Finally found a pair of shoes i can wear all day without killing my feet thank you

Fantastic experience I was able to order offline on Labor Day for the special deal and pick up the next day and the people in the store were absolutely wonderful

I spent over an hour at a larger shoe store in the area, yet couldnt find anything I really liked. So, I decided to come into this store before running next door to Target. I found and bought THREE pairs of shoes for $86! Two pairs were on clearance, and the 3rd was on sale. Dont forget to spin the wheel for an extra discount.

Always a fun and welcoming place to find shoes. The staff is great and they are willing to help any customer and to make sure that you leave happy and with what you were looking for. Also if you can’t find your size they may be able to order for you so don’t leave the store unhappy and always ask for help if you can’t find something you need or want. I bought 2 pair of pretty expensive shoes. They were both having a sale but I asked if there was any promotions for buy 1 get 1 free. The young woman at the register said there wasnt but she would give it to me like that. I was so appreciative of that. Thank you so much

They didnt have much too choice from . I would have thought fall shoes have been in by now . Employees were very nice .

I ordered online and paid for the order and paid extra to have it here Friday paid $22 something and only 2 pairs of 7 that I ordered came still waiting on the other shoes to come in will not order through them again!

Ive come here three years in a row for back to school and other times and they never disappoint me and my family. Good deals too.

The working manager was super nice. He was familiar with the stores inventory and even price matched an item from the companys website. The cashier was friendly and knowledgable as well.

It was okay. I bought two pairs of shoes. The selection and prices are good, but the way the man standing on the floor kept staring and me and my mother, I started not to buy anything.

This Shoe Carnival store at Valley View is always neat, clean, and with different variety of shoes. Thanks to Kalefa and Britney who are very nice and helpful with great retail and customer service skills. They both go above and beyond for their customers!

The store itself is fine, along with the prices but I highly suggest NOT ordering stuff online! Went to the store and ordered my size because they did not have it. The man said it would be shipped to my house 3-7 days. A week later nothing has come in and no emails either. Few more days go by and I finally get an Email saying my order has been confirmed and that it would be another 2 WEEKS for my package to come in. So I call customer service to cancel my order and I was told that it was ‘too late’ to cancel after him telling me the order was placed that day. No pleasedand I will be returning my stuff when it eventually comes in. The store doesn’t do justice for the brands they sell. What a shame.

Great place for the younger generation with wild colored shoes. Didnt find any more conservative walking shoes I liked in which the insoles came out so I could put my Orthotics in.

Prices were high n not a good selection of what I was lukn 4.

Sons school shoes, had a good delection.. got him socks and backpack also.
