Shopped with my mom for a new refrigerator, and a new washer for myself. The salesman was very low pressure, and knew basic info about each, but needed to look up some of our inquiries. Both purchases were delivered when stated and professionally installed and tested. The refrigerator needed a return visit to balance the freezer door, and this was done in a timely manner following the request for service call. Overall, pricing was very competitive, and sales and delivery/repair staff were friendly and efficient. I have purchased other appliances from this retailer, and have been very pleased. They dont have a tremendous inventory, but can get in most anything. They delivery and remove old appliance if you like.

Very nice upright freezer for an excellent price. The lady that I dealt with there was excellent also. She sold me the freezer and delivered and set it up within two hours of purchase. Highly recommend them!!! They dont have a huge selection per se, but a little bit of all price ranges.

Our oven went out while cooking dinner one nigh, so we were in need of a new one quick. It was my first time ever buying a appliance myself. I walked in and the lady greeted me, I told her i was looking for a used oven and she took me to the back and showed me the used ovens. I wanted a black one and they only had two black ones on the back row, it was not much room. I picked one of them out and told her my husband would pick it up later that evening when he got off work. I payed for it and left. That evening my husband came home with the oven and said I picked one out that did not have a bottom drawer. Which it was kinda hard to get a good look since it was such a tight space. He said that they would order a drawer and deliver it to us. I waited about a week and hadnt heard anything so I called them back. The man said he wasnt sure if they got it but he would check and call me back. I waited a few more days and called back. He said that they had received the drawer but had to paint it but they would deliver it the next day and he made sure he had the correct address. They did not deliver it or call, but I waited a few more days thinking maybe something happened and they got busy, I called them back. I heard him ask a lady in the background about it. She said yeah we have it its been here for a while. So he got my address again and said they would deliver it that day. They did deliver it finally. The oven has worked good other than we found out the broiler element is broke in two.

I like the speed queen washer and dryer the one thing I miss is being able to see my clothes wash I wish they had a see thru top so I can see my clothes wash. also I wish the water will run in the washing machine when the top is open that way I could put my detergent in while the water is running in the washing machine the dryer is excellent I love all the the features that the dryer has. For the price of the washing machine I feel you should be able to put your detergent while the water is running in the washing machine other than that its a great washer

Id like to give 2.5 stars but I cannot and I cannot justify going to three. The selection and prices are decent, the customer service in the store was just okay, but the real problem for me was with the delivery.The two guys showed up but “did not have” a water line long enough to hook up the for the ice maker. Those are pretty standard so they just must have not had one at all. They said they would be back that same day or the next day, but they never returned or called. I called two days later to inquire about it (left a message) and did not get a return call from that message.So go there to save a buck but you’ll not get any kind of customer service. Beware!

They have a good selection and can order most anything but I have been disappointed a few times with their customer service. I walked in with a list in hand 2 weeks ago, ready to purchase my suite of appliances. There was one woman on the floor, attending to other customers, and three people in the glass enclosed office. I stood there for 15 minutes (they saw me there) as the office folks talked and laughed. No one bothered to offer assistance or even to acknowledge my presence. I left and purchased my $8000 worth of appliances elsewhere.

Bought wash machine. Went out 1 St year but when repair was coming to repair while under warranty it started working. He said dont worry about it. As soon as warranty ran out allittle past one(1) year it went out again. This time out of warranty and was told by repair man it would cost as much to fix it then it cost brand new just over one(1) ago and repair part only has 60 day warranty. They sell junk here. Dont buy anything here.

Went looking for a washer. Salesman pointed out the cheapest ones. Then when I said I wanted a samsung or lg brand. He told me i would have to go to lowes or home depot. I was standing in front of a samsung washer! I was shocked. I have had good interactions in the past but this was disappointing. I took his advice and went to home depot.

Had to call em back twice hoodvent rattled and fridge door crooked and light went out they fixed it all free of charge but as soon as a year passes hoodvent rattling again dishwasher hose blew off were it wasnt tight and destroyed drywall and a part blew off top dishwasher so only bottom works now
