Reached out to Justin via email regarding some minor damage to my daughters bumper. He responded quickly and we arranged a time to bring her car in the next morning. My daughter took the car in and Justin treated her very kindly and made her feel at ease. The repair was quick and simple and he completed it on the spot! He didnt even charge for the services! Smart move because I will most certainly use their services in the future!

These guys did a phenomenal job at fixing my car that got hit by a hit and run drunk driver. Not only were they amazing but they were super fast and not bad with their pricing for people who pay or of pocket!!Im bringing my second car to get some things fixed to before I sell it because I know they do such a great job. After previous experience with another shop and countless trips of warranty work, I took my truck to these guys with minor damages, and all I can say is wow! They knocked it out of the park! The paint looks amazing! And me being super ocd about my stuff I’m super happy. The color matches great! And ruby red isn’t easy, they replaced more than I expected which is great to me! They didn’t try to put a bandage on it, and they helped me out with some other things I needed done as well, in a timely manner, and very very professional! No doubt I will use them again if Ever needed! Great job.

I took my van in to get an estimate on a repair we decided to cover ourselves instead of going through our insurance. The quote seemed reasonable, but we took it to another shop for comparison. FIX was about $50 more than the other quote, but they are closer to me and were available to do the work at a time that was very convenient for me, so I chose to take it to them. They had the job done in two days! It was quality work! When I arrived to pick it up I asked about what it would cost to have some scratches touched up, mostly so they wouldn’t rust. The guy took the time to come see what I was most concerned about; reassured me that the scratches on aluminum areas would not rust; got the leftover paint from our repair job and filled in the scratch/crack that is showing some rusting, and then gave me the leftover paint so I can touch up anything else I want to touch up.Great service! I hope I NEVER need auto body work done again, but if I do, I will go to FIX.

They had trouble matching the paint on my Dodge and getting a smooth finish. They painted it 8 times and had it 46 days. This was a crease in the rear fender.

Fix Auto was awesome! Another shop wanted to charge me double what Fix charged for non-insurance work...and they replaced the parts in just 15 minutes. Very impressed.

Jeremiah is awesome. Got my truck fixed in 2 days and even fixed a paint chip in my bumper that I didn’t even ask to be fixed. Highly recommend working with Jeremiah, 10/10 customer service.

Ive sadly had to use them for body repair to my truck. But, they made my experience awesome. Not only did my truck look like new, they had it ready when promised and were super friendly and caring. The repair was flawless and the paint was spot on. I will definitely use them in the future and have even had family members go and have the same experience. FIX did an outstanding paint restoration ( buff out and wax) on an used SUV I bought from an online car dealership who said it would have any scratches removed before it was shipped to me. It arrived so totally scratched up to the point I should of sent it back. FIX made it look like showroom new! Unbelievably shiney and no scratches. I am so happy now with my new car - thanks to FIX .

I brought my truck in when extreme high winds flung my door open and bent the hinges so bad it would not open. A friend recommended Superior. I was a bit skeptical since the parking lot is always packed. Nate and his team gave me an honest assessment of the damage with some options. They were kind and professional and got my truck taken care of the same day! Turns out they were able to fix it for way under the cost of my deductible. Thanks Superior, for living up to your name!

Brought my 2020 Kia Optima in after being rear ended as I was referred to them by the dealer. Unfortunately, my impression and interaction with them left a bit to be desired.The trunk and bumper were damaged; however, when speaking with Adam I was told the bumper had to be replaced but the trunk could be polished out. The trunk damage was deep, and when I asked about this he told me he was confident it would be fine. I asked for photos to be sent of the trunk following the polishing as I was concerned that it would not be the case, and being that I live 40 minutes away, I did not want any surprises when I came to get my car after the repairs. I was again assured that it was fine and that it polished out. After speaking with Adam on this again and again asking for photos, he stated he had not looked that closely at the repair and upon further inspection it did appear that there was still damage evident (this was confirmed by the photos sent to me, and the damage was obvious) and they would have to replace the trunk skin.I understand that mistakes happen and everyone is human; however, when picking up my vehicle and expressing my concern over not being heard the first few times that we talked and being taken seriously, they admitted they didnt put much emphasis on my concerns about the trunk damage.Its exhausting enough going through an accident, especially in your brand new vehicle, and dealing with the ridiculousness that comes with it...but I am very disappointed that a business would put their customers concerns so low on the priority list, to the point of it being almost condescending when having them justify their poor decision making and ability to resolve the issue the first time, rather than the customer having to fight to get their vehicle repaired properly.

I recently had some work done on my car here and they did an excellent job! There were a few complications during the process, but they were very kind and helpful to accommodate me. Hopefully my car wont need more body work, but if it does, Ill bring it back here.

