Collision Caliber was able to get my car out in a timely manner even though it was towed in last minute. Management kept me updated on my vehicle from when they started to when it finished. I never had to worry if my car was getting work done or not since they kept communication clear through out the whole process. They did amazing and would definitely recommend to friends and family!

My wife got backed into by a trailer back in June and there was very minor damage to our 2020 RAV4 from the accident. Caliber Collision was one of the insurance company’s recommended locations, so we went with them.When we got the vehicle back, the front fenders, hood, and bumper weren’t sitting flush with one another and there was a poor paint/polish job on the new bumper. I politely pointed out the issues and they told me they have a lifetime warranty on the services they perform, so they offered to fix it for free.I came back to pick it up the second time and the paint looked better, but none of the adjustments had helped with the bumper/fender/hood situation. They apologized and I was very understanding and patient about everything this time, as well.They had me drop it off again and it looked exactly the same when I picked it up. At this point, I began to show some frustration, but remained calm and collected.After months of delays and wasted time, they took my car back for what I hoped would be the final repair. I picked up my car today. It still isn’t perfect. There are small, uneven gaps between the front bumper and fenders and you can tell that the hood and bumper don’t sit exactly like they should. I’ve accepted that this is as good as it’s going to get.Throughout my journey with Caliber, they had told me to arrive at specific times, only to have the technician/general manager be unavailable to see me. Another time, I was told by the general manager that my rental car would be ready for me first thing in the morning when I arrived. It wasn’t and I had to come back three hours later because no one had actually made a reservation. I had multiple experiences like this which led to hours of wasted time on my end.At one point, the general manager told me that he was going to oversee my final repair himself, but I still don’t know what he looks like because he never was available to talk to me when I was there.I don’t know much about cars, but I was able to recognize the issues with the body work. It seems like there is a major issue in communication, operations, and overall quality assurance at Caliber.

Mikey was amazing‼️I can’t believe he went over & beyond for his customers. My car came in for body work from a hit & run accident. He immediately started on the job & kept in touch with me for any updates or changes towards the vehicle. Took my car in after being rear-ended at a stoplight. They kept me up to date through the whole process, and stepped in to help sort out the rental when the other drivers insurance was requiring me to pay and would only reimburse me after the rental was done. Marcie updated me regularly about the work being done, how long they thought it would take, and even where any work they couldnt do in-house was going to be taken care of. Got my car back today, and it looks and drives fantastic!

She not only had my car towed to their location, she returned the rental vehicle I had for two months for me. It is very easy for me to give a 5-star rating. Professionally, the people were prompt, started and completed the work on time, and did a beautiful job (repairing/repainting a front grill and bumper). The reception area was clean and comfortable. I couldnt be happier with the service and professionalism provided. I was rear-ended on the interstate. I got an estimate and initial estimate was 5 workdays. They found damage behind the trunk and had to extend that window, but Im glad they did. They car runs like new.My situation is different. I was about to leave on a vacation and we were houseswapping with another family. We and they were planning on using this car. Luckily, we had a minivan that worked for them. I needed the battery replaced and oil changed as well. Caliber coordinated with the mechanic next door for an oil service.I was kept up-to-date on progress and Caliber even arranged to have the car, once completed, delivered to my house while I was on vacation.They easily went above and beyond in every aspect. Balentin and team are amazing.

The service I received was outstanding. Lorri Grover was the estimator for replacement of a badly damaged bumper, a result of a hit and run in a parking lot. Within 24 hours she had located a replacement bumper. I then brought my car in and within 24 hours the new bumper had been painted and installed, The car was given a terrific wash and the interior was detailed at no charge to me. If I need future services I will unhesitatingly go back to Lorri and Caliber Colllision.

My bumper was shifted and out of place when it scraped against a poll. I was told by Unique Auto Body it would cost $125.00 to fix it. I was also told $100.00 or less by Fix Auto Riverton to get it fixed. Mr.Balentin at We Are Caliber fixed it for free in less than 15 minutes. It wasnt that hard of a repair so we werent sure why others quoted us that much. Ask for Balentine when getting work done, on a side note the staff was very professional.

Especially Balentin.This business is riddled with insincere, mediocre and incompetent people, who are allowed to treat you however they please with no accountability. Be ready to be disappointed as soon as theres a challenge. Otherwise, doing business here is a gamble, so good luck. Their BBB rating is horrible for a reason. Oh, and when the owner posts a reply to these reviews, its just for show. Nothing gets done after that. Huge disappointment.

