Very friendly and helpful staff.I had a fax that needed to send asap so it could arrive before the deadline. The document paper I brought in kept sticking to one another, resulting in my fax missing a few page. The staff was very understanding of the stress I was going through and offered to make a copy of my document with no charge so when the papers go through the fax machine, they will not stick to each other.5 stars service. Would definitely return.

The employees are helpful and friendly. This review is about charges. On 2/24/21, I needed to ship a medium size box but was charged for a small size box. I noticed the error on my receipt and the employee refunded $12.65 and charged me for the correct amount.On 3/11/21, I noticed a charge of $12.65 in my bank account. I didn’t keep the receipts (shipment already arrived to its destination) but luckily the tracking numbers showed up on the bank transaction. It was easy to speak to a FedEx representative to get it refunded but I shouldn’t have had to do it in the first place.If you get a refund on a charge, please keep your receipt and check your bank account to confirm FedEx doesn’t charge you weeks later.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. The girl with glasses who was working tonight at 7pm has a huge attitude problem. She acts like she doesn’t wanna be there so she should probably go home. I will look for another location that has employees who care.

Dont want things disappearing from my house while Im at work so I have it shipped here. Employees are friendly and Ive had no problems there. Getting in and out is kind of difficult as its a one way street due to the center divider but there are places to do a u-turn not far.

They are closed until January 11th.

I really despise this delivery Service whenever I order something online and it gets delivered threw fed ex I always get a notification saying that they had no access to my apartment and now I have to go pick it up when I paid for rush delivery I order stuff constantly through Amazon and other places not even UPS has trouble delivering to my address I only have a situation with FedEx what almost literally every delivery and the worst part is talking to customer service ...

Place is kinda useless. Other than simply printing self-serve - inexplicably they only offer self serve at this store (you would think they would axe this right away) and they don’t have anything in the name of packing or boxes (there is a Lowe’s right down the street thankfully). That’s what I did in the end - and they don’t like to keep packages there unmanned but will make exceptions.

I needed 14, 11x17 posters printed on card stock, off of my memory stick, and then laminated. I shopped around and came back to this location because i believed it offered the best value based on my requirements. From the start, Latasha was very professional, patient and helpful. She helped me work through a problem I had with one of the files being printed out properly. And when I started to laminate the 14 posters after they were printed out, she even came over (after finishing with another customer) and helped me position the posters in the laminate covers before running them through the laminating machine. The completed posters were perfect. Good price and great service. If you are working with Latasha...she is awesome. This is my first time to this location and I will be back.

Rip off DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO PRINT! They wanted $25 just to print 3 x 6 photos from my phone onto regular printer paper saying they charge a $7.50 edit fee on every picture

PACKAGE YOURSELF BEFORE YOU COME!They made me split what would have been about a 4lb package into 2 packages, packed them in oversized boxes, and then charged me for the boxes (Which I understand) AND the oversize nature of the boxes. Not only that, but the total weight of my shipment jumped to over 17lbs. Thanks, FedEx. What could have been about a $40-$50 shipment became a $176 shipment. Maybe you should inform a customer BEFORE youre ringing them up that they will be paying for the packaging AND the unnecessarily oversized nature of said package.

The girl that works here is so rude!! Ive witnessed her on a few occasions interacting with other customers and her attitude is just terrible. At first I thought maybe she just had a bad day or because it was busy at the time and she was the only one working but today her attitude and the way she spoke to me I was like oh ok so this is just who you are... like she is always annoyed with people. If you dont like people then you should probably not work in customer service. The last manager was a doll and so helpful!

Service was lacking horribly!!! Only one worker there, and he was the most laziest person I have ever met. We had to wait for 50 mins just to get a spiral binding, and there was only 2 other people there. The worst part was that the book wasn’t even good. Pages were upside down, and ripped!!

I needed to send a document envelope with a prepaid envelope inside. Had lot of problems with their system in printing the airbill for prepaid return. The system did not accept my credit card and the servers there were not of much help. They did not have a hand written back up system. I left the place and used the post office where I was able to get it done in 5 minutes.

This Fedex location must make their money upselling because I was told this box was damaged and they would have to repackage it for me to ship it at their location.

I would never use this store. They have no idea what theyre doing. I have shipped countless packages through FedEx and only at the store do they give me issues.
