On entering the store I noticed how clean it was. As I started looking around I was asked several times if I needed help. I also noticed some prices are competitive and some in reason, but you get what you pay for. Yes I will be going back.

I went here with my girlfriend to get myself a pair of cowboy boots, they had a great selection of cowboy boots and western wear( I got a pair of Cody James, which I recommend very highly). My girlfriend was really impressed the women’s apparel they had there and she had a great time. Louis was the guy helping us and he could sell water to fish and ice to eskimos, and he was absolutely hysterical, had us laughing the whole time. Couldn’t have been more satisfied and would absolutely recommend it.

Do not order online to pick up in store!! We placed an order online for an in store pickup that showed it was “in stock” (we were shopping an hour and a half away from home). On our way out of Roanoke we stopped by to pick the order up and they stated well it’s being processed in the “back” you can’t pick it up today. When asked when we could pick it up, they stated probably tomorrow morning. I called customer service to see if it could be changed and shipped to my house instead of pick up as we would have to make another trip over (and gas is $3/gallon). They could not do that as the order was already in the processing phase. I’m not one to complain as I’m a nurse and know how it is, but how can the item be in stock in the store and I not be able to pick it up?

Loved it! Got great ideas for Christmas gifts to give and found some things I would like to get for myself. Also love knowing they have Twisted X shoes!

First time at one and was great found a few things fir Christmas!!!

Very nice greeting as soon as you walked into the store, very nice layout, and very nice selections. I loved the kids boots, and I LOVED how you have your discount stuff close to the register. Very nice way to grab the customers attention at the last second. I also like how you have your shall you say maintenance stuff at the checkout, so that you dont forget a thing. Very nice customer service, and VERY educated on your products.

The selection is amazeballs!! The prices are about the same. I am so very glad that our town has this place. Plus the smell when walking in is great too!! Hiking, kitchen, work, and just day to day boots. This place is a must for good footwear.

Very rude staff. Walked into the store expecting a welcome but nothing. Not one associate offered to help, they just stared.

The selection was large with an assortment of name brand boots, the salesman was a good help in finding what we needed, and we were very pleased with our purchase.

Well i didnt want to out three stars but ironically its wouldnt let me put less then 3...they arnt selling real trademarked Carhartt clothing. They a have replica stuff made all over the world in all countries, but for same price. I dont advise spending money unless your goal isnt to use them for work purposes. They are Great for the office guy with the lifted truck he will never use, who wants to look tough or like a country boy. While he lives in the lofts downtown! For all those boot barn is for you! Not advised for the opposite side man who needs durability.Although good Good customer service and nice clean store.

Not one associate helped me. I waited at the hat counter for 10 minutes and they would glance at me and keep walking. Couldnt find my size hat or boots. Used the in-store kiosk and there was nothing on the website for my size in classic western style. Came in looking to leave with a new hat and boots but instead left disappointed.

Huge selection. Good prices. Never bought cowboy boots before so I was unsure about the fit. The employee on duty was super helpful though. Should have got his name but I didnt.
