Ryan was so nice and extremely helpful! I called Verizon and they couldn’t help me, but I came in and he fixed my slow internet connection and was able to put me on a better plan that didn’t increase my monthly payment. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate him!

Ryan the gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable, and thorough. I had purchased a buy one get one free promotion online and the Verizon online system basically messed everything up and caused all kinds of issues that another Verizon store was not able to solve. Ryan was able to sort through all the issues get my two phones ordered and get it all sorted out. It did take about 2 hours to do, but that was not his fault, mainly Verizons online system kept giving him trouble. In the end I left with two phones in hand, all devices working properly and one customer that was seriously impressed with his knowledge of what to do and how to take care of it. I dont see why this guy is not a manager already, I just cant say enough about how he went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible, and made sure I would have no issues when I got home. Ryan at the Riverton Store was the only person in 4 stores that stepped up to the plate and helped me get my screen protector redone. I had been to 2 stores, Called another and they said all 11 phone screen protectors were out. I then called Ryan at Riverton and he knew what he was doing. He used a 12 on my 11 since it had 2 camera lenses. This young man rates a 5 at customer service and in going the extra mile.! PS. Don’t go to the Draper store by the cafe rio. From the minute I walked in, Ryan was on the ball and helped me manage every detail of account. I have struggle for an entire year trying to call customer support and going into other Verizon stores for help, and have been shoved off to other departments. Went there to replace my screen protectors and Ryan was awesome and also checked my account and noticed I was on an old unlimited plan, and by upgrading to the new unlimited plan would actually save me 40 a month. The manager Eylan comes across as honest and friendly. He’s not! If you buy a phone there check your receipt, he’ll add a bunch of things you don’t need and convince you that it’s part of the package you bought, even though you didn’t want a package. This is a 3rd party company not backed by Verizon all all! He charged me $152.00 for items I didn’t need or want. I traded in my phone so when I called to complain they told me I could return it but my phone was already gone so I had no way to transfer my information to another phone. He knew that. I’m older and not up to speed in technology so as soon as I walked in the door he knew I was an easy target and I was. Just check to make sure you’re buying from a true Verizon store and not a 3rd party store and especially don’t go to the riverton store on 12600!

My husband and I came in to this go wireless location to look into switching providers and possibly upgrade our phones. We had lots of questions and were VERY impressed by the employees there. The store manager Mike came over and introduced himself and was very knowledgeable and personable and made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the store. Another employee named Kayla helped us as well and she answered all of our questions and was also very sweet with our kids. My husband works in sales and was very impressed by the level of professionalism at this store. We have had negative experiences before when it comes to phone providers, so it was nice to have employees that really care about their customers. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning in the future.

I came in to the store to resolve a problem I was having with my service and both the manager Mike and Kayla gave me their full attention and went the extra mile to get it fixed. They spent a lot of time helping me and they were always kind, courteous and patient. How nice for a change to have helpful staff who are will and able to take the time to actually provide customer service!
I came in on Sunday and the service was magnificent!! It probably has one of the nicest staffs. Ben, a tall glass of water, was very kind to me and my son. I’d rate 10/5 stars if I could. Great experience.