We had car trouble last night and had to get our car towed to the nearest auto shop- SO glad it was this one! They called me and kept me in the loop every step of the way- when the car came in, when they were working on it, and then when it was ready. It was ready within a few hours and was significantly cheaper than we were expecting. Justin was the one helping me and he was SO kind. They even drove my car to Burts Brothers for me to get new tires. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you guys very much!

I am giving these guys a 5 star for a few reasons. First, it took double the time to fix my car then they originally said. They did a great job with everything that needed to be done and covering the difference of my rental car due to the extensions which was appreciated. I had another issue that just came up and they are making that right as well. So considering everything and how they fixed my car, how good my car looks now and took care of the few issues that arised and how they were handled I am giving a 5 star.

All I get from these professionals is, we will call you back. Keep in mind this is After the go here, go there TREATMENT. “Because we contract out this work, we don’t really do this here”. (at the superior).

I had my 16 year old daughter go in for an estimate for her hit-and-run that she had experienced three days after buying her her first car. Jason was her estimator. I asked my daughter to go there for an estimate because they were close to our home and they had repaired some door dings on my wifes car a year ago at the dealership while getting her car serviced and tires rotated. So, we thought wed like to go back to Superior Autobody.I was wrong. My daughter said that Jason made her feel like an incompetent idiot and kept pushing for her to commit to making an appointment to have the repair performed, but all she wanted to have done was an estimate to produce to the insurance company. Jason was all too eager for the sale. My daughter texted me the quote and it took a while to catch my breath.I work as a Service Manager for a trucking company in North Dakota and am pretty well versed in SRTs, or Standard Repair Times and I wanted to call Jason back to see if he may have inadvertently billed some overlapping SRTs because I didnt see 39 hours of justifiable labor in his estimate. After all, the same work performed on a full sized Peterbilt semi truck would only book 25.2 hours of labor. Thats when Jason got hostile with me, just like what my daughter said he did with her for not setting an appointment, so I told Jason that I appreciated his time but wed like to take our business elsewhere, wished him a good evening and ended the call.Jason called me back and continued with his belittling behavior and said Look, it is what it is. Take it or leave it. Are you having your insurance pay for this or is it out of pocket, if its out of pocket then we can change the numbers to make it work. Thats when I believed he made an example of the integrity of Superior Auto Body. When I create a quote for a customer it is an actual quote for the repair performed, not for who is paying for the repair. Otherwise it could be possibly deemed as INSURANCE FRAUD, My wife and I have been with State Farm Insurance for over 17 years continually with NO CLAIMS and maybe be the actions of certain repair facilities are a core reason why rates are continuously rising even though our driving records and credit scores stay the same.I will never even consider going to Superior Auto Body again. Its a shame because they had done great work on my wifes car and they are within blocks of our home.

I went back in because my side panel didn’t stay on. My insurance didn’t return his call so he ordered a new one and replaced it for free.They also paint matched my funky orange car perfectly! I really appreciate great service especially in the car repair industry!

Theyve gone downhill since the first time I took a car to them. I took my Audi there about 2 years ago. The fix was great they were easy to work with and pricing was awesome. Took my truck in for a fix earlier this year. It came back with a broken windshield, overspray on the window from painting the door, and they charged me a heap to install an aftermarket front bumper, but did not take the time to install the fog lights with it. When I returned to pick it up, they were over charging me quite a bit and it was a long argument to get them to look into the price. They charge extra labor on everything they possibly can. I was charged 4 hours labor to install the fog lights that I installed and wired myself in under an hour. I was charged for parts not even being used. After arguing with them about it for a bit I got less than 200 back which was still not the correct amount, but I got sick of arguing. These guys do decent work, but nothing that any other shop couldnt do. Id steer clear of this spot if possible

I was so impressed with Geoff and his crew! They were kind, honest, communicative, and accommodating. My car looked immaculate when they returned it to me. They went above and beyond to make it look better than before. It was wonderful to work with them!

I have nothing bad to say. I brought my car here to get the bumper and tail light fixed after I was backed into. I had a negative feeling towards getting my car fixed because of past experiences with other auto shops. My car was done much faster then what I expected and the repairs are perfect. When I got in my car, I realized they had cleaned the trash and detailed the inside. I am completely blown away by the service that was provided. I will be recommending Superior to everyone I know. Great people to work with and QUALITY work.I had two different accidents that Superior took are of and both jobs are of excellent quality. Angie, Vinny, Sarge and their other employees were great to work with and value a job done right - My entire experience on both repairs were top-notch!

My car was wrecked took it here to have it fixed, quality of worked was terrible. Screws are loose, headlights are crooked, they put different bulbs in the front running lights one has a blue tint one is yellow,Headlights don’t line up the fender/bumper, bumper doesn’t line up with the fender, the little plastic clips that hold all the plastic splash guards on fell out after driving the car home from the shop (I live in herriman) I will never return to this shop.

