I just needed some minor repair done on the drivers door and drivers side front fender and they worked me in between other jobs. What other companies were quoting me as weeks out before they could get it done, Hagen ordered the part, called me the day it came in, and had it done the next day. Called 4 towing services to tow my husband’s car from South Jordan to a repair shop in the Sugarhouse area. All said it would be 3 hours or more before they could get it. Mark said they were busy too, but could come get it in about 2 hours. Tow truck arrived an hour before expected. The driver was professional, friendly and efficient…and we were charged $30 less than the lowest quote from the other services. Very happy!

They did everything they possibly could do to get my vehicle looking like it was brand new again and I am more than satisfied. Matt Hagen has worked on an average of one vehicle per year for me and each time I am always very satisfied and pleased with how they turn out. Absolute trash! They do horrible work and wont even fix it when they cant paint an even coat!! Typical business that pays for good google reviews. Just try another trustworthy shopTheir customer service and knowledge of body work is also incredibly lacking of any professionalism. Looking at other real reviews reveals blatent dishonesty.

Not impressed. Color was off, imperfection in the clear coat, rushed job, and they left the back of my freshly cleaned van filthy! I had just cleaned the carpets and this is how I got it back. Looking for a new place.

We bring all of our cars here and with 2 teenage drivers, people running into our parked car, and random relatives borrowing our cars, we visit them more often than we would like. I think we’ve used them 6 times! 🤪 they are fast, honest, communicate well, work with your insurance, and have fair prices. Great family owned business! Highly recommend!

It took a little while to get our car back, three months. Car was in bad condition when we dropped it off, when we picked it up I drove it around for a few hours it was apparent that our car was fixed in just as good of shape, or better than it was before the crash, my wife and I always recommend Hagen Collision.

I am beyond impressed with the service! I had to get my car towed to a tire shop (curbs come out from nowhere!). I was dreading it because I have used other towing companies and have been less than impressed. But Kelly, picked me up and had me dropped off to my destination in less than 30 minutes from the time I called them! AMAZING!

Process went smoothly and my car was finished before promised. Great job!

Nice people. I brought my car in to replace a bumper and fix scoffing on the passenger side. They had my car there for 11 days. When I got the car back there was a warning light on that was not there before and after running diagnostics they gave a couple of options of what it could be but said if it was not that I’d have to take it somewhere else to be fixed. They also claimed the light was on when they got it but we know for a fact it was not. Body of car looks good but very dissatisfied, would not recommend, solid answers were never provided, will not be returning.

I have never in my life been treated so horribly in my life… they ruined my car and blamed it on me and don’t let this company tow your car for any reason they stole my sunglasses as well as ruined all 4 of my tires. then had the audacity to yell at me and almost hit me in the face saying it was my fault. so if you want to be treated with complete trash service and be discriminated then this is definitely the place to go…

I asked driver to load my truck up again after he had already dropped it because i needed it parked in a different direction he did this with a smile on his face when he could have said no,this is excellent and professional service. I highly recommend Hagen for your towing needs.

Hagen Collision CARSTAR is my go Auto Body shop in Salt Lake City. While I was visiting my daughter, her car got sideswiped and destroyed her mirror.Michelle coordinated having the mirror (and a couple other odds and ends issues that my daughter left undone) on less than 24 hour notice. Do not have these people tow your vehicle, their drivers cause accidents. One of their trucks almost hit me when they were coming out of a parking lot ignoring a stop sigh. Calling in to let them know and you get a response of Oh I know who that is and thats all... If that is how they respond to someone imagine what their customer service is like.Company name painted on side of truck was Hagen Collision, so that is the company that is responsible.

Matt gave me an estimate and a time line to repair a left rear fender on my Dodge Ram. Out of three quotes his was the lowest bid by several hundred dollars. The repair was completed a day early and It was within the quoted estimate. Thank you, you did a great job.

