Great help. Nice friendly people.
Have pretty everything you need to keep your vehicle safe and healthy. Oils batteries headlights windshield w.blades fluids tools radios parts big open friendly place ready to help u out with problems..core charges. A+ prices are fair. Good customer service. 👍
I went into the store to buy brake pads for my sons car and a stop light switch for my truck. The pads were available but the switch had to be ordered. I ordered the switch and paid for it. I stop by 10 days later and find that it never got ordered. Now they wont pull up my account to verify that I paid, unless I have my paper receipt. What the hell, we are in the 21st century, I shouldnt have to go home and dig up my paper receipt. So lame, you should stick to ORileys for auto parts. AutoZone will now be my last choice.
I bought a few items from a different store down south (which never gave me my receipt) and needed to return them due to them not fitting so I go in thinking well I have an account with them and also have the card I paid with. so I go In Thinking I can just get my money back and the manager him self says nope our System only holds warranty items. I’m very upset now cause there so willing to take my money but not give it back. I will never ever touch a autozone with a stick again such a very bad parts store
Great experience with the people here at AutoZone. My wifes car kept dying and we took it to a competitor to be diagnosed and it came back all clear on the alternator and battery. It died again when she was getting gas at Costco so she took it to AutoZone and they were able to diagnose a dead battery and installed the new one for her. Super friendly and made my wife happy to trust that her car will work again when she is driving around town.
Avarage in-store customer service, pre ordering what you need and picking it up in store will it much faster.
They had the battery i needed. Quick service.
After entering the store without a mask. The manager working asked me to wear one. I declined. She said she can give me one. I dont want something someone elses hands have touched. She started going off saying she was going to call the cops and the store manager. I explained to her autozone store policy and state law. She is allowed to ask for me to wear one. It is not required by state law or autozone policy. After that she asked me to leave. I told her Im here to get tools. She said no and tried to force me out by grabbing me and pulling me out the door. Yes you can ask for me to where a mask or leave. NEVER PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME!!!!
Efficient and very helpful!
The Employees were very helpful. I was able to find what I was looking for in a timely fashion.
Charles is a great guy! He is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. Will keep coming back to this location. Thank you Charles!
Store is clean but staff tend to be stuffy and not very concerned with helping customers. They seem more interested in whatever they may be doing at the moment
Extremely poor service. Untrained employees who really couldn’t care less, and don’t know what they’re doing. It’s sad and pathetic to go there. There’s three other auto parts stores nearby, go there
They always have what I need.
Charles at this location was the most helpful person I’ve come across from auto-zone or any car part store. I came in to exchange some front blinkers, another worker from another location guided me towards another kind of bulb that did not work. Charles came outside to flip them in for me!! I have never had someone do that for me. He even cleaned up my battery without me bringing it up. I live in murray, but I might be making my way down to this auto-zone. Staff was awesome and friendly!!
Very uneducated employees. I walked in with a sway bar link to replace said part on my suspension. The employee asked me “What is that?”and proceeded to tell me it was a dealer only part. I walk in to O’reillys the next morning and got the part ordered no problem. Either they are uneducated on cars and need to learn more about them or they need more stock of parts. It is a simple piece of the suspension that most people are aware of. Please, please, please educate your employees. I cannot stress education on car parts enough.
These guys are the best! AND GALS there. OH MY GOODNESS do they go above and beyond to make you happy and help you with the frustration of DIY Car Stuff. Thank you. I am so happy I stopped in.
The staff was great, helpful and friendly. I was intrigued by their inventory. Theres something for everyone! They also offer free services for your vehicle. I love this place mostly because the customer service.
I worked with a wonderful lady by the name of Jessica Reese. She was extremely polite and friendly! She was extremely helpful and understanding! It was really nice because I ran in 30 minutes before they closed. And everyone knows by that point everyone wants to go home. She was so awesome! If you go here I recommend working with Jessica! 5/5 stars!
