Do not order shoes from this rack room!!! We purchased three pairs of shoes Aug 6 with one pair being out of stock of the correct size in the store. It was ordered to my grandmother’s house as she bought a pair for my daughter and a pair for me. Now it’s the end of aug and no shoes. She had to go to the store to check on the status of the order and was told she walked out with the shoes and none were ordered! Why were we in line waiting for 30 min while the clerk filled out the form if that’s the case! Instead of a manager handling it they made her go online and file a complaint. Now she is out 54 dollars on a pair of shoes we did NOT leave the store with and were never ordered! I will never shop here again! Be careful because they don’t know how to use their own computers to place orders .

I shop here all the time and the manager typically is bouncing around the store, helpful & attentive. Today. Absolutely not. She was rushing people out of the store. Telling people as they walked in that they could only come in if they could shop and get out in 2 minutes. Yelling through the store, we close in 3 minutes absolutely rude. There is a way to notify customers that the store is closing, but yelling through the store and sending multiple customers away at the door is unprofessional. She finally came over to rush us along, I told her they should reconsider the hours, she then jumped down our throat and said, we dont make the hours, its what corporate wants. I told her that I wasnt talking about her specifically, and that she should pass the feedback on to corporate - there were literally 20 people in the store. She was then rude telling me she deserved to be home with her family and everything was corporates fault. We made our selections quickly, and made it to the counter, they didnt have either size of shoes needed for my daughter or son, so we had to order them. No sooner do we get to the checkout that I realize the cashier, Caitlin was a reincarnation of her unprofessional boss. She didnt speak or greet us, I had to ask her how she was... then she ordered both our shoes, while she is ringing them up, her, the manager and another cashier are saying why are people still pulling up to shop... ????, they all sit around talking about how they are going to start closing earlier. Meanwhile, there is another worker at the door, sending people away. I get wanting to close, but gosh. People, are paying your paychecks, show some respect and put in work when your store is full of customers. I almost walked out as I did not want to support the Rackroom name..Ill shop somewhere else that has better management that doesnt argue with paying customers on the sales floor. You lost my business.

Customer service doesnt have any knowledge about feet and ankle movements during gait nor the understanding of how different features of a shoe can make your day or put you into agonizing pain.I want to know why you cater to mens foot/ankle issues but seem to not give 2 cents about womens foot/ankle issues (mens shoes have plenty of extra differencrs between width and/or depth, ankle support, arch support designs). Just because Im female doesnt mean I have to deal with shoes which cause pain and tissue damage to my body.

Good deals but wore shoes 2 hours didnt like drove an hour to exchange . Was told i should have cleaned them and they had stains. They were worn on concrete at work inside and they were clean. As soon as they hurt feet i took them off. The did exchange but were like they were doing me a favor. Hadnt had very long at all. Ill Never go there again.

I really like rack room shoes for my children. I dont usually find anything for myself here, but I have bought several shoes for my children. If they dont have their size in a shoe we like they will gladly look it up and see if they can order it for and have it shipped right to your door. The employees are always friendly and seem to be very helpful. I have always been greeted and asked if I needed any help. I will continue to shop here for my children, but for myself Ill look elsewhere.

Great selection, I am always able to find what I am looking for with many options to look at. The buy one get one half off is always an easy deal to get you to buy more shoes which I cannot complain about. They definitely have shoes that are in season and not a lot that are out of season since it is a smaller store (not a lot of summer shoes). Whereas at some bigger stores youre able to find out of season shoes on clearance. But again, many options and friendly staff as well.

He took the time to talk to me and find out what I was hoping to find and then went above and beyond what I would have expected of him. We usually go to Rack Room shoes when we wanna buy more than one pair of shoes as a famiy. They offer buy one 50% discount on the second one. I like the variety of the shoes that they have. On the other hand, they always keep their last shelf for sales shoes. Usually Rack Room Shoes is nice and neat and the shoes shelves are not messy, which helps you to find the one that you are looking for easier.

Love this place! Family of 4 and we love getting BOGO, we each get name brand shoes at a great price. 2 pair for each of us, I always buy my growing boys a pair for now and a half size bigger. 100% recommend

My experience at Rack Room was wonderful. The only downside was the lack of customer assistance finding the right size and shoe location that I wanted easily.

This is our usual Go To place around for shoes. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The BOGO 50% is always nice & it makes 2 pairs quite affordable. Store is typically clean considering the amount of customers they get. Pretty good selection of our favorite brands, PUMA, ADDIAS, NIKE, not some of the High end shoes like inside the mall, but not everyone wants to spend $150+ on 1 pair of shoes. We always find what we are looking for. We make numerous stops here a year. Would recommend..

Did not have shoes in stock. On- line inventory showed them in sock.( K swiss st 329) in sizes 11 1/2 M. Or 12 M. This has been the case every time Ive been to one of the stores.

No matter how the employee would explain it they never understood it.Than I realize they were trying to wear down the employee to get a better price. I purchased a pair of shoes in Roanoke store and I wanted another pair in a different color they didnt have my size. I was traveling south and asked if they had them in Christiansburg which they did. I thought that I would miss out on BOGO but the manager at the christiansburg store fixed it so I got the BOGO. I have never had such an easy experience. Kudos!!!

Therw is a nice selection but the shoes are a bit over priced I feel. There was one pair of Nikes I was wanting but seen them on the JC Penney site for $20 less. Staff was very welcoming.
