Every time I come here, these folks are always very helpful I am an older individual who is not very good with technology and computers, they always help us with Everything we need whether it’s shipping,copying or anything of that sort, so if you really want some really nice people to help you with all your copies and shipping and much much more give these folks a try, buy local, shop local,spend local.

This place has had outstanding service and has been a great convenience to this community; everytime Id come here theyve gotten the job done, for instance right now I needed a pen and when I asked, she did not hesitate to open a brand new box of Fed Ex pens and hand it to me in a pleasent manner.😊. I came in for desperate, same-day poster prints, and Terri really helped me out. Sounds cheesy, but she really went above and beyond (considering my order was impossible) by working with me right there at the counter and suggesting solutions for size, quality, and paper grain that allowed me to head back to our shoot with all necessary prints at literally half the cost for such a rushed job. They came out great, btw! Thanks again Terri 👍

Wife needed a picture renewal for her passport, the Lady that helped her Id give 5 stars, but the Manager that took over for her cared more about selling us water than the task at hand... needless to say, we wasted money, now we have to wait and see if her passport comes back and do the whole process all over again... this time Im making sure the Lady handles the job 🤬🤬🤬

They are a resourceful and helpful staff. I once forgot a phone and they gave it back with no problem. I like being able to go online and enjoy the business and printing services. I wish they would make the copy cost down to only a few cents a page. I think if they did this for regular and business customers they would have a lot more business. I doubt they will survive another 10 years as technology changes and email and digital communication takes place of printed material and copies. If they return to cheap prices they might get volume customers back. Most of my friends stopped using fed ex or copy services over 3 cents a page. Buying a printer and using smart phone apps like Google documents is easier and less expensive. Still I enjoy the fed ex office environment where you can start and walk out with a compkeyed project in one visit.

Went to Staples to get a paper laminated.. and the rude person had attitude and said they laminating is off.. he didn’t even bother.. I then called FEDEX OFFICE they said they do self laminating... when I arrived the lady that help me was very pleasant.. she even Though they were busy the lady took a minute of her time to walk me over to the laminating self system and assisted me with laminating my paper. She was very pleasant and had an amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend anyone to FedEx office they’re very prompt and professional. I totally forgot to get the lady’s name but on the receipt it says MARSHON H. She is amazing:)

If youre looking for fax services, I recommend this location. If you pay with cash, youll need your FedEx card to pay for it or you can use your debit/credit card as well. Instructions posted were simple to follow so that made me a happy customer👍🏽

They were no help at all and I just used their service last week I guess it is the employees I guess.

I had an excellent experience this morning with extremely friendly and knowledgeable representatives who helped walk me through every step of the way for a critical delivery today. Id definitely go to this location again.

Without a doubt absolutely the WORST establisment I have ever set foot in. I have been in on at least 3 different occasions lately and have not been able to print a single thing due to how poorly this place is set up. If I ever need anything printed I will never go to this place ever again. The times I was able to print something from this dump I had many problems where I had to be helped by one of the useless employees that all have vacant stares past me... truly an awful place that deserves to be shut down and made into something else.

I come here often and the employees are always courteous and friendly. Alexis is always especially helpful though! Any time that I come in and see that she is working I know that my order will be done correctly and quickly.

In and out! The manager let me borrow the dolly with no problem. Hauled my boxes from the vehicle inside and they scanned them immediately.Im always on the phone and working, at the sametime, so I appreciate when places can operate while Im talking on the phone. Time is money baby!

NO BATHROOMS so your ability to do work here will be limited by the capacity of your bladder. This is a full size Kinkos with all of the equipment you come here for. Everything was working. The only employee present was friendly and pleasant.

The woman who operates the shipping department is very rude; I don’t expect this branch to benefit from her demeanor.

When I attempted to ask if they offered international phone services, the associate would not let me finish asking the question properly cutting me off when I spoke. He assumed I wanted to borrow the phone to make a phone call, he said he had to ask his boss. He returned saying my boss said he couldnt let me use it. I had to explain to him that I wasnt trying to borrow the phone I was trying to ask if they offered the services he was very rude lacks a lot of costumer service or maybe hes just a bit races.

I use this as my office. They consistently have my work done on time with great quality.

Wow, never been treated like garbage at a FedEx location before. I came here to do a drop off, I print my own label and packaged it. The lady here tells me she will not accept my box and I asked why, she said the item is moving inside the box therefore she cannot take it. It was ridiculous, I package my items with bubble wrap it was not shifting around as she exaggerated, if you took the box and shook it like a madman then yes it might move around a bit, its a package, how can we stuff it so much that it wont move at all? fill it with concrete...long story short, i went to another Fedex location in Corona and the people there did not give me any hassle, they just scanned my packaged and put it away easy. I even asked him about this suppose policy from the last store and he said hes never heard of it and even apologized for the inconvenience the other store gave me.the people from this location just like to harass customers when they are having a bad day. I will never come here again.

Ive literally been standing at the counter for over ten minutes and havent even been acknowledged. It seems theres only one employee here. Im the only person in line. Someone is waiting for help at the photo station and I *think* the employee is helping someone at the printer/ work station...

No bathroom last I went. Which was an inconvenience to say the least. The Computers are quick to take your money as so as you put your card in.

I have a small business an for all my computer needs I go to Kinkos, there is a very knowledgable young lady who is going to college an working towards becoming an attorney, this staff is so smart an helpful...I dont mind paying to use there computer / Fax / printer due to such great customer service, an for my party invitations I create the invite wording then I email them to Kinkos an they print it on beautiful templates! I do so much there .

Horrible service, incompetent staff

I took a package in to ship, and the guy behind the counter insisted on opening the package. He said I need to repackage my items in order for him to ship the box. I told him to give me the box back. I took it to Fedex in Corona and the clerk simply shipped the package. I will use the Corona Fedex from now on.

You guys did not disclose that you would put a $15 hold on my account for a $1.65 transaction! Otherwise I would have looked for change in my car and paid cash.

My online order wasnt ready when I came in 30 minutes after my pick up time. When the assistant told me it wasnt ready she didnt apologize or tell me when it would be ready, instead she angrily walked away to the computer to check my order only to tell me that the images I wanted printed were copywritten so she couldnt complete the order... I shouldve been notified that my order was going to be cancelled before wasting my time and dealing with terrible customer service. Dont waste your time here like I did.

Pretty rude but i know you arent the post office inquired about Shipping and size box but i guess that was too much to ask because they arent the post office

I called in before going there and asked if they had any full sheet label so I can print some. They told me its in stock, but turns out it wasnt when I actually went. Its amazing how they cant even do such simple task right, making me waste time and gas for going there.
