Im glad the Walmart has opened their service centers up again because their pricing on maintenance for your car is so much better than everywhere else. From filters to oil changes, headlight installation to tires their prices cant be beat. I always always order my tires from Walmart because they offer the biggest brands at cheaper prices than everywhere else AND their warranties are amazing. Definitely recommended.

I was the only one here with my 2012 truck. The manger immediately tried to upsell me on everything. After an hour I went out to see why it was taking so long. They hadn’t even started on it.

Great and courteous service. I was expected worse. I think they getting their act together... it tool awhile for them ro answer the phone. No big deal

NEVER AGAIN!!! Worst experience ever after having issues with our tires we bought 1 year ago. I wouldn’t trust this group with anything. Their lack of knowledge shocks me. The manager told me I had to have documentation of checking the air pressure every 3 months or it voids the tire warranty. After them having my car for 8 groups, I find out there was nothing they could do with the tires because it’s a safety issue now. The tires are 1 year old and they have no clue!!!! Spend the extra few bucks and have your car tires mounted correctly and a knowledge staff that understand how warranties work

Took my battery in on a warranty claim. Was in and out v in 15 minutes. Pretty slick and easy! If you have the same issue. That the battery out of the vehicle and bring it in (if youre able). This will save a ton of time and an appointment. Thanks Walmart Auto Care Center.

Frustrated that this is the second time in as many months that I have purchased a battery for a vehicle and been unable to get it installed. The promise that Wal-Mart will install a battery purchased from them has yet to be fulfilled. The fact that they have not installed them has cost me a significant amount of time returning the old battery to get the core charge refunded.

I ordered my tires online, and had them delivered to the Riverton Walmart. I knew when I went to have them mounted that it would be a long wait since it had begun to snow and everyone needs new tires. Before I could even get a word out, I was greeted very rudely by Angela. She was quick to yell at me and tell me the wait time was 5 hours. I asked her if I could drop my car off and come pick it up in the evening. She rolled her eyes and told me she “didn’t want to overwhelm her guys.” There was also another worker in the tire center who rolled his eyes at me. Angela then replied “see? He just rolled his eyes and told me not to take you guys.” I was very unhappy with the service here and the way I was treated. Angela was very very rude and made me feel like my business was a huge burden. I ended up going to the Walmart in south Jordan and they were amazing!

Normally I just purchase oil from walmart. My sons fiance needed tires for her car. The best value for the money tires were at walmart. GENERAL tires. I was very surprised they were better priced than other online tire merchants. Bottom line we purchased 2 65k tires all 8n for under $200. 50 series at that. Thanks walmart.

Hands down amazing! They are inexpensive and do a really good job. They are fast and effective and i think people have this stigma, because its Wal-mart, that they wont service very well. They check all my systems and even did some things free of charge for me. I went away spending only $47 bucks and I went shopping while I waited. Totaly wait time was only 30 minutes and they call you when its finished.

They are very friendly and good at their jobs and they let you know what the wait time would be I would definitely go there and get my tires done and oil.

I have 4 kids (ages11-1) and it was 101° outside i have no a/c and ended up losing air out of my tire i was right by this walmart at my sons baseball game he had and my home was 10 mins away so i called and ask how much itd be to repair price isnt bad but he said he wasnt taking anymore people and he closes at 7 and it was only 6pm i understand you were busy but i said please i have 4 kids im next to u i still have ways to get home he said nope hes sorry NO YOUR NOT SORRY i understand that you wanna go home but come on i was next to u imagine if it was ur wife and kids in that heat some people just dont have no remorse.

I just got tires and an oil change today and I am happy I tried walmart. Crazy cheap for everything. The lady that helped me was friendly and everything was done in about 1.5 hours.

Oil change only took an hour. Best price in town.

I hope a store manager sees this. I walked into the tire center ready and willing to buy 4 new tires for my Honda. There were several other people waiting in line to be helped, when one of the employees came out. okay what are you here for? he asked the first woman. Im here for some new tires she said. its going to be 1 and a half hours he said. The employee turned to the rest of us. anyone thats after her is looking at a 2-3 hour wait or longer. Me and 2 other people turned and walked out of the store. It was his tone that got to us. He made it very clear that he didnt want to help, that he didnt care one little bit. As I walked out I saw 3 service center employees standing and talking to each other like there was nothing to do. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that these employees are lazy and that they are trying to scare people away so they can work less. As I write this review, Im sitting inside Disscount Tire. I know I may have to wait 1-2 hours here, but when I called the man on the phone actually gave me the respect I deserved. He put forward an effort to earn my business. I may have to wait the same amount of time here, but Im willing to wait because at least they care about earning my business. O and by the way, Im paying less at Disscount Tire than I would have at Walmart.

They were very fast it was about 20 minutes in and out and informative

Their system doesnt carry all the tires they sell so they add tires you purchase under a different size that is actually in their system. Then when you have an issue with the tire you bought they cant do anything because the tire in the system doesnt match the tires on the car.

They had the batteries i needed. 3 stars because they take long time and employees are know it alls.

I sent my son there to have the tires rotated. They made him wait for two hours, then told him that they didnt have a record that they put on the tires, so they wouldnt rotate them at all, not even if we paid the ten dollars for a tire rotation. So they sent him packing. That was the last straw for me in a string of unfortunate incidents including rude personnel, poor service, shoddy tires and overall lack of professionalism.

Save yourself some time and just go to Les Schwab. I came in with a flat tire that needed to be fixed or replaced and after waiting an hour and a half they called and told me they couldnt do anything about it and Id need to take it somewhere else. At Les Schwab I was in and out in 20 minutes and they patched it for free.

They are cheap but slow as molasses.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. No service at all. They tell you its a 3 hour wait just to get rid of you. When you pull up no one helps you at all you literally have to walk inside just to be talked to. I have never in my life gone out of my way to leave a bad rating at a place ever. But they did the same thing over and over again and I wont even shop at this location anymore because of it.

This review is strictly on customer service. The lady who helped me at the counter was EXTREMELY condescending and made me feel bad about having a flat tire. After I told her I put fix-a-flat in it she then proceeded to chastise me because apparently that stuff is a pain. They fixed my tire for the $10, but I can assure you I will take my needs elsewhere next time.

Wish they acted like they at least wanted my business instead feeling its a hassle!

Dont ever buy tiers from Walmart. If you ever need help with anything its always a two to three-hour wait because they never have any employees working.

Good place to get keys made

3 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. Then they had computer troubles for 30 minutes and tried to charge me $5 more then the original price with tax. They apologized though.
