Worst company for cell service I’ve ever used. T-mobile wouldn’t upgrade me after two years of service said I had to put down 500 to get a new phone. AT&T put me on a new phone same day and I put down 150 for a new phone, case and screen protector. I’ve been able to upgrade my phone almost every year. Their customers service was something else, poor employees, poor management and poor policies. T-mobile is garbage
Workers lie through their teeth. Quote you what your monthly bill will be and then its an extra 40 bucks when the bill is due. Dont trust what they are telling you, make sure you see every little detail.
Tony was super helpful in getting me setup with the new iPhone and touched base with me outside his working hours to ensure everything was good to go due to my password issues I was experiencing. Awesome customer service and I highly recommend this store for your t mobile needs !!!!

This is the store to go to. There may be a slight wait but it is well worth it. Mark took his time managing everyone he was working with and did an outstanding job. He explained things on my account I did not know about and got us taken care of.

Went into t-mobile as a sprint customer. mark took care of my wifes phone and because he did such an awesome job decided to upgrade my phone also. would highly recommend going in to see mark if your a sprint customer he will find the best plan for you even if its sticking with sprint or changing to t-mobile.
Yesterday we visited Adam in the Provo store. He was fantastic and took two hours to help us purchase two S21 phones ($2000.00). As with all phones, we have some learning problems (we are older). So we went to the Riverton store and there met a rep named Tony. He appeared bored with us right away and as we tried to ask questions and show him the issues we had he became even more bored. He was difficult to talk to and towards the last he even wandered off and was talking to another T-Mobile employee. He left us standing at the counter and eventually we had to walk out of the store, which I am sure he did not even notice because he was so engaged in talking to the other employee. We have visited this store in the past. It has been a long time since we were treated so rudely We will not go to this store again..
They were very helpful, and they have been ever since this location opened. I have been with T-Mobile as long as I’ve had a phone and this is one of the best locations I have been to. I went in to set up a new phone and they kindly informed me that I can just do it at home. Then they were kind enough to put on my screen protector for me even though they didn’t have to.
The team was great, even though I had to take care of my issues on the phone, River was very friendly and sensitive to my situation. People like him are why I have been a T-mobile customer for 17 years.

Long wait to fix their issues. Ever since Sprint merged with T-Mobile Ive had nothing but problems. Incoming calls dont ring through. Outgoing calls drop or if they get connected, the other person cannot hear me. Ive been hung up on my customer service multiple times after just sitting on hold for a really long time. I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. They have great deals/prices but the cell service and customer service are TERRIBLE!!!Update: I emailed the customer service link that they gave me 3 days ago. No response. My phone still is having issues and Im currently looking for a new provider. I heard Verizon is more expensive but had better service.

I had a great experience at this T-Mobile store! Tyler was very helpful and all of the associates were very friendly and helpful. They greeted me outside the store as I was coming in they were all practicing all of the safe distancing and things that made me feel comfortable about my safety and their safety.Tyler was very knowledgeable about the phone and how to transfer everything and he showed me the right case that I needed for the phone and the warranty that I needed. I was having tons of issues trying to get help on the phone to tmobile general support with a complex issue. I went in to this store, where every employee was wearing a mask, and they were very helpful and understanding. Even though they didnt have to, they stayed late to make sure my phone and data were up and running so I wouldnt have it impact my work this morning. Morgan is very kind, and helped turn what was a very frustrating situation into a very positive one. T-mobile needs to give her a raise. Matt and Mark also helped a lot in getting my issue resolved and they were very respectful of my time, and they were very kind. Best T-mobile store I have ever been to! 10/10. Come to this location if you want T-mobiles best service! I would give six stars for those three employees if I could!

I came to the store worried because my phone wasn’t charging any longer and my my memory was all gone. So I was not able to send messages. Mark help me out by clearing all the debris out of the charge area, and then help me go through my apps on my phone to clear up space. It was awesome. So relieving to have my phone back to be able to use. Thanks a lot Mark. Great customer service.

I went there hoping to get a tmobile revvl 4+ and the employees were rude and told me reapetedly that I was unable to get the device so I went to the tmobile in south jordan and they were extremely nice and thats where I made the purchase I personally will never go there again and I recommend not to wast your time at this location.

This store needs better trained staff or at least staff that is competent. I had a line link shipped to house and it was defective. Customer service exchanged and shipped to house and the new device was defective. They said go return it in store for a warranty exchange because the new devices are defective and the warranty exchanges are fixed (why would tmobile sell knowingly defective devices?). I exchange in store and the rep tells me that I have to come in the store to exchange and I would ship the old device back. I go into the store and the rep tells me that I need to bring in the old device to get my new one. Fast forward to when I bring the device in and they have the exchange there, but the time period expired and they will have to ship a new one out for the exchange. This store is honestly a joke on how poor the performance and customer care has been. The photo literally has the box with my exchange and they arent doing it. Go to the other one in riverton or any other store that would be more helpful and hopefully have competent reps.
Morgan helped me with replacing my son’s screen protector even though there was an issue with my account. I’ll be contacting customer service to fix that issue of course but glad she still helped without having me to take the extra step and calling first! Awesomeness which is why I am still a customer!
This store was not helpful. I usually visit the store near Cafe Rio, which has since closed down, so I stopped into this location thinking I’d have a similar experience. Not even close. They were rude and felt put out when I went in. The rep asked verbatim, what do you want? and didnt seem interested in discussing the latest phones when I asked questions.I eventually decided on the OnePlus 8 after researching them on my own (because the store employee didnt care to do this), and thats when they blatantly lied to my face about several things. They told me about a ”free tablet” promotion but just so happened to leave out the part about the $30 activation fee until the end. I then said I didnt need the tablet, but the representative said it was too late because it was already activated and that I would have to pay a $75 restocking fee!! On a ”free” tablet! I called customer service a couple of weeks later, and they explained that the tablet is only free if I keep the line for 24 months because it is discounted each month, so if I were to cancel the line, I would have to pay for the remaining balance. They also told me that the screen protectors have a lifetime replacement guarantee in store. Still, I just found out from another store that this is only the case if you buy the insurance on your phone, so now I have to order the screen protector online and pay shipping. Put simply; this store only cares about upselling you.
We had an awesome experience. The customer service was great! They answered all of our questions, got us what we needed, and had us out the door in under 30 minutes! I would highly recommend them.

