Went in to upgrade my phone, and Zane was super helpful, nice and informative. He made sure to tell me all of the applicable deals and which one would be best for me, while also going over the differences between the S21, S21+, and the S21 ultra.TLDR; great service, quick process and awesome experience.
If you ever need the best customer service with AT&T services this is the place to be! Everywhere else I would go I’d get different answers but when I came into this store all my answers and questions were cleared up! Ya know, considering the wait. There was a rep in this store that still did everything he could have possibly done to remedy the wait issue for everyone. He approached our line and asked what everyone needed and even asked permission from the group to solve the shorter issues of pickup, etc. A small group can only be spread so far and this guy was pretty awesome. So that after our wait he was able to give us the quality time to answer all questions and give options and ideas. We left with what we came for. Would have been cool if the new phone were in stock BUT it did just come out and is likely in high demand so I totally get it. I dread phone stores and this experience was pretty painless considering how busy they were. Im impressed.People need to be more realistic before they bash with 1 star reviews. These are people trying to do their jobs, they are not immortals. My wait was about 15-20 min and under busy conditions I think thats pretty good for a phone store.
If I could give negative 1,000,000 stars I would. I have been working through an issue (case) with AT&T for OVER TWO YEARS. This store lied to my wife and I. We were told we would get a free phone if we added her line and I upgraded, so we did. Well here we are over two years later and not a single credit in our account. I have had cases pushed all of the way to the highest levels of their company to no avail. Beware of this store, and beware of this company. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I AM BEGGING YOU.
We have been trying to get our billing figured out for months. Decided to stop in this location to see if they could help us out. Zane came to the rescue, he was extremely knowledgeable and helped us figure everything out. Even saved us a few bucks! Moving forward if we need anything, forget calling in, we will come here just to talk with Zane.
I am not sure what his name was, but the man that helped me was so patient and kind! Even though he was the only person manning the store that day, he was able to help me pretty quickly and was thoughtful enough to take time to find different options for me even though he was by himself. His customer service was excellent! My transfer to a new phone took a very long time and he did not get impatient with me at all. He also helped me brainstorm accessory options that would be best for my new phone. Amazing person all around!
Rep tried to be helpful but wasnt able to pull up our bills to see what we were questioning and when Ipulledthemupforhim, he had no idea what was going on. He was very nice but he didnt know much about the calling plans. After trying to muddle through the best answer we could get was that we could drop the upgrade plan for our phones and save $5 per phone each month.
I bought my daughter a new iPhone 12 for Christmas and part of that was trading in her old phone. When I took her phone in, there were some miscommunication on how much of a credit I would get. I expressed some significant frustration to the store manager, but he still gave me his word that he would call me back to try to find a solution.He did call me the next day, as promised and offered a solution that was above and beyond. The store manager turned a very difficult situation into a very happy customer ... Highly recommend this store

We made an appointment to change from a different carrier to AT&T and it took 2 hours for something that you would think is something that happens often enough. They were very nice to work with, but the knowledge level and ability to do what needed was severely lacking and honestly a bit frustrating. Hopefully their cell service works a bit better than their store reps.
Did not go well. Spent almost 4 hours sitting there while attempts were made to exchange my phone. They couldn’t fix the issue preventing them from doing so, so they sent me off to go back to another store tomorrow. No compensation for wasting 4 hours at the store.
Zane was great and treated my situation very well considering the complexity of it. He is a great representative of AT&T

He went above & beyond to take care of my phone needs and delivered with such success, I’ll tell all my friends & fam not to hesitate going there when in need of a new phone, carrier, or rate plans!
Would give 0 stars if possible. David is horrible to work with! He criticizes his fellow employees for not returning customer calls, and then doesnt return them himself. Great leadership David. Was told I would have a $25 rebate per month on bill, but it did not get added upon sign up. Have been trying for over 45 days to work with David to get it added correctly to account...its still not done. Plus was at store for HOURS on first visit. Terribly run store. Do not go there!!!!!
I went to this store multiple times over the course of two days. Every person that I came into contact with was patient and caring. They interacted with us like they knew us and not just another customer. The person I came into contact with the most was Danny. He listened to our concerns and helped us switch plans and was kind and compassionate. We came back multiple times for multiple things, and he was willing to help in any way. Great store and great location. I totally felt like we mattered and weren’t just another person. Thank you!