Staff has always been nice; however, I paid for protective glass screen covers that included free replacements. They never have them in stock. Ive gone into the store at least 5x and they say their getting an order in. They ask if I want to be contacted when they come in and I agree. Theyve done this 2-3 times and I still have no cover. Ive needed one for probably close to 12 months now. Last time I was in, they removed my glass screen to give me the complimentary liquid screen cover until the glass ones came in. Now, the liquid one has worn off and theres no glass one to keep my screen from getting more and more jacked. Im a busy guy and dont have time to fuss with stuff like this. It would be nice if they just did what they said they would do.
Amazing! I came into go wireless with some concerns about my service. Kayla had excellent costumer service and addressed all of my questions. The manager was professional and made sure I left feeling content with my plan. I will definitely be returning to this location for future business.
Verizon right? Wrong, dont be fooled by the lettering, Verizon, above the door.In August 2018, I endured a very painful purchase of a Gizmo phone for my daughter. Lets begin, the computers werent functioning, not the first time I have had this experience at this location. Really???The incompetent employee enlisted the help of other young ill-equipped employees. After 2 hours of fighting an up hill battle this employee was able to finish the sale. He had discounted the price of the device by signing me up with a device insurance plan which he said I could cancel at anytime by calling Verizon. Interestingly enough the employee stated that this said insurance plan must be on a different credit card then the credit card Verizon was billing. For the love of all that is good and holy I just wanted to leave THAT store!A month later when I called Verizon to cancel the insurance plan Verizon informed me that there was an insurance plan and it had been canceled the day that I purchased the device. What??? That store employee was a real winner. Whatever happened while he was behind that computer in the store I no longer cared as long as I didnt have to go through that again! I wrote the device insurance off as wrapped up.Well, well, here I am dealing with this stores ineptitude again. After finding that I was being charged for insurance unbeknownst to me I called Verizon. After checking their records Verizon reported that this store must have set me up with a 3rd party insurer. I called the store who confirmed, yes, I was paying some random company to insure my device and that if I wanted to cancel I would need to come in STORE!!!I went into the store and the employee called some company and I was able to cancel with WHO KNOWS WHO! I am disgruntled by this. Wouldnt you be? The funny thing is the device broke but how could I even have known how to contact this company. Let me guess...come into the store so an employee could call this mystery company. Unbelievable.As I shared my amazement with Katie, the stores manager, she said and I quote, Theres nothing I can do about it. My hands are tied. Poor gal, I suppose the corporate beast is keeping her down too. She was rude and unhelpful. In my opinion, out of all the responsible parties this store is the most at fault here. Yet, Katie is unable to help and rude about it to boot.As I expressed my dissatisfaction and my resolve to make this experience know by the public, Katie, the manager then voiced that she had a family to care for and that my purpose was to smear her on social media. After reading other reviews of her character I can see her concern over losing her job. No, Katie, I want the public to be aware of the possible outcomes when dealing with this Verizon Authorized Retailer. NEVER Again will I patronize this store.
Great service, even though my phone andaccount is through a Verizon commercial office, Jamie at this store accomplished the backup and transfer of data and phone service from my old iPhone to a new Samsung phone quickly and pleasantly. She also provided an overview of all available phones that might better suit me. And then five days later did it again when I returned with another model of Samsung phone purchased through my businesss account, that I liked better than the first one. All the while demonstrating poise and professionalism, along with knowledge and skill. Young folks like Jamie renew my confidence in the future! Thanks Verizon too
Great experience! The staff was super knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. We were immediately acknowledged and greeted. While we looked around, staff members checked in to see if we had questions. The girl that helped us, Angie, was amazing. She was very friendly and patient. It helped that we went at a slower time. I guess Saturday evenings are slow...or we lucked out. Either way, the past few times I have been here I have left happy. I highly recommend this store. Thanks Angie!

Theyve got the latest phones, and thats about it. Absolutely not support for anything even a year old. I bought what I was told was a lifetime warranty on my screen protector, and was later told by new management that not only was it only a 2 year warranty, but also that they didnt even carry my phones screen protector size a year later. They also dont have any tech support, and will send you literally anywhere else if your phone has issues.
Skyler, Drew, and Chris were the best. They helped us get a new phone when our old phone went dead. They stayed late to get us taken care of. Our upgrade was not a normal one, Skyler and Drew made sure we got what we needed Without rushing us. While we waited Chris fixed our other phone screen saver.. All 3 were super friendly!! Thank you .
What a difference a store manager makes. I had a not pleasant experience with a store near my house and was directed to this store. Katie was great to work with. It was Black Friday and the store was backed up. Although it took longer than anticipated, she was able to help us and everyone else in the store at the same time. If you are looking for someone to give you a great store experience and explain how she can help you, this is the store to be at!

I had opened my new Verizon account at this location and the people here where very helpful and understanding when I didnt understand certain parts of the agreement. They where very knowledgeable in the products they where selling and helped me choose a new phone according to my needs and wants. Overall this place is a very good and helpful place to go for your new Verizon account.
I have been into this store many times. Each time they have been very helpful and capable of taking care of my Verizon needs. I went in tonight (after 2 attempts to sign up over the phone) to get my apple watch connected to wireless service. Chris was very helpful. Even though this is a new service, a business account and the watch was purchased at apple complicating the situation, Chris at Go Wireless and Ryan at the tech center were very persistent in getting my service connected. Thanks for your help. i am very satisfied.
Jisa, the General Manager is absolutely amazing! We went to the store with a phone emergency, unaware that they had already closed over an hour prior. As we were walking away, Jisa came out and asked if we needed help. She stood in the cold, after closing hours and helped us through our challenge. It was FAR above and beyond anything she needed to do. I am so impressed and so grateful for her professionalism and kindness. 5 star service all around for us today at the Riverton store. I just moved from Upstate New York and needed a new phone. I am used to great sales at my last Verizon store, but Aubrey set the bar a little higher. Correction, A LOT higher. I picked a phone and then changed my mind a few days later. I came in thinking I was stuck with a new phone I didn’t want. Aubrey was very helpful and said the magic words, “let’s get the phone you love.” As a small business owner I was so impressed with her manner and dedication to the job. She made me feel important and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you Aubrey!. NOTE to her boss. I offered her a job and she declined, she loves working there. Too bad…
Went in for a warranty issue on an iPhone 6. I pay the additional insurance to cover everything. Salesperson said because the screen has a tiny little itty bitty Knick that it was out of warranty and that I just needed to buy a new phone. Started rambling on about their current promotions and whatever. Went to a real Verizon store and got my phone replaced under warranty that I pay for every month at no cost, with no questions asked. So obviously they’re in it for the money. Have no concern for customer return or retaining current customer. Wife almost signed us up for t mobile and we dropped everything. Been loyal to Verizon for 10+ years. I don’t ask for “special treatment or deals”. I just want to be treated like a human being. If you’re going to sell a product or service be able to back up that product or service. Don’t screw people so you can make your commissions. Have integrity.