I came in to have my battery tested, and Carl helped me out. My battery was indeed dead. Not just dead, but corroded and a nasty mess. Carl helped remove the old battery and patiently cleaned my terminals thoroughly before putting the new one in. It was biting cold and windy and early, and he didnt complain at all. He did a really great job - better than most would have - and was very nice to talk to. Give this man a raise. Employees like him are rare.
Horrible customer service. I went there for a part for my car and received the wrong one even after having them look it up for me. When I brought it back an hour later there was no apology for their mistake and in fact they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I realize mistakes happen however a simple sorry would have gone a long way.
Really good people at this store! Richard Larsen is an excellent store manager and really went above and beyond to help me replace a couple of really stubborn headlights in my Nissan. Also gave me some really good unbiased advice on what I will and won’t need for future maintenance. Top notch store 👌🏻
My father-in-law and I love Auto Zones tool rental program. It always comes in handy when we are working on a project and need that special tool to complete the job. Great service - the employees are always friendly and willing to assist you with your car problems.
Jessica was amazing! She went way above and beyond to help me today. 🥇
I love this store because they know what is customer service is all about. Kim is amazing, after getting all upset with south Jordan store she was able to make me happy!
Very kind and helpful! Fair prices!
Really great experience! They tested my electrical system end helped me diagnose the issues I was having. Also, they let me use an online only coupon to save me 20%! These guys were great!
I had an awesome experience at this store. My van wouldn’t start at 9:15 at night. I ran to this Autozone knowing they closed at 10:00. I knew they could test my battery and alternator but was reluctant since it was late. Casey Farley was happy to test it for me. It was the battery. He quickly found one waived the core charge and helped me install it in the parking lot. We were done in 20 minutes. Fantastic service!!
The store is way enough to find. Decent prices. Everything we needed was in stock😁 Casey F. was super helpful!! He assisted us with finding everything we needed. Her was very knowledgeable n professional, we will be recommending others to shop here
My personal favorite auto parts store.I typically buy from online wholesalers. When I need parts now, I get them here...The rewards program is... Rewarding...The people who work here are knowledgeable...Endless specials running...Better prices on everything than surrounding auto parts stores.Highly recommended.
Customer service has gone waaaaay downhill since a year or so ago. I walk in now and just get dirty glares from all the managers when it’s the middle of the day. Super unhelpful on the phone. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to OReillys. Better service there
I like AutoZone! The employees are always friendly and willing to assist you with your car problems. You can rent tools from here that are most commonly used and repairs on your car. and for the most part the parts there are pretty cheap.
Called about a battery and was told a price much less about $100 than what they actually had.
It is a good auto parts store.
Best service i’ve ever had from Autozone, O’reilly, or any other auto store!! came in because I needed new windshield wipers, and Casey and Dallas were a tremendous help! Casey was super nice and asked to help me out, searched up the right windshield wipers for my car and got me the best product. It turned out the adapters for my car still didn’t fit and Dallas came out, and ended up somehow getting them to fit perfectly. They both were super professional and both were thankfully willing to help me out in the cold for a while! I couldn’t recommend this place more. EXTREMELY SATISFIED PLEASE REWARD THESE TWO :) sorry if i spelled names wrong.
Ok
Jeremy is an extremely helpful guy. Best guy for straight answers when it comes to common car problems. Recommended a place to get my brakes done after I purchased them from AutoZone....Brakes Only....Buy your parts at AutoZone then hit up Brakes Only to get them installed.
I watched Jordan B play on his cell phone for 5 minutes before he decided to look up and help me.
Richard is always helpful. I’m always surprised at how much he remembers about my vehicle from past visits. He genuinely cares about people. Great place to go
One of the guys here seems to know his stuff pretty good
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good prices.
Good selection and well stocked. Was pretty clean and organized as well. I would go again.
Unprofessional. Disrespectful. Never again.