After being involved in an accident, our Ability Insurance agent recommended Caliber Collision in Riverton. Were so grateful to her for that recommendation! Lorri Grover did the estimate, handled the insurance claim and kept us updated. The rental car was brought to Caliber and when our car was done, we just left the rental car at Caliber. Everything was so easy!! And the car looks great, you would never know it had been in an accident!! We dropped it off on Monday and picked it up on Thursday. Claudia at the front desk was very nice and friendly and Lorri was great, you can tell shes very knowledgeable about auto repair, but shes also very friendly and so nice! Spoke with Valentin about some repairs needed on our car. He was very helpful and accommodating. Repairs were made in a more then timely fashion, and the job that was done was excellent. The vehicle looks great, all at a reasonable price. Also wanted to mention the office staff as they were very friendly and helpful. In my opinion, if you need body work, etc., you cant go wrong taking it to Caliber. This is my second time at Caliber Collision. The first time, they did a great job, price was reasonable and it was delivered on-time.I went in yesterday for a small job- they could have easily found a way to charge me an hours worth of work but they popped in the part in just a few minutes and sent me on my way. The receptionist told me to wait to see if they can take care of it then. An extraordinarily friendly gentleman came out, saw it and asked me if I had 15 minutes, In 10 minutes told me it was ready at no charge. I had an accident, and I wasnt at fault. Caliber, formerly Abra, took great care of my car. My passenger rear quarter panel and wheel well was all kinds of messed up, but you wouldnt be able to tell.Honestly, its like the accident didnt happen. I couldnt even tell you where the damage was if I didnt have pictures.My car was returned, clean as a whistle om the outside and I got a quote for an earlier cosmetic ding, which I dont love the price for but I understand,Ive had experience with Abra in the past and been plenty satisfied. This, though, was my car and it was done way ahead of schedule.Many props to the team at Riverton!

Did a great job on fixing my bumper after a lady ran into it! But...When I picked up car after it was done the VSA light on my dash was on and after I drove away my back tire didnt sound right..then next time I took my car out, the back wheel was make a clunking sound. I talked to them about it and claim they have no idea what happen to it!...I had to take it to a repairman and found my shock had been bent! My car was just fine when I left it with them and the VSA light wasnt on!!

Abra was great! I dropped my car off on a Thursday and they had it ready the very next day. They worked with Enterprise to have my rental car ready - that way I didnt have to get a ride to Enterprise. They made the repair process easy and care free! Their repairs were perfect! They even gave me some leftover touch up paint just in case I need it in the future. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

3/9/2020- There is a weird noise that I noticed after my car accident and I brought to their attention. I thought it had been fixed. It’s still there and actually worse than what it was. I am not blaming them at all. I have reached out to Caliber and asked them to look at it again. I will post an update.3/4/2020-Choosing a repair shop is never an easy choice. You have to trust that your car will be repaired, parts replaced, put back together and painted as if you were there watching them through the whole process so that your car is as good as new. I felt uneasy at first.However, That changed quickly.When I first met Lorri and she started to walk through the damage that was done. I noticed she was very thorough and really knew her stuff. My doubts dissolved and I genuinely trusted that my Acura was in good hands!SHe had the parts ordered and delivered before I dropped my car off.She kept me informed the whole time. I didn’t meet the repair guys but she did tell me they would point out any extra concerns or other damage that she needed to be aware of.The damaged parts were replaced with new, the seams are perfectly aligned, the side front and back sensors are calibrated, and the paint is perfectly blended. My Acura looks brand new!To top it off.I couldn’t make it before they closed to pick up my car. I work right up the road from them so they had two super nice guys(didn’t get their names) drop off my car and took the rental back for me. I will recommend them to many, and I am a lifetime customer! Thank you so much Caliber Collision! I appreciate everything you did to make Acura as good as new and the repair process as smooth as possible!

These guys were so great! Scott did a great job at keeping me updated with what was happening with my car. The repair looks amazing. And it was so nice to get my car back with the not only the outside clean, but the inside too! Scott also did a great job recommending a mechanic shop for an issue with my lights that they couldnt figure out.

These people are fast and take care of dealing with the insurance company. They are so kind and they sent me texts to keep me updated. I dealt with Lorrie and she is just about the nicest person ever. The man that made my read door look brand new was Sam. He did amazing work and I could have asked for a better job. This place is the best. I was rear ended and they took care of my car 110%. There were some imperfections in the paint and they gladly fixed them to ensure my satisfaction. As well as polishing headlights off another vehicle and painting a rear bumper from another vehicle. 10/10 would take another vehicle there without any question. They provided daily updates via text, they fixed everything that was damaged perfectly, vacuumed the car, updated my on board navigation computer, and the car looks better now than when we bought brand new off of the dealership, show room floor.
