, the lady that helped us was great, very friendly, talkative and genuinely enthusiastic about giving great service. I would absolutely return just because the great attitude. Ice cream portions were excellent. Good job to this Cold Stone location. Only recommendation is put a banner or flag outside, window tint makes the place dark and look closed.

Service wasnt any good.. Didnt take the time to cut the toppings instead giving me large chunks-- mouthfuls of toppings resulting in no icecream. Terrible

Waited in there 20 minute 1 customer per entry covid line outside to go in and for them to tell me they have no more milk for milkshakes. They should at least put a sign outside or keep well stocked.

Need to change closing hours. Google says close at 10pm on Sunday. Drive all the way from the other side of Riverside for the lady to say theyre closed even though there were two people in there still ordering at 9:45.

This is now my 3rd experience of the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with! Emily is the rudest worker not only at this location but EVER! Its to the point that I cant even call and get the managers number to contact him/her and have her FIRED because no one even answers the phone! At this point, if I see her working there still, I will just take my family to another location no matter how far it is, just to not experience such sarcastic human interaction from yet another teenager at this location! Please learn some manners and personal respect!

Horrible service! They always wrap their brownies early in the evening to say they can’t serve it?!?!? even though i went to the store 1.5hrs before they closed ! It’s like they are trying to turn away customers in the evening.

Stopped in on a Tuesday. Nothing but pleasant experiences here. The place has an awesome atmosphere. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.

The workers they have are very rude. Emily was the worker that helped me.Worse experience at a cold stone Ive ever had. What happened to smiles and customer service?? I had rewards and she didnt know anything when I asked how to redeem them. Just blew me off and helped the next customer. I wont be going back!! Need to hire people who treat customers right.

I lovvveeeee this ice cream!! My family and I try to go here weekly. The staff is very friendly and the toppings and ice cream is always mixed together perfectly. Im so glad that this location is close to home.

Really nothing special as far as ice cream. Way too expensive for something you could get at any local ice cream shop. Id rather go to La Michoacana or even, God forbid, a Baskin Robins.

Fix your restroom. Whenever the heavy girl is working the restroom seems to be out of order. But when the young man is working it’s fine.

Love the girls in the shop! They are always so pleasant.

I have been going to this coldstone for the past 2 years and I have never had such horrible service in my life. I had a young Hispanic girl make my ice cream. She put the wrong toppings on and when I asked she lied about it because she didnt want to make a new one. Then she over charges me. I asked the other blonde how much my ice cream is usually and she tells me I was overcharged. The Hispanic girl then comes back and says I only overcharged her 20 cents then walks away. No sorry, no it wont happen again. The other blonde doesnt even bother giving me my money back. After I leave it taste my ice cream and it doesnt have any of the toppings I asked for at all. I ended up throwing it away. I will never go back again. They have lost a customer for good.

This place was not open at 12:45pm - why? Im supposed to sit and wait till 1pm for it to open?

Visited on a Wednesday I think. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again.

2 times I went there 1 hour and 1 1/2 hours after the posted opening and they were still closed and once I looked inside only to see 2 female employees sitting at a table chatting away. The next 2 times I went there one month apart and I stood in line for several minutes only to find out there blender is broken. So in a lil over one month time they have been unable to replace the blender? Today (the 2nd time) I was told that the blender goes in and out.They seriously need to replace the blender and post a sign that the blender is broken until it is replaced. 4 times this summer I have walked away empty handed and it will never happen again because I will not be returning. There is a Baskin Robbins, Golden Spoon, and 2 Starbucks in the area with much better service!

Love their pumpkin pie flavor! A little expensive for my taste but its a fun treat every once in a while.

Come here for the cold ice cream! Dont expect the bathroom to be in service, even if you are cute.

Friendly employees, bathroom has been out of service for a year... They send you to panda express next door, lame.