I honestly havent had the best luck with Auto Zone when it comes to batteries, I got a new battery put in probably a year and a half ago at the Sandy location and had to get it replaced last week and it wasnt a cheap battery, but luckily I had the warranty. My battery died again 2 days later because they didnt have it properly installed. I got my battery replaced at this Auto Zone last Wednesday and it died again Monday so I had to pay a mechanic $50 to come and tell me that the battery they put in was an old 2017 battery. Between being stranded out in the cold TWICE now and out $50, this is really frustrating. I called to let them know and they told me to bring my car so that they can put in a 2018 battery which should have been done in the first place. Wont be using Auto Zone ever again. Do it right the first time!
Their prices are high, but the staff is helpful, and if you ask, they are willing to price match on local prices. Got a free battery check, and fresh battery for a reasonable sum.
Charles was very helpful. Helped test and install a battery. Talked about old VWs and gave helpful advice on how to easily determine if an engine is good or bad. Great experience.
If I could take stars away I would. Exactly the reason why I never go here. Dumb fckers didnt even know the difference from an inner, or an outer tie rod tool! I understand its not common knowledge, but you should at least know it if its what you do for work!
Had all that parts I needed. Autozone also had all the tools I needed to rent to complete the project at hand. Even if I didnt know what I was doing or tools I needed. Project done!!!
Ok I absolutely love autozone, I shop all the time, but I took my son with his car down to get his battery checked and the guy came out and hooked up the machine to the wrong terminals, and then had crazy attitude when purchasing a part for his car, like I said I love autozone but this new guy working at the riverton location seems to be a bit inexperienced and intimidating. When I need something for my car I always choose autozone, just think this guy needs more training maybe, just glad hooking up the battery backwards didnt end up costing me more money. Anyways love the autozone rewards, I spoil my car with a new present all the time.
They determined the issue of my car quickly and at no cost. Unfortunately my car wont pass emissions and is a gonner. Oh well not AutoZone s fault
Needed some new wipers the guy from the store came out and put them on that was awesome
I really appreciated Angel and Dave helping me get a new tail light and even installing it for me. In and out in less than ten minutes. Thanks fellas! Keep up the good work!
Wasnt even that busy and took forever to get help.
Very helpful staff. They helped me identify the reason my check engine light came on and saved me hundreds of dollars.
I was impressed with the selection in this location. Many more items then other locations. Clean store with helpful staff.
It was great the lady that help me was really cool she knew what she was talking out and actually she’s pretty bad ass
Always so helpful the minute you walk in the door—great to give their recommendations/assistance!
This place had exactly what we needed
Depending on how caffeinated the employees are, service here can be good or bad. But they usually have what I need. You need to call them on the battery buy backs, they dont like to volunteer it.07/21 My wife dragged me along for a battery check expecting she would be ignored. The gentleman testing spoke directly with her and let me stay back. Much respect for treating my wife with dignity.
Fast and friendly service.
Helped us read the check engine light even though wasnt supposed to. Went above and beyond.
They was real nice, had tools handy for me to make a quick change and got out!
Mostly everything is waaay overpriced
I like this place, always nice, free diagnostics, battery charging, free tool rental, good advice, etc. If I need a part they special order it and its there in a few hours to the next day, no extra charge.
I have a napa, advanced and oriley all in the same area. I like the openness of this place avialabilty of staff and clean location of this store.
I mean its like an auto shop. they guy was helpful and nice. they had parts. youve been to an autozone you know what its like.
The staff here are always very helpful. The parts have always worked great as well.
Friendly Helpful Staff. Helped me with check engine lights and advice multiple times.
Going into an auto shop store can be frustrating as a woman, but everyone in this store was so awesome! Even though I wasnt in the store very long, my experience was the best! I wasnt harrassed or made to feel like that because Im a woman, I must have no idea what Im doing or what I need. I knew exactly what I needed; needed help finding one item, but it felt so amazing to walk out without feeling like I was patronized by anyone! I also love that there was a girl working here too! Best experience at an auto shop store ever!
