Horrible customer service and manager. I would give ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. They sell faulty phone products with no remorse. PLEASE DONT USE THEM TO FIX ANYTHING ON YOUR PHONE ITS NOT WORTH IT. ESPECIALLY WHEN A KID PAID TO HAVE THEIR PHONE FIXED WITH THEIR OWN HARD EARNED MONEY AND ITS STILL NOT WORKING DUE TO FAULTY PARTS.

I have never left this store being anything but thrilled. Their customer service is on point and all the staff that I’ve dealt with has been friendly and incredibly knowledgeable.The first time I went there, I took a working button battery because I needed three more of them. Within literally 20 or 30 seconds of entering the store, I had my credit card out making my purchase. I was so happy with the experience that I left my good battery on the counter and didn’t realize it until I got home. I turned around and went back to get it and they told me that it had been swept into the bucket with all the other dead batteries to be recycled. No problem though, they just gave me a brand new one. I know, I know; it was only a couple of dollars worth, but the fact that they completely trusted me and didn’t even hesitate was awesome.I also went there to see if they had a battery for my car key fob. Again, they found one within 10 seconds but rather than just selling it to me, they went ahead and replaced it, then tested it for me. Same thing when we took my wife’s phone there to get a new battery. They found it in about 5 seconds and replaced it for us, always free of charge.They’ve replaced a couple of screens for me and they always do a fantastic job. I tell everyone I know to go there and I only wish I had more business to give them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE TO BE FIXED!!!!They use aftermarket garbage parts so when you’re phone starts acting funny they tell you too bad you must have done something to it. Smh Don’t waste your money or give them your money these people are crooks.

Dont buy automotive batteries from this location. The owner has zero intentions of doing any automotive battery warranties. My warranty was denied due to voltage being too low. Battery warranties all claim this as voiding the warranty. However, after making many phone calls, Napa, O’Reilly, AutoZone or pretty much any auto parts store will still warranty your battery under this condition. Buy from reputable and reliable businesses and you will save yourself a great deal of time and money not to mention they will actually show you a little respect when you need them to stand behind their product. Thats much more than can be said about this location.

Went to autozone first and they wouldnt install my battery for me because of the extra work with the start/stop wires. Went to Barteries Plus Bulbs and he got my battery installed in under 30 minutes no issues. Price on the battery was great as well. Thanks again!!

I called on a Sunday afternoon about a broken iPhone screen to see if they could do it that day. The gentleman working was amazing got my phone screen fixed in about 45 minutes even with customers coming in. Thank you For offering this service.

I do not recommend purchasing a battery from this Location. Shady business at best.I spoke with Rusty, The Owner. I had purchased a battery, installed it into my motorcycle and the lights barely came on. The battery was a lemon.I gave my old battery a charge, took the new battery out and put my old battery in, and at 50% charged, my motorcycle started right up.Rusty informed me that he couldn’t issue a refund because the battery had been used. The only way to figure out if a battery is working is to install it. Poor business practice.He informed me that if he were to refund me, he would be out of business. My only assumption with that remark is the majority of the batteries sold here are no good and sales are down. We are talking a $100.If you are reading this review Rusty, I’d like a 100% refund. If you do not want to refund me for a battery that is a lemon, I will have to pursue this in a different way.

Prompt service, pricing and competent staff

Spent about $600.00 on 4 high lumen flashlights and batteries. 2 failed completely and were unfixable. Another one the batteries are so ridiculously expensive that you can afford to use it. The 4th one I use but do not like. It has a floodlight type light instead of zeroing in to a point. The expensive one is a Rayovac with 4-3v Lithium batteries. The failed ones is a rechargeable high lumen and the Nebo Big Daddy flashlight. The one I use but don’t like is a Nebo Redline 6K Lumen. I will never buy anything at the Riverton Store #724 again.

I have purchased batteries at this location twice and on each occasion the staff and owner were helpful and professional. They delivered the (4 6v) batteries to me the next day on my first purchase, and loaded the 2 12v deep cell batteries into my vehicle for my second purchase. Highly recommend!

Amazing Customer Service!

It is a very clean store with even better staff and have gone in for many different things from a speacial/rare light bulb or a battery that isn’t very common and Rusty or his staff has always been able to help and they go above and beyond for their customers.

Excellent customer service. They were quick and professional. They told me that it would take about an hour to replace my phones batteries and when I returned, it was done. I really appreciate how quickly they got me in and out.

Visited the Riverton store for the first time. It is a small strip mall-like store, but I was very impressed with the attentiveness and knowledge of the staff. The batteries are comparable in price to large chain automotive stores, but they also carry higher end and specialty batteries. If you have those items lying around useless that are in need of that strange or hard to find replacement battery, try these folks out.

I went into Batteries and Bulbs in Riverton tonight and was helped by a young man named Robert. I was looking for a light bulb for a vintage Sparkle Bright toy. He tried half a dozen different bulbs until we found one bright enough. It was so nice to see that little toy light up and to know it will brighten my grandson’s childhood as well.Thanks so much, Robert! You were so helpful. Never again. Went in to repair a broken back for my iPhone which turned into them damaging it and telling me to wait a week meanwhile my phone wouldn’t stay on for more than 2 minutes without restarting itself. Even after that week they “repaired” it but now my friend owner button is loose. Never again.