Mark was FANTASTIC! My fiancé and I showed up needing a new screen protector and a new phone. Mark came out and asked if we had masks and we said no so he asked what we needed. We told him and he told us he had masks for us so he could help us. My fiancé forgot his wallet so I told him I would stay and get my screen protector while he ran home. Mark sat there and talked with me the whole time. He was not stand offish and very friendly! He met all of our needs. I 100% recommended Mark at this location! Went to this store after a really terrible experience at the store near smiths. The previous store kept me for an hour and never completed my request. This location, I was in and out in 20 minutes and my 2 new lines setup and working. The girl that helped me was fast, considerate, and took care of everything quickly. The store I give 5 stars, t-mobile I give 1 star.

This store is awesome all the way around, especially the agent Kira inside . I had a rather complex task going to T-Mobile today. Something that took nearly an hour. Kira gave us 100% of her attention and paid special detail to my specific issues. I have a mid-level learning disability, she explained And re-explained what she did for me three times. Thanks a bundle for your patience and friendliness Kira!

I dont think theres a way to review T-Mobile as a company. Unfortunately, this just goes to the one store. This is the store I went to so youll have to bear the brunt of my frustration. I went to the T-Mobile store with my girlfriend on Black Friday, her phone was in dire straights, but we were tight on money so rather than Xmas presents that year we decided to get new phones together and have that be enough. Her account didnt have the credit, hers is less than ideal. So I opened an account to transfer the lines and get the new phones. We called customer service and they said to run the credit in the store, so we did. Then when we go to actually move lines they cant find the new credit account that we JUST ran and we have the reference number. So we sit for 3.5 hours on hold to speak to the credit department because I wont let them run it again. Finally, we speak to the agent and he has the account. Weve already released the lines so he pulls them all in and says were good to go. We now start to switch to the new phones. GFs phone gets moved over, then they try to move mine. System locks up, Im told theres nothing we can do. Sometimes when things get moved around too much the system seizes and we have to wait 12 hours for it to reset. After 9 hours in the store, we go home without phones and have to come back in the morning. We come back the next day and 2 hours later leave with our phones, immensely frustrated but lifes hard sometimes.Fast forward to Jan 5th. I go to put gas in my car and its declined. WTF, look at my statement and My credit card got hit for $850 dollars on top of my standard monthly bill, over-drafting my card and putting me in a bad position for upcoming bills. Lucky we have some cash and were able to limp by but I have to get it sorted before the bills hit. I call in to see what in the actual F is going on and they tell me some of the devices didnt get transferred so Im obligated to pay them all off immediately. In my nicest F you voice I explain THIS IS NOT MY FAULT OR PROBLEM if I had the money laying around I wouldnt have financed them in the first place. The T-Mobile rep on the phone says that theyll fix it, I should contest the charge and they can handle it on there end. Hes going to escalate it to a specialist and shell handle my account until it is resolved.Fast forward a few weeks ago. Jenn, the lady managing my account has been great to work with, and seems to be handling everything the best she can. Weve been going back and forth weekly since Jan 5th, but when she tried to undo the BS that happened they tried to refund the charge that was already contested. So now their saying I owe them $850 again from the refund. Guess what, THERES NO F-ING REFUND ON MY ACCOUNT!! They naturally tell me I need to prove it. I get the email with all the hoops, Ref #, bank statements, proper team etc. They say I still owe. Jenn thinks there was an error so we reopen, escalate and send again, new ref #, updated bank statements, verify team, go.Fast forward to today Feb 14th, Happy Valentines. Jenn calls and tells me they received my docs, they know I never got the money. BUT Im still liable as their records show that a refund was posted. God I HATE T-MOBILE at this point. I spend the next 45 min getting the right info, to the right guy at Citi Bank while in a conference call with the T-Mobile rep. He says yeah we never gave him the money because we could see he contested it, its already back to you. She says ok thats all we needed. I will recommend to everyone I meet to STAY AWAY!! Worst customer experience Ive ever been through and Ive had some doozies.I spent over 18 hours dealing with your stupid company, but they gave me a $25 dollar credit on my account so whoopdie freaking dooo!

They were supposed to do a follow up call on Tuesday when the manager was in. It has been a week since Ive been in and have not received any communication. Different stories from when I go in versus calling online. Poor service and communication here.