I understand squeezing every dollar possible from a insurance company, but when it’s a person it feel like robbery. Unless I use them for collision repair which I’m not, they will not budge even a dollar on my 1,400. You can tell that they only care about one thing🤑🤑🤑Instead of my well being and what’s best for my car.

Hagen Collision is my favorite place to take a vehicle. They have helped me with minor body work and have put cars back together for my family. They take pride in their work and it shows in the finished product.It is rarely a good situation when someone needs their vehicle repaired. I feel like they are treating me fairly, communicating well and working hard to deliver quality.

We had a deer run into the passenger door of our Ford Taurus. We have a 500.00 deductible and did not want another claim on our insurance. I have a family member that owns his own body shop and I had them give me a quote. It was 700.00 to replace it with a used door. We decided not to fix it, that is until it did not pass inspection. I decided to get another quote. Russ looked at it and they did a search for a used door. They could not locate the same color, I told them just to replace it with a close color. I needed it to pass the inspection. The quote was just over 300.00. What a great surprise to both of us when the door was the perfect color. You would never know anything had happened. My family was really surprised how cheap they did it for. I would highly recommend this shop.

I needed my SUV back quickly for a trip we had planned and they went out of their way to do the job in the time frame I needed it in. The quality of work was excellent and at a fair price. I have used their services twice now with the same results.

I hit a deer with my truck last summer on vacation and needed a place to get it repaired. I went into Hagen Collision for an estimate. The quote process was very simple and clear. Russ inspected the truck himself and wrote up the bid. We talked about a full repair, partial repair, getting parts from a scrap yard, top end and cheaper parts, and reviewed itemized parts costs and options. In the end, we agreed to repair the hood, quarter panel and to bend the bumper back into place. When I came to pick up the truck, Russ had also fixed the grill, the light housing, and a third part under the bumper - all for the same bid price ($1,240)! I couldnt be more pleased. The paint matches perfectly and my truck looks brand new! Ok, at least all of the repaired parts do.Russ and team are friendly, honest, and easy to work with.Thanks Hagen Collision!

I’ve known the Hagan family for over 30 years. Great people I grew up with your kids. However the staff they have working on a Saturday dispatching the tow truck was the absolutely most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. I had insurance request them to come help me with a disabled vehicle the person on the phone was rude and arrogant canceled my contracted insurance covered assistance without my permission totally rude person sorry Marv and Russ but you should get rid of whoever is answering on the phone on Saturdays good luck guys.

The worst. Footprints all over my passenger seat upon pickup. No attempt to detail my car that was there for 2 MONTHS. It arrived to them with a broken seatbelt, deployed airbag and bent frame and NO ONE had the insurance company come estimate it. They did everything they could to get away with making money off of the insurance company and not taking care of my brand new 2016 Civic. They didnt even LOOK at the electrical functioning and when they test drove it, they didnt even check out the blinkers or the tail lights. I drove for a MONTH with a non working taillight. My car should have been totaled out immediately. But not only did they NOT do that, they scammed me out of $250 for a ding on my fender (non accident related) that they will not repay me now that the car has correctly been totaled out the way they SHOULD HAVE DONE ORIGINALLY. They screwed me so hard and yanked me around for 2 months. Dont be a victim of theirs, trust me on this please! State Farm almost got sued by us thanks to Hagens service and now State Farm is now highly considering removing them from their list of Approved repair shops.

In the past couple of years I have had 2 different cars repaired by Hagen Collision. My Infinity was rear-ended and when I got it back from Hagen Collision you could not tell the car was ever involved in an accident.Most recently (in 2013) my Lexus got hit on the left front corner. In just 3 days I got it back looking like new.Russ and the rest of the Hagen crew are a great example of a professional & honest organization. I would highly recommend their services for any paint and body work you may need.