This store has helped me on a number of occasions and every time I have been taken care of and Preston goes above and beyond to help us get our account, service and devices taken care of. I won’t go to any other store than this one because loyal, service and professionalism is extremely important and rate these days. This store is superb and service excellent.
I paid extra when I started the AT&T service to get my screen protectors replaced as much as I needed in the future. I’ve had them replaced no problem 3 times. Well right now I’ve been sitting in the store for an hour because “they can’t find it In the system.” The employee has been just sitting there doing nothing and trying to solve nothing. I never leave google reviews, but this store sucks.
I came here about a month ago and River helped me pick the right phone. I love my new IPhone. Hes super helpful, kind, and I definitely will be coming back for all my phone needs!
Majority of people seem to lack common sense and etiquette these days.To stop by a retail outlet before they close is a prime example.Most visits can take upwards to an hour, depending if you are trying to upgrade a line or a new phone. Most people want to go home after their shift, I can understand that.Another note, they are an “authorized retailer” meaning some of their methodology isn’t as streamlined as, let’s say, a “corporate retailer”. Logically, some processes may require several extra steps to complete.It took some time, the store was obviously busy, and for good reason. Once I was assisted, the associate took their time in asking me a plethora of questions to grasp a better understanding of my mobile plan.She was patient, warm and attentive to my concerns, even though I was a tad agitated due to the wait.However, their deals and others discounts which were applied to my business account were stellar, compared to what was offered to me at the corporate store.Granted, you spend a little more time here, but they genuinely care for each of their customers and have amazing promotions. Well worth it in my books!
I came in with 2 of my daughters looking to switch from T-Mobile. So happy with how the guys all helped: Danny, Preston and River are awesome!! Definitely going back to this location (even though out of my way) for all of my cell phone needs! 😊😊
Danny was VERY helpful adding a line to my account, upgrading my phone, and even took the time to answer all the questions I had about my account. I also noticed the other sales associate sat with his customers for over 90 minutes while his lunch/food was getting cold. Great customer service at this new Herriman location!

Extremely dishonest avoid this store all together. I will only be going to the corporate stores for now on. They will give you great customer service only to benefit them when it starts to feel wrong go with that feeling. Will never be back!
The guy helping me wasnt informative and told me that my phone line was 65$/ a month and my new phone was 23$/ and month and I paid all the fees on it. You guys are trying to charge me 200$ on my next bill cycle. Ive been on customer service hold for 45 minutes and no answer. You guys are the worst phone company I have ever been with and wouldnt recommend you to anyone.
Really terrible service from a woman who had no idea how to actually help us sign up for service. She told us we couldnt switch all 4 of our phone lines over to AT&T unless we had all the phones there with us. We left there and drove over to The District AT&T store where Jose promptly set up all 4 of our phones for us (including the two that werent with us). Much better and friendlier service at The District.
This store is my favorite at&t store to get help at. Preston is the manager of the store. He is always so willing to help me with anything I need. Ive been coming to this store for several months now and will continue to go here!

Dont understand why they wouldnt honor at&ts holiday return policy, if your 3rd party you should be taking the next step to bring customers in and helping them out. They seem disorganized, they couldnt even pull up my receipt nor did they give us one the day of purchase. I understand the stores new but the company that owns it is not. take the extra 5 mins and go down to the district.

Closed early. Website says they close at 9pm and store says 9pm. I was here at 8:30 pulled on a locked door. Girl sitting at desk was to busy on her phone to acknowledge me. You lose money AT&T.

I have been trying to call them for 20 minutes. No one has answered any time I called. Worst customer service, you would think they would want to answer their phone so they can get customers. But I guess not. I am not sure anyone works there. It is 6:30 their hours say until 9 so they arent closed.

I wasn’t asked for what GB I wanted for my upgrade and they ordered me the wrong one. Now weeks later still no upgrade. I think the staff here is NOT properly trained. I’m super annoyed that I have to go through this huge ordeal just to fix this mess and get the actual upgraded phone!!
