Donald was on time and very be helpful with equipment setup. Woman from office handling coordinating after all hours was great. Appreciate you.
This place have real rude people they dont listen they treat you like ur bothering them. They have no costumer service. Very rude people and plus after i had return the equipment that they took long to pick up they still charge me for it.
I’ve called several times to try to get set up after moving to CA but no one answers the phone, no one calls back when you leave a message. My insurance provider and my nurse care coordinator both called with the same results.
This is one of the worst companys to do business with. I feel as though they prey on the elderly to get their money. Bad service. They give you the run around and literally bring you to tears. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
These people should Not be in this type of business at all. Very bad customer service (riverside location) team leader rude and manager hungs up on you when you complain about their bad customer service, or when you need her to assist you the most. They never deliver on time, they have no feelings or understanding to your needs especially when you have an elderly person at home. clients and insurance companies need to be aware of such company. Had very BAD experience with this Co and strongly do NOT recommend it, especially the riverside location. No star at all.
The people are kind when in person, but they do not return phone calls AT ALL, and it is rare that they answer during business hours. Frustrating.
My husband deals with this company through the VA and for that service its fantastic, however I gave a rating of a 1 because they also provide for my mom who has Medicare and Tricare for Life (my dad was retired AF) just switched over before her trip to Iowa, we live with her to take care of her and the delivery guy recommended that we switch to them for convenience since theyre in the same house, but they failed to tell me that they only provide service for HER every 90 days, but yet call him every two weeks. I was NEVER ONCE told it would be every 90 days nor was I told that if she needed refills before the 90 days then I would have to come into their Riverside office and get them myself. I switched from a company who never called to one who may deliver every 90 days oh and if I want more tanks then what they provide on delivery then I have to pick them up myself at their Riverside office. Its a shame that Pacific Pulmonary doesnt service anymore. They were by far the best company that Ive dealt with. Ive dealt with Diamond who sucks, Ive dealt with Secure Health (who she was switched to after Pacific Pulmonary stopped service) who sucked and now Im wondering if there are any good oxygen providers out there with the level of service we received with Pacific Pulmonary. Why is it that Pacific Pulmonary can provide service for a Medicare and Tricare patient every few weeks but a company like Rotech cant. You have two patients in the same household, ones a Vet and the other is a widow of a Vet, but two different experiences. Thats why they get a 1, which at this point is generous.
They are always late. Oxygen is a necessity for my mother and they dont even call when they arent going to show up as scheduled. They give the run around and their after hours secretary said, we only help those who are nice. because I showed my frustration when they told me someone would be out saturday due to the fact they didnt show up friday and no one showed up saturday. So I guess my mom can suffocate. This place should not be allowed to do business AT ALL.
What kind of business is this, they never answered the phone. Bad people, they should not be in business.