Incredibly friendly service. Admittedly I bought the least expensive battery for my vehicle, but instead of trying to up-sell me on something more expensive, the sales person reassured me that she has the same battery in the same vehicle as me and it works great. Even the manager came out when I brought back in my core exchange and told me it was a good choice. They knew where the battery was made and what other batteries were made by the same company. I really appreciated how educated they were about their products and how friendly they were. Ill be returning to that store for sure and will be telling anybody who needs a battery to go there first. Not only did you have the best price on a battery that I needed (the dealership wanted to charge me $280 to replace it, but I was able to buy one from you for $100) but they knew their stuff and I left feeling good about my purchase.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The store had what I needed. In fact, if something battery related cant be found elsewhere, it probably can be found here or they can get it. I just wished the prices were more competitive. However, the convenience of getting something today can outweigh some cost difference.

Great store. Had to get a couple batteries lately- when it rains it pours. So glad I stopped by here first. Great customer service- they make sure it gets done right. Had to get a motorcycle battery in the mix. Usually when I buy those I have to go home- fill with acid.. then charge. They do it all for you. No messing around with the acid- and wondering if my home charger is getting a good first charge.

Came here to replace a key fob that hadn’t worked in months. Rusty was great!! He made sure we weren’t paying for something we didn’t need fixed. He brought some soda while we waited for the repair to be done! Highly recommend this location!

Went in to get my iPhone screen fixed and came out with a screen that wouldn’t lay flat in the frame and not only that but the NEW SCREEN DOESN’T EVEN WORK. Can barely even type words so I now have to use voice text on everything. Pretty sure the employee bent my phone frame trying to fix the screen and the owner had to come in and try to fix the mistake. Should have just left my screen broken- would have at least been able to use it that way. Pretty sure these people don’t actually know what they’re doing and now I’m out an entire phone. On the bright side they gave me a discount on the “repair”.

Took in a Nissan Sentra key fob to have it programmed to my car today. Rusty, the owner, was able to get it programmed in just minutes. The cost was less than half what it cost elsewhere and about a third of what a dealership quoted me. The service was better than any dealer or locksmith that I have worked with before. I highly recommend.

I took my Samsung galaxy S8+ in today for repair. My screen had chunks out of each corner and spider web cracks throughout. I called ahead and Rusty was very informative and had me set up to go in. I had the screen on my daughters IPhone replaced. The interaction started off great. The young woman that helped me, discovered that the battery was bad and offered me a good deal to replace it, but she didnt have one in stock. She told me that the owner would pick one up the next morning and call me. I got off work at 4 pm, and still no call. I called in and was told it hadnt come yet, but would let me know when it was in and the phone was ready. The phone was completed that day and I picked it up; upon quick examination, it looked good. I signed the paper indicating there were no issues, whoops. Two days later my daughter put her case on and the screen cracked. Upon examining it more closely, I could see that the screen was lifted on that corner, which caused the case to hit it from the side. I called the owner and he told me that he would be happy to look at it, but because I signed the sheet, there would likely be nothing he could do. I explained that to the naked eye, it looked good, but it is obviously lifted upon closer examination. He indicated that it was fine when it left the store, and that I signed the sheet. He pushed and pushed until I swore (I shouldnt have done that, apologies), and he happily used that as his excuse to no longer have to talk to me. I am not saying all of their work is bad, but I am saying when it is, they will use the fact that you signed as the reason to not take care of you. The issue identified was obviously their fault, and they should have taken care of it. I spent $160 with them two or three days earlier, and they couldnt even help.

I usually give good reviews but had a negative experience at this store tonight. I needed bulbs that are unusual and an employee was trying to find them for me. I asked to use the restroom while I waited and was told theyre for employees only. I told the young man that Ive used it when Ive been in before. He said the manager has a policy that they are for employees only. I bought my bulbs and left. I probably wont be back. Ridiculous that a paying customer cant use the facilities. Id really like to hear from the owner.

Employees went above and beyond customer service. Ordered camera battery, once order placed rep called me to verify the battery I needed. I called him back once I was in front of my camera. He was very helpful. Told me it would at the store on Wed. I said o.k., but if not I need it for Thanksgiving pictures. Wed I received a call from the store awaiting the delivery and wanted to know if it would be ok. if they delivered the camera battery to my home once it arrived. The lady ended up coming to my work which was again above and beyond customer service. Did I mention it was white out conditions. I told her how much I appreciated their customer service. Also that I was so worry because I needed the battery for my camera. We were taking family photos. The whole team at Batteries and Bulbs were fantastic. I broke my phone screen a couple days ago. I immediately went online to find the best price for repairing it I stumbled upon Batteries Plus. I scheduled an appointment and when I went in my phone was repaired within the hour. Great customer service and an amazing job on repairs.

A hard to find replacement 12 volt battery for a Toyota Prius that both AutoZone and the Toyota dealer couldnt find was handled in two minutes over the phone with a stock item by the Batteries Plus store manager.

I do motorcycle repair as a hobby, so I purchase a lot of batteries. I will only come here. They are friendly and helpful, and they always have what I need. Never had a problem here, and I don’t think I ever will.
