Pamela is the best! She is not only knowledgeable about antique jewelry but she is honest, fair, and so helpful. I got my antique engagement and wedding bands from her in 2015 and have told everyone since to visit her! My sister recently got her antique engagement ring from Pamela as well and had the same amazing experience. I love antiques, especially Victorian pieces, Egyptian pieces, etc...It’s so much fun browsing & learning from Pamela! My husband and I learn a lot about the history and significance of each intriguing piece of art! The experience is very enjoyable and Pamela is very kind, very reasonable! She fixed my diamond wedding ring and made it like new and even so much more gorgeous! She will also educate and I so appreciate that! So my fiance and I were out ring shopping and we do this thing where we tell the jewelry store that we want to ring for under $100 to actually get to see the true customer service. This lady was absolutely rude to us and told us that the engagement rings that we were looking at were just play rings and acted as if they couldnt be engagement rings.... Little did she know we would have bought anything in that store had she given us better customer service.... If youre actually on a budget at all I wouldnt recommend coming here.. I wouldnt recommend coming here in general because if you cant give the same customer service to somebody who has money versus someone who doesnt have money I dont honestly think that its worth it. everybody should be treated the same no matter what the budget is.

I don’t know how I missed this store, but was I missing out! The store inventory is amazing. The sales man was so helpful and made me feel like I was the one buying jewelry in 1880.I will be back...maybe once a week to check out the new inventory🙂

Pamela is the best to work with. Each piece is unique, top quality, and perfectly priced. I bought my fiancée’s engagement ring there. The diamond was mined in 1980 and set in the early 1929’s. The experience was so great, and the quality of the jewelry is so good, my fiancée bought a ring for me there as well. I will only go to her for jewelers from now on.

I was driving there 40 minutes and the lady who was working there just did not let me come in due to the stroller. My baby was in a narrow ergobaby Metro stroller and very quiet. The store was completely empty.I am very sad I did not get a chance to take a look at the jewelry. I think the lady was very rude.

Very sweet shop. A lot is offered here. The people who work here are very classy and they know what is in their shop and some history about most items. A very nice layout which is much appreciated. Prices are clearly shown on every item, and the building is organized nicely. Very welcoming service.

My wife and I went into Pams store looking for an engagement ring, after a friend recommended it to us. I was immediately impressed with Pams knowledge, as well as how friendly she is. We immediately knew that one of the diamonds she showed us was the one we wanted, as we had looked all around at jewelry stores. The courteous ladies of this shop really understand and care about not only the antiques and jewelry they sell but as well as the customers who enter their establishment and make their purchases.The variety of antiques and jewelry here is quite outstanding. After interviewing multiple jewelers in the area, I recently hired Pamela to appraise and sell jewelry from a large estate. She is a consummate professional and explained her every step of checking and rechecking the authenticity of each piece. Some pieces needing further research were shipped out of town, yet the whole matter was concluded in a relatively short amount of time and modest cost.
