Was broken into my unit and I was robbed. My unit was under their position and only people that had access was them. I would never recommend them. Gates don’t work, people sleeping in units. Management is a joke. not one call from them to try and resolve this. Only gave one star because I had to.

Tuesday, 7-13-2021 Ive had my furniture and all lifes belongingsin StorQuest Storage since 2009 and now am financially challengedon a monthly basis to not afford rental increases. Judy Flores, themanager in the Magnolia location shows compassion to help meon a regular basis so I dont lose my possessions. I ALWAYS payon time and have NEVER once been late. Thank you so much Judyfor understanding the dilemma I face being in entirely different stateand cant remove my possessions. Your compassion is most appreciated!

In particular, I was just helped out by Letty in the office, and her customer service was excellent! I have had a large storage unit here for five years. The rates have been very reasonable. My building has always been secure and maintained and the staff have always been helpful in the office.

My husband and I have been looking for the right storage facility the past week. We stumbled across this space after doing a search online. Honestly, one of the only reasons why we decided to rent at this location is because of the excellent customer service provided by their manager Judy. She was extremely friendly, professional, patient and informative. We had a million questions, and she answered all of them. She made the process so easy and was so honest with us. We definitely appreciate good customer service, especially in times when people usually aren’t so nice. Thank you, Judy! We’re happy with our decision.

Well… first of all the manager canceled my contract out of nowhere. They said they’re were going to call me and nothing. Then… (I’m a DJ) I couldn’t find a kart I always leave with my speakers. I left it inside my storage. I asked them for video but they said they can’t show it to me. Plus THEY DO NOT HAVE CAMERAS INSIDE THE AISLES. Literally you can do anything in there and there’s no cameras. Just find another storage.

I have rented with StoreQuest Riverside/Magnolia for around five years. The site is well lit, clean, and has great security. I recently neededhelp in accessing my unit and had Judy help me. Judy is the ultimate customer service professional. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Thank you Judy and StorQuest for being there when I needed you.

We were desperate to find a storage, and Judy help us, we call places and she was the only one to take the time to look and found the perfect one, we got there and she was so friendly and we feel comfortable having our belongings store there. Pricing was reasonable!

I have been having this location for storage for over a year now and have always been helped and accommodated in anything that I needed. This last visut Judy persistently made calls and went through all the ways she could help me and even with me to make sure everything was good. Judy made our life easier with renting it out, been her for over a year and it has always been clean and a good place to store my stuff.

I was looking for a storage unit that was close to home, reasonably priced and easy to rent. StorQuest met all of my criteria and more. I used the website to lease a unit and set up just about everything online. Shortly after I received a call from an associate (Judy)  to verify my online request, supply me with details for my first visit and confirm when I would be moving my belongings in. When I arrived Judy was there to help get my official lease signed,   purchase my lock, get my gare access code and walked me to my unit to see if I had any questions. She is amazingly helpful, goes above and beyond and is an absolute pleasure to do business with. If you are looking for a Storage unit with good prices, multiple options for unit sizes and great associates this is the place to rent.

Zach was awesome when I had questions about my payment. I was already upset and he handled the situation perfectly kept assuring me everything was going to be okay and handled the situation perfectly. I stopped by over the weekend to inquire about storing here. The manager Jessica was very helpful. Asked all the right questions & answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable & caring of my concerns & did it all with a great attitude. I unfortunately did not store here, as there wasnt a unit available to the size and location i wanted (all downstairs units were taken). I had an excellent experience with Stor Quest Riverside on Magnolia. I rented a parking unit for my vehicle .my vehicle was kept safe and secure the entire duration. The property is gated, and with camera surveillance at a reasonable price. I would definitely rent here again!

My experience having my questions answered and closing out my storage space was great. Judy was really on top of her game and handled things really well on what was a super busy day.

The staff is super helpful and I really appreciate it. Evan helped me put my van cover on which fell off. I live far away in another state, I am not able to check on it and having him put it back on for me and check on my car was extremely helpful! Thank you!

I continue to stay at StorQuest not only because of the prices but because of the amazing employees that work here I recommend this place over any other place in the area I will never leave. I always see the employees cleaning and trying to keep this property spotless. I always see Brandon working on different projects around the property to improve the image of the facility.

You entered the wrong address when I rented so I did not receive correspondence. You did not email me when there was a problem. You debited my account for insurance, but would not return the money when I contacted you. I took my things to Salvation Army rather than stay with you any longer. I will not do business with a company that cheats its customers. I talked to John Bank and did not solve my problem.

This particular Storquest is in an area that is not secure. Many homeless people were around the facility. Also, I was unable to pull my vehicle to the actual storage unit to unload my items. The turn was too tight.

Have been a customer for years. Brandon and Leanne are always helpful and on top of everything. Location is always clean and well managed. Today I had the pleasure of meeting the new hires Evan and Jessica. Very friendly and great customer service provided. Definitely recommend.

StorQuest is a clean and friendly facility. We rented both a storage locker and RV storage space. Brandon was very helpful and took his time showing us the best spaces that would fit our needs. The storage lockers are easy to access. The access to the vehicle storage area is a little tight in places in regards to entering and exit. StorQuest is a good storage facility with many options to store your stuff.

Been a tenant here for a year or so. Leann was great and Jessica is just as awesome! And now Jasmine coming in with a very positive attitude raising the standard to a whole different level always willing to help and even going out of her way taking on tasks all the other ones wouldnt do even taking on mechanical tasks when the iron malfunction an outstanding young lady always out on the property making sure all is clean and making sure all is good on the property.