Had some deep scratches on side panel of minivan. Took it in for repair and they took my car in the back and buffed out the scratches for free. Would not charge me. Very friendly and willing to help. Would recommend speaking with Jeremiah who helped me.

Pulled into the garage wrong and dislodged the back trim piece to my mini! 🙈 Looked like an easy fix but beyond my very limited repair skills. Plus special screws that I didn’t want to hunt down. Took it to Superior and Sarge fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Sarge was fast, friendly and I totally recommend him!

Justin has been amazing to deal with over the past few years! Since 2013 my whole family has always used them to fix all our cars! They are super quick, do an amazing clean job and are super personable. It’s so great having somewhere that you can always rely on to get your auto body work done right and perfect. When I was rear ended recently it was so easy just dropping my car off and having them handle all the claim stuff quickly so I was out of my car for as little time as possible. In 2013 I crashed my brand new car and when I got it back you wouldn’t have guessed they just did $13000 worth of work fixing the front end of my car. It looked the exact same as when I drove it off the show room floor of the dealership! I will always recommend them because of the amazing customer service and the great job they do.

Sadly crashed my brand new car during one of the crazy Utah snow storms this year. Superior was amazing to work with. Service was top notch and my car looks brand new again. They were knowledgeable, understanding, gave regular updates and had my car looking perfect fast. And! They gave me a ride home when I brought my car in and didn’t have a ride. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Superior Auto Body! They had to order a part and it got there really quick they installed it and I was done way faster than I expected! I was very impressed with the staff at how friendly they were and their quote came in a little bit lower than a couple other autobody shops in the area. Had a great experience with Superior Auto. I was missing the liner inside my wheel well, and last winter a bunch of slush got into the mechanisms of the car and froze. I thought I had major engine damage, but Superior diagnosed the problem, helped me thaw the slush, and replaced the liner.Later, when purchasing a new car, I took it to Superior for a once over of the car (it had been in an accident previously, so I wanted to make sure it was safe). They were excellent to work with.

A few bolts came out of my front bumper. I was going to order the pieces off Amazon, but I couldnt quite figure out how to get the bumper back on. Took my car in for a quote, they sent it off to insurance to get approved, we received notification it was approved. I go to schedule my appointment and I get told that they guy whom was doing the work was going to be gone for 3 weeks and we would need to postpone scheduling and I would get called when they get back. Couple weeks pass and I get a phone call saying, hey bring in your car. I drop off my car 1 week ago today.I just recieved a call stating my car just came back for approval by the insurance for additional damage and charges and they will start my car and hopefully have it back to me next week, wait what additional damage? Sent it to the insurance for approval, but I am just now hearing about it?No where in this was there communication to me that they found additional damage. So now I have to report to my insurance company that not only do they get to pay for additional alleged damage at a rate of quadruple the initial quote but I have to beg them to continue covering a rental car for additional time if not I get to come out of pocket. Allowing someones car to sit idle for an entire week when you are supposed to be already working on it without notifying them is terrible service in my opinion. Unfortunately when I spoke with them about it all I got for a response was; its not like Im trying to delay this. Its the insurance company.Its called a telephone, you just used it.... a simple phone call is all it would have taken to avoid all of this.

I went to have services done at one of the other body shops and they gave me a quote for over 900 and at Superior I came out with a repair for only little over 122. They are good at their service.

Reputable, Professional and highly recommended.I was rear ended and the person responsible requested private pay. I was on the search for a body shop that had good customer reviews that would do a good job repairing my car and would not overcharge the person paying. I ran across Superior and found they had a great reputation, reasonable cost and talked about the pride they take in their work so I decided to move forward. The person that was private paying didn’t want to pay the full amount needed to repair the damage and the deal ended up going sour come to find out that person was uninsured. Jason was professional and willing to help with the situation and was even willing to let the other party contact him so he could explain and help them understand the process and the repair. After his conversation with the other party things moved forward and I didn’t have to go to civil court to get the damage done to my car repaired. I learned 2 lessons from this accident. 1. Always call the police no matter how much damage there is. 2. Always get body work done by Superior.

Had a major issue on my rear bumper, had to be replaced and painted, they did an excellent job on the fit and finish, and they were able to get my car in the same week I took it in for an estimate. I shopped the job to 5 different locations, they gave me the best price and quickest turn around.

Repainted my vehicle numerous times every time it peels, parts dont fit, tailgate wont latch correctly. I have gave them multiple tries to fix the issues and usually comes back worse then before. Absolutely bad workmanship and no real customer service.