Just got cut off on the freeway by one of their drivers. Very rude. He pulled in front of me with less than three feet in between the back of his vehicle and mine. With no other vehicles around and he wasnt trying to get off the exit. White flat bed truck with a male driver, Im pretty sure thats all of them but in case its not

These pieces of trash gave me a pretty good estimate, BUT they took 2 weeks to get parts, and one full week to wait on something cosmetic. After they got the parts, they told me to wait another week to schedule it. The bumper was not clean, to get one that is clean would take about another week, plus they told me 3-4 days to fix it, its going on 6... Ive been short of my car for over a month now, and its taking a toll on my parents and their schedules. I would not recommend if you need a swift fix**UPDATE**I apologize for being harsh. At the time I was just very frustrated. With hindsight they did their best and I appreciate their customer service. So, Ignore the previous review

They did a great job after I got rear ended, so I came back here after I spun out on the freeway. They didnt put my fender liner in correctly and it came loose causing my tire to put a hole in it. They said theyd replace it and call me when the part was in but they never did. Also I never followed up with them, so shame on me.

Hagen Collision is my go to place. They do great work, are genuinely friendly and have earned my trust.

Went in to have my bumper replaced after I was rear-ended. Matt and his team took care of dealing with the insurance of the other driver, ordered all the parts and had the new bumper replaced and painted within 48 hours after it arrived. While I hope I never have to see them again for repairs, Im so glad there is a place that I can trust to get my car fixed and ready to go.

My first body shop experience ever and it wasn’t pleasant at all. The only good thing they did to my car was the paint job. The bodywork was horrible; my hood isn’t even aligned right. My lower control arms on my front passenger side were shot as long as my strut, which was completely bent and had a nice quarter size hole blown through it from the accident, but you can bet they didn’t care to replace those parts, but did charge my insurance company a good lump of cash, over $11,000. You would think with that type of money they would have done something right, there customer service is just as lousy as their work. They had my vehicle for 7 weeks, the last 3 weeks, I was said to get my car back every other day, but it didn’t happen. When I finally got my car back, I had to return it 3 days later. They sent me off their lot without my battery screwed down, or without a master brake cylinder cap. My driver side keyhole was drilled out in their lot and they took no responsibility for it, they said my car came to them like that, which makes no sense since I only have one keyhole, so I don’t know how I’ve managed to get into my car and drive it over the years. They will take no responsibility for anything they do, and the only good thing you can expect from them is a decent paint job, so think twice before you let your insurance company tell you how great Hagen Collision is, I hope I save some of you this headache, bear in mind 9 months later, I’m finally getting all of their screw ups fixed.

Horrible car broke down a mile away from my house in the construction zone of 215 sb right before 35th S exit and didnt want to leave it there since the lanes were so narrow. I call incident Management to come get me to the next exit to at least get me off the freeway pushes me 1/4 mile before he gets​ a call with more priority and takes off cop that was directing traffic tell me he will call another company to come get me and he would tell them it was by my request so I wouldnt be hit e a police tow request fee cop comes back to​ my window tells me that they would be there in 45 minutes k cool cop takes off andRemind me Im sitting on the freeway with diesels flying by me at 65 mph literally inches from them I sat there for 1 hr and 45 Minutes waitin for hagen to show up one point the driver​ passed me and finally he gets there,1 and half hrs later he seems like a good guy was raining he told me to get warm in his truck and we will be heading out Hooked ​it up and we take off like I said probably maybe 1 mile BAC to my house we get there and says hold up and Ill calculate the total me being confused as he cause I was told there was going to be no police request fee and incident Management does it free to the next exit ask what charge he says its 150 an hour and tells me its 160 bucks for a mile tow was completely inconsiderate of the situation impounded my car and it still sits there with over 5 grand in mods and cant afford to get it out and my complaint is he should have told me about these charges before even hooking my car up to give me the option if I could afford it or not

Russ was quickly able to get the part in to fix my door, painted it to a perfect match, and quickly did the repair. The price was much less than what a dealership had suggested it would be.