Friendly staff but service and wait time are terrible. I have tried going here over and over at different times including early (right as they open) and on Sundays but never walk out without having spent at least an hour. They can never seem to get things right and end up having to call Verizon for help, for even the simplest tasks. After our last experience we stopped going and just resigned to purchasing everything online.
Went to the store to upgrade my phone and purchase an Apple Watch and had a terrible experience. Mind you I reviewed all the features online and knew that I could make my purchase online but choose to go to the store. When placing the order I mentioned numerous times what style of watch I wanted to the rep who appeared to be in a crazy rush while I was being super patient after pointing out on the receipt that it was the wrong watch he told me no that is the right watch.I left and called customer care because I didn’t want to argue with the guy, customer care told me they opened a new line on my account for the watch which will cost $20 a month when the watches are only $10 a month add on and they did order the wrong watch. Customer care couldn’t cancel the whole order because it had shipped so I had to go back to the store to have them take the wrong watch off and pickup my new phone.The store manager told me that customer care was wrong about the new line and they didn’t understand sales. I told him I would handle getting the right watch on my own and that I didn’t believe him.They charged me some setup fee for $20 on my phone and they new guy didn’t know iPhones so I did most of the setup. I then got home and ordered the right Apple Watch and since I don’t want to wait until next week to get it I paid another $15 to have it overnighted to my house. By going to the store I have wasted numerous hours and extra money. Order online and avoid this store at all cost. Like other reviews they are truly out to get extra money.

This store is absolutely terrible. Honestly had one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I came in to ask some questions about my plan, and I was confronted by the most unfriendly staff. Look, I work retail to get through college, and I know it ducks, but that does not mean you have to be a jerk ( only avoiding expletives so this doesnt get taken down). The people working at this store were not courteous, constantly seemed display interested, and were out right rude. I dont expect you to act like a family member, but I do expect you to be friendly. I know when I go to my retail job that I hate, I dont take it out on the customers. I try to give a dam about their problems. I would never recommend this store, because the one at the district was much more pleasant. If I could I would rate it lower.

I just got a replacement phone and it was having trouble so I went to this store to troubleshoot the issue. A boy was being trained and was doing great at helping fix the problem. Then he needed approval from a manager, the manager came over and for 20 minutes tried to get me to upgrade my phone after I clearly explained that I didnt want to upgrade. He then told me he couldnt help me UNLESS I upgraded. My phone is one of the newest models and I am happy with my plan. The new kid was doing great until the manager got involved.
Trust me if I could five zero stars I would. The manager at this location is the rudest person I have ever came in contact with. First she is standing there like its her job to do nothing. Her young incompetent employee say and told us ALL the wrong info so I got confused and and upset. Then mama bear manager decides she needs to step in and start using her snarky voice belittling me. I ask her a more simplified question since my question STILL wasnt answered and she gives me a huge run around answer AGAIN. Finally I got the answer so then I exress that I also have a concern on the billing itself and she literally tells me yeah I dont do that. Excuse me? Your the manager and you dont help customers with their bills...? Are you kidding me? I told her I was gonna be reporting her attitude and her response was its cool. You can go to another store. No skin off my back. Pretty sure youre gonna regret that when your managers come speak to you about all the reports I just made (:
Horrible customer service. I called customer service before I came into the store about a phone with specific features I wanted and so the customer service employee emailed the riverton store that I would be coming in to buy the phone. I bought the phone looked at the phone once i got to my car and was not what I asked for. So I went right back in the store only had the phone for like a minute and asked for a full refund because I didnt get what I asked for. The employee I bought the phone from told me I had to pay 35$ for returning the phone and only got 50 dollars back. And also he couldnt refund me the 30 dollars for the prepaid service I paid for. I asked to speak to Jackie the store manager and she was really nice and understanding but other then that horrible experience. Thanks for stealing 65 dollars and being dishonest.