Justin was very helpful in figuring out what would need to be done, and the cost. They finished on time, and on budget. Not mention, following up during, and after the work. At a time when it’s most critical to right a wrong and earn back the trust of the customer, Superior Auto Body failed to deliver. After having had some rust repair and paint work performed by Superior Auto Body on our 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser a few months ago – work with which we were very pleased – we knew immediately where to take our 2014 Toyota Camry after we were side-swiped on the freeway. The process between our insurance company, State Farm, and Superior was straightforward and painless. In fact, Superior Auto Body is one of State Farm’s recommended Select Service repair facilities. The repairs were performed in a very reasonable amount of time, but upon receiving our vehicle back, we were disappointed with the quality of the work.There is a small strip of paint protection film that wraps around the edge of the rear door jamb. A comparison between the repaired side of the vehicle and non-damaged side of the vehicle clearly revealed that the strip of film was poorly placed on the repaired side. Further comparison showed that the paint in the door jamb on the non-damaged side of the vehicle was very glossy and smooth, whereas the repaired side was very rough and appeared unfinished.After a quick call with State Farm and then Superior Auto Body, we took our vehicle back in to have them fix their repairs. We dropped off the vehicle in the morning and it was done that afternoon. While we were impressed with the quick turnaround time, it also left us wondering if they really took the time to properly fix their mistakes. And needless to say, we are disappointed if not a bit angry at this point.The rough and unfinished appearance has been made glossy and smooth except where there are lines from what appears to be leftover tape adhesive. Additionally, there is a noticeable dull spot on the paint that appears to not have been buffed and polished correctly. Furthermore, there are noticeable swirl and sanding marks in the vicinity where it appears that, in attempts to bring back the gloss and shine, they ended up overdoing it a bit and harmed the surrounding area. And that simple piece of paint protection film, it’s still in the wrong place.

Im the head coach for Herriman Rugby and I wanted to give a shout out to one of our sponsors, Superior Auto Body in Riverton next to In-N-Out. My car was parked and somebody swung their trailer wide and tore up my bumper. I took it to Superior and they were great to work with and did an excellent job fixing my car and making it look better than before. They also glued down a piece that was sticking up on my front bumper as a value add free of charge. They handled all the insurance communication and were awesome to work with. Great experience for me. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Substandard communication and customer service. The mechanic seemed more interested in prescribing his way of doing things than listening to my concerns and needs. I got a quote 40% above what I ended up finding elsewhere. I did not use their services.

WARNING! They will take things from your car while they work on it and expect you to replace it!I took my truck there for repair after being rear-ended. The trailer hitch needed to be replaced and it was done just fine.I keep a trailer receiver with a 2 inch ball under one of the back seats and when I picked up the truck, the receiver was missing from under my seat and a receiver without a ball was sitting on the back seat.I called them and asked if it is a normal practice to take things without replacing them completely. They obviously said no and that they will call me back when a replacement is in stock. I waited 2 weeks and called them, they said the replacement has been in stock for a while.My girlfriend went to pick it up and they told her that it wasnt in stock, they ordered the wrong size ball or something. They told her to go buy one at NAPA and install it herself. Since that isnt an option, they eventually went themselves and got the part to replace the item they stole from me.

They took a half a day longer than what they said however my car looks great. They even cleaned it out! Very happy with the job they did.

Terrible to put it mildly. They had my car for 9 days to do a one and a 1/2 day job. They told me it was ready once and I turned in the rental car and when I went there they said it was not done. So I had to call a rental car company get another rental car for 2 more days. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Worst body shop ever. I took in my 2013 Ford Fusion that had been rear ended. I took it in for an estimate and they said that it was gonna cost around $4,000. I went with it, and got my vehicle back a week later. They billed my insurance I was off. I then was noticing that a few items in my vehicle was missing and I looked in the trunk to find a dirty mess everywhere and a huge hole in the side of the trunk and a dent on the side. So I said screw this and I took it to Hagen Collision and it was done right. The repair was cheap and they even cleaned up the mess that Superior made. I highly recommend skipping this place for somewhere better.

Amazing Work, my Wifes car was rear ended in a storm a month ago, they dealt with the Insurance company, and after they were done you could not tell anything had ever happened, this is the only place i will take our work vehicles for repair now.

Everything about this company is SHADDY!!I would not recommend them to anyone. They say they fixed my car 3 times and its still not fixed. Im now taking it to another shop to get it fixed correctly. I dealt with Justin and Jayson at Superior and they are both super condescending.

Nothing superior here! They had my daughters car for 3 months and never even fixed the main issue! They were referred by State Farm for reasons I will never know! After 3 months, a dead battery, broken dashboard and a flat tire that weren’t problems when she took it there and another call to State Farm we were told they had only billed 7 hours, WHAT?! When she finally picked it up to take it somewhere else, JP’s Auto Collision in Salt Lake, there were cigarette butts, food wrappers and napkins in her car, my daughter doesn’t smoke nor Ever let anyone smoke in her car! The car was filthy inside and out! JP’s had it done perfectly in less than one day and cleaned inside and out. Don’t waste your time here!