These people know their stuff very friendly quick in and out
I really just like AutoZone
Good for quick grabs, or for some advice. However, not the biggest selection and it can be expensive compared to online.
Charles helped me here. Hes the kind of employee that makes me want to only ever shop at this auto parts store. Helped me take advantage of a deal on motor oil that day, and gave me an upgrade when the part I needed was out of stock.
I only go to Autozone when I cant find what I need at OReilly. I am a hobbyist mechanic and perform mainencance and repair work on around 30 cars on a regular basis for friends, family, neighbors etc. Im in the parts store AT LEAST once a week and buy a lot of parts, tools and supplies. Autozone always wants to push their generic-brand Duralast parts since that is mostly what they carry. I have had nothing but problems with Duralast parts in the past and would much rather buy a national brand part. Long ago I learned not to stake the reputation of my work on Duralast parts--I was embarrased too many times by having to redo a job for an acquaintance because a cheap Autozone part failed after a couple months. I insist on top quality parts, which are hard to come by at Autozone. I come to Autozone as a last resort and then will only buy name brand parts.
My son (who is 16) went to the Riverton, Utah location to purchase spark plugs, 4 at $23.79 for his car. When they ran his credit card they told him his card wouldnt work and required he pay in cash. After paying in cash and on the way out door, my son looked at his account to see autozone had charged his card and he had a pending charge for $23.79. The sales associate said there was nothing he could do and he wouldnt be charged. My son requested to speak to the Manager (I think his name was Mr. Larson) who told my son again there was nothing they could do and his card wouldnt be charged.A couple days later my sons card was charged $23.79 as suspected. When I (his father) called and spoke with another manage. They asked me if I had a receipt for the charge? Of course I dont have a receipt for the charge as it wasnt intended to be charged, but suggested I give them the charged banking numbers. They (Autozones Management) AGAIN stated they couldnt do anything me.I am a corporate manager and find the lack of customer service pathetic. They made zero attempt to resolve the issue, they only said Nothing we can do. My first thought was theft. Either their managers have zero authority or training to resolve customer issue or they simply do not care.Even some attempt to resolve my issues (hell fake it) would have made me feel a little better. My family and I have been going to Autozone for 20+ years. However after this treatment I simply cannot do business with them in the future as I have lost confidence and trust.
Generally good employees. Always helpful.

If I dont buy my parts online I shop at this autozone they always have what I need even if I dont know what I need they are a little more expensive than online but you get your stuff by the next day
They dont even answer the phone!!
Gave me info that very few parts places ever have. Thanks!
Cant go wrong with autozone
Always helpful, with a great attitude.
Great service
I went to get some light bulbs for my trailer. I have purchased lights for my 2006 Kenworth. I asked for light bulbs and was pointed to the lights. I found the one and went towards the counter where 3 employees and the manager were. One said they will take care of you at the end counter. I said not even a can I help you. I asked if I could purchase the bulb I had found and the one I had not in a commercial pack. The mgr called the store I thought we had an account at. Through this embarassment and I put the bulb I had found on the counter and left the store. I told them I would go to NAPA they would have them. As it turns out Orielys Auto parts had what I wanted. Ironically they are across the street. My feeling is I will not waste my time or recommend anyone using AutoZone in the future. Not only did you lose a$17.00 sale but I will actively recommend and seek my parts and accessories at Napa or Orielly Auto Parts.
Very helpful and honest employees!
Very best service and help
Excelent service
Always a lower price then OReilly
Very helpful staff, more than willing to help and make sure your problem is solved.
Never had a problem.
Most of the staff is awesome.
Always have what I need
Very helpful employees.
They dont know what theyre talking about on the price they do have their either out and have to order me in or the wrong parts that they give you
Great friendly customer service
Manager would not replace a battery that was under warranty and would not give me a jump start for my car so I could leave
Great store, great people, great service
Always willing to help!
